Masih dalam konteks benar kok, jadi begini gambar yang di mint pertama kali oleh kreator akan memiliki tx hash dan ID yang tidak akan bisa diubah. Ketika ada plagiat yang mengupload ulang, tentunya akan ada selisih waktu pada timestamp tx hash saat minting. Ketika kreator ini menemukan gambar yang di mint ulang oleh si plagiat, dia memiliki bukti timestamp dan tx hash saat minting tersebut. Jadi, hal ini yang menurut saya mengapa NFT disebut menjaga originalitas.

Cuma, yang mungkin menjadi masalah memang, jika plagiat minting gambar yang pertama kali sebelum pemilik asli, ini mungkin akan membutuhkan investigasi yang lebih kompleks. Dalam kasus mint ulang NFT, maka kita bisa kena kasus hak cipta jika diketahui oleh kreator, karena dia memiliki NFT ID dan tx hash saat mint, begitu pula dengan mint yang dari Google/socmed lainnya, jika diketahui kita mint gambar yang bukan Creative Commons yang boleh dikomersialisasikan, dan sampai ke owner, bisa jadi uploader NFT tersebut juga terkena masalah hak cipta.

Seperti yang saya sebutkan, sejauh ini tidak ada tools untuk deteksi kita upload ulang atau menggunakan karya orang lain untuk di mint ke NFT di sistem opensea atau marketplace NFT lainnya.

Kemudian, jika ada yang menjual ulang, ada royalti yang didapat oleh ghozali, ini besarannya tergantung sih, kalau misal set royalti 5% ya, berarti jika ada yang menjual NFTnya 1 ETH, ia dapat sekitar 0.05 ETH, tinggal nanti ada berapa banyak transaksi yang terjadi. Jadi, ada benarnya jika ada yang bilang hasil penjualan NFT ghozali 40 jutaan.

Kalau dari volume sih memang besar kayanya sekarang udah 300+ ETH, cuma itu kan tidak dimiliki oleh ghozali semuanya.

Mengenai ongkos, memang benar, di OpenSea jaringan matic itu gratis mint NFT,

Tidak ada filter apa pun, cuma memang yang ada di halaman utama kebanyakan NFT yang akunnya memiliki status verifikasi. Jadi, kita tidak akan melihat NFT2 yang baru diupload oleh orang-orang iseng. Sekalipun NFT Ghozali laku keras, untuk saat ini tidak akan bisa menemukan NFT dia di halaman depan.

IMO, someone buys an NFT because he likes the art the seller provides and maybe have higher value when he have portfolio of this NFTs, even meme NFT are have an art for people who like memes, nothing wrong with that. With this, it is very far from the point of view that buying NFT is just to give up money in a scam. However, they buy because they are needed based on their personal needs.
