3261  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc will be 120000 USD maximum this 2021 on: March 21, 2021, 12:13:44 PM
I have researched and its my personal research. as per the conclusion . BTC will be 120K in this bull run. But if a government ban or something happened it may vary.

It is a fair price. My prediction is somewhere between $100-200k. Yes I know that is a wide price range, but for Bitcoin it is not. Top is totally irrelevant anyway. Since it will happen only for a second and no one will be able to sell at that price. More important is what will be an average price of next Bitcoin cycle.  Let say last cycle medium price was $6000 to $10000. What will be medium price now?  If ATH will be $200k, then in the next 4 years we can expect Bitcoin price to hang between $60k and $100k.  If ATH will really be at $120k then between $35 and $60k.

I think it's fair prediction though, $100k is doable this year, we have seen $60k already, and highly likely that in the next couple of months $70k-$90k will be breached and then before the end of the year, 6 digits is within reach. And if it did get to $100k, I don't think we will reach the top as well, I believed that there will be more investors if we reach 6 digit as bitcoin is becoming the worlds best asset, surpassing stocks or even gold now.
3262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Artur Beterbiev vs Adam Deines Unified Light Heavyweight Title on: March 21, 2021, 11:00:37 AM
I have seen the fight and this Beterbiev is such a strong puncher, he lacks agility, but he can go toe to toe and he can go extra miles, he will rule the division for many years, and he has a good chance if he decides to go to the heavyweight division, a fight with Canelo will become a box office attraction, but I doubt if Canelo is interested to fight this guy when there's a lot of talents in his division.

Deines proves me wrong though, I thought he will be out early. But he was able to stay in the fight for at least 10 rounds. Nevertheless, Beterbiev power is too much. Canelo vs Beterbiev will be a superfight but I'm sure Canelo's skills and tools is far more better, he is highly technical boxer and can adjust during the game. While Beterbiev is strong but doesn't move that much, someone says that he is like a robot, it's true. I don't think that anyone from MW to LHW can beat this version of Canelo, not even Beterbiev.
3263  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is now "too important to ignore", says Deutsche Bank [Today!] on: March 20, 2021, 12:04:20 PM
Just waiting for some gold bugs to shift their investment to bitcoin.

I think this will be the icing in the cake for bitcoin becoming a store of value. We have seen big banks already offering bitcoin as sort of investments for their selective clients with big and deep wallets. If we could sway gold investors, then it will be huge and welcoming for us. Now we have companies like Tesla and probably even more willing to invest on bitcoin to hold on their balance sheet.

What if there is such a scenario that we will see an exodus of gold investors shifting to bitcoin?
3264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy on: March 20, 2021, 11:29:18 AM
All strategies are equally unprofitable, so it only makes sense to prolong the game (prolong the pleasure of the game), which means you need to use money management. Well, if I'm not mistaken, the longer you play, the higher the likelihood that you will receive some kind of bonus or win the jackpot.

But also the likelihood that you are going to lose as well as the the odds are going to caught you.

There is no strategy for slots, if either you are lucky in the first couple of spins you hit the jackpot or bonus and get a huge win. Or you continue 1k or 10k or even 100k spin without even hitting a bonus. You also have to look at the RTP (Return to Player) of slots that you are going to play,

Quote
Return to Player (RTP)

Return to Player (RTP) is the term casinos use to describe the percentage of all the wagered money a VLT or slot machine will pay back to players over time. For example, if you make a hundred $1 bets on a machine on which the RTP is 90%, you might expect to get back about $90 in wins. Of course, both house advantage and RTP are generally calculated over the long term. Almost anything can happen in the short term (see Short Term Volatility versus Long Term Predictability), so you should only ever bet with money you’re prepared to lose.

3265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Artur Beterbiev vs Adam Deines Unified Light Heavyweight Title on: March 20, 2021, 10:52:03 AM
^^ Juicy odds for Adam Deines, that is, if he can pull a big upset against one of the most dangerous puncher we have in the Light HW. But it seems that it was a mismatch in paper, no one is giving Deines a chance here.

Anyway, this is mandatory fight for Beterbiev so we can't complain if this is a no match or not. But I'm not going to bet any though, attractive odds but no to me.

it's sure a mismatch fighting someone who all his fights end up KO against Adam Deines who KO rate is half his fights. Beterbiev is a hitter and can knockout his opponent with one swing to the body. they almost have a similar fighting style, both are aggressive to put pressure so it will be a coliision inside the ring. the fight could end up in the first round depending on who gets to hit first. ultimately if i would bet i go for Beterbiev.

But if we are going to look as who is the more technical, I would say that Beterbiev has also the advantage. Deines is a typical European type of boxer, come forward boxer, no defense at all. So we can really call this a mismatch and for sure Beterbiev are going to head hunt here.

Beterbiev is far too superior no surprised if Deines will be knock out early.
3266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whitepapers Compilation on: March 19, 2021, 11:29:26 AM
Yes, as a newbie, you might get lost if you read a lot of whitepapers. Perhaps if it would be good if you have some IT background or even cryptography. But if you are a average joe like majority of us here, you might be lost in the intricacies specially terminologies and such.

So much better not get into into in the beginning, but just learn some basics, like wallets how transfer, how to set fees etc. Whitepaper might not be for you as a starter.
3267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter hackers pleads guilty and agree to a 3 year in prison on: March 19, 2021, 10:52:00 AM
I think him pleading guilty really help him reduce the sentence.

And as he has served already, in just a couple of years he could be out and then probation in three years. I think that's good enough. He is still young and maybe that's one reason that the sentence is not that harsh for some of us. Institutions are trying to give him a chance to redeem himself and use his talent in good way that can help the society. Like fighting flaws in a system or try to break it, sort of becoming a white ethical hacker or something.
3268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 19, 2021, 10:28:15 AM

Congrats again stadus for winning another great pick, its unexpected since Jazz is really performing but that's not the case as Beal and WB are both playing great earlier, Mitchell and english also for the Jazz but the supporting role players didn't spark to help them catching up and snatch this game from the Washington.

Westbrook and Bell playing with urgency and they beat a good team and IMO that is something to consider that this team is legit. Beal had a great shooting night but if Westbrook will stay consistent, I guess they'll win more games. I like the fact that Wizards are always an underdog, lots of upset might happen in the next few games.

Westbrook is back, he has some sort of hamstring injury, but it this game he was playing like he was in OKC, he even had a dunk against Rudy in the first quarter, and shooting very high percantage. And then Beal takes over in the second half, Jazz close the gap, but they play solid defense and Beal doing the damage.

Might be good to throw some bets on them as they will always be the underdog.
3269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Publishes VanEck’s Bitcoin ETF Application, Kicking Off Decision Clock on: March 18, 2021, 12:21:31 PM
So what do you think. Will it get finally approved or yet again denied?

Let's look at the odds, we haven't seen any approved Bitcoin ETF yet right?

So most likely it will be denied again, sorry to burst the bubble for you. Regardless of who are going to sit on SEC, I highly doubt that any ETF will be approved in the foreseeable future, in my opinion.

Up, what's your pick guy?

I think we missed a day without a pick here.. What happened? busy day? Grin

Have you bet on the Blazers vs Pelicans? That was a crazy game.

Yeah, crazy games, and yes I was able to put a bet on that game.

I have Blazers at :

1.92x ML before the game bet
2.28x ML live betting with Pelicans has taken the lead

2.03x live betting that Pelicans will win first quarter.

Overall it was a good night and win, thanks to Lillard.

That's too confident, either team you still win, it takes focus in order to perfect that, congratulations man, that was really a good night.

You are into live betting more or pre game betting?

Just got lucky, I'm a big fan of Dame, that's why I still put a beat on Portland to win.

I'm both in live betting and pre betting,

Got Nets with @2.46 boosted odds, Harden showing who's the man in Brooklyn, with his another triple double performance. Hope every one got a good win as well and continue with their winning streak, good luck to all of us tomorrow.
3271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] How many online casinos are you actively playing in? on: March 18, 2021, 11:08:46 AM
Only 2 for me, my favorite sportbookies that maybe most of us are also playing as well.

And then my signature, which I played crash games and slots most of the time. Just curious though for those who have many accounts on different sites, how do you choose which platforms you wanted to play or use to bet on your favourite sports? Isn't it confusing though?

For Portland vs Pelicans, Lillard to the rescue again, as he had to score 50 points come from behind win against New Orleans. Two crucial free throws with 1.2 seconds left and Zion missed the next shot. CJ McCollum scored 10 points in his comeback game.

With this game, it showed that veterans players are much confidence,

the game went wild in the last period, Lilard and Melo shows their experienced to beat Zion and Ingrams duo. That's really an upset
but for the homecourt team that's what fans are paying..

Good news for the Blazers, I was not able to follow the status of CJ, but knowing that he is now playing with the team, I expect the Blazers to be a better team and more good news to come if they'll able to get a goo defensive player before the trade deadline.

He is slowly getting in the groove right now, CJ and Melo hitting crucial three's, even Melo now is playing good defense, as he has a good block. And you can see Melo's confidence with that jump shot, just dancing around and shooting.  It was breakdown for New Orleans, I think they have like 15++ points lead, they just blow it away and let Dame take over and fouling him in those seconds, sinking two critical FT's. Good win for Portland.
3274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Poll Added] FURY vs JOSHUA: A Two Fight Deal Has Already Been Signed !! on: March 17, 2021, 10:34:20 AM
Voted "1st & 2nd Fight: Fury". Despite Joshua looking more athletic, I think that Fury has more speed and power in his fists. Based on wiki info, Tyson fought more experienced guys than Joshua. And he already fought against Joshua-like-boxer - Wilder. Fury just need to repeat his tactics, while Joshua looks to me like a pumped bodybuilder, who trains boxing (despite he has gold in Olympics). Joshua is more Olympics orientated boxer, while Fury is more pro.

Or you can say that Fury is the more technical boxer of the two.

Doesn't matter though about their body composition, maybe Joshua has more muscle. It's how they manage to use it specially fast twist muscles. Look at the Kilistcho's, tall and muscular as well and dominated the boxing scene, until Joshua and Wilder arrived.

But base on the votes, its Fury by a landslide vote. Joshua then needs to prove us wrong.

You are only as good as your last performance.  Grin

That may be the reason why most of us here voted for Fury to win the fight but still it will depend on the preparation of these two for this mega-fight.

If only Joshua could see this poll and used this as a motivation to really trained hard then we might see a different outcome than the poll lol.

No need for Joshua to see this and be motivated, it's all British showdown, and if he will win, not only he will be the unified and recognized true HW champion. But he will also be looked in UK as the best boxer of this generation. That is enough for him to really train very hard and prove the odd makers wrong.

Yes, boxers are good as their last performance and base on that, Fury is far more superior, destroying Wilder. Can't wait to see this fight and I'm sure majority of boxing fans here are going to bet regardless of who is our favorite boxer here.
3275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you think this altcoin bubble will last? on: March 16, 2021, 11:17:05 PM
BAT is up to $0.80
MANA is up to $1

how long will this bubble last? I'm trying to get in long term but this is messing up my ability to get in at a good price.

Nobody knows, as long as there are hype along the altcoin market, Defi, whole staking, NFT's this bull run will run and nobody are going to stop it.

And we all know  that altcoin is correlated to bitcoin, and there are a lot of predictions that bitcoin will hit 5 digits this year, so it's also going to be a win win situation for altcoin.
3276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: March 16, 2021, 10:54:25 PM
Wow! Boston Celtics vs Utah Jazz, it's the first game in the schedule.

This is a great game for sure, what team do you think will win here guy?
As usual, Jazz is still the favorites to win even on the road.

Will the Boston Celtics will this or Jazz will continue their domination?

Utah went cold in their last 4 games, while Boston is hot fifth win in six games.

They beat Celtics the last time, and I must say that Utah can do it again tonight.

Lakers for me though, really need a strong presence in the middle, Davis is still out, Montrezl Harrell is not a true center in my opinion.
3277  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Bitcoin will hit $60,000 today, what's next? on: March 16, 2021, 10:10:57 PM
If Bitcoin hit $60K. What next? The answers to your question are depend on what is your purpose for your Bitcoin, If your purpose for profits, you can sell it and take profits, but if your purpose for long-term investment for a better future, so keep hold it. Traders of Bitcoin will happy, but Bitcoin holders are happier

I think we have the answers already, bitcoin didn't sustained the $60K price level.

Resistance along this price is too big, selling pressures pulling the price to $55k in 2 days. Plus I've read that there are some FUD regarding a whale moving a billion worth of bitcoin and probably scare a lot of newbies and panic and sell their coin.
3278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Estrada vs Chocolatito WBC, WBA & Ring Magazine Unification Fight on: March 14, 2021, 09:53:32 AM
This was a really good fight. Both guys threw over 1,000 punches and it was a really close fight, the fight of the year so far. I thought maybe Gonzalez deserved to win by a couple points. There will probably be a third fight and we will see very close odds again with Gonzalez being a slight favorite.

I haven't seen the fight yet, but base on reports, it was really a war (which we all expect), and another close one, but this time, it was Estrada. Yes, for sure a trilogy deserves it, 1-1 and the final fight will settle everything. But Gonzalez is not getting any younger though, so definitely there should be an immediately rematch. However, there is also the mandatory that might postpone the fight for another year.
3279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: March 14, 2021, 08:59:27 AM
Interesting Game Finale's that I watched live.
Nets played a close game against the Pistons.
Nuggets losing against the Mavs.
Suns also lose against Pacers.

2 underdog wins and 1 close game. Wow. All my bets are also marked red.  Cheesy
It's another sad day. I wish I could get it back tomorrow. How about you guys?

Same here, got burn by the Nuggets and Suns.  Sad And also the T'Wolves against the Portland.

Live game betting, I thought they can still make a comeback after the 2nd half, but seems they don't have enough legs specially Denver. I got the Charlotte and the Hawks though. So, I still have some capital to get back tommorow.
3280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a game of capital on: March 13, 2021, 11:27:07 PM
And here I thought the minimum should be $100 just to be safe. (maybe it's just for me)
I guess $50 is also a good number but that could diminish in one sweep.  Grin With $100 you got two sweeps. A chance to get back with whatever wrong you did at the first try.
As long as it doesn't wreck your budget, any amount is okay. Better to put an amount that you are afraid to lose. That way you will try to be careful with every step.

Exactly, when I started my crypto trading journey, I minimum I used is $100, it last me a good months before I go 0, but that is ok, I can afford to lose the money anyways. The important thing is that I've learned a lot during my first $100 journey and gain the needed experience to go on my second or third attempt. Always, the rule of thumb is, "invest or trade what you can afford to lose".
