3261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: good news for bitcoin at the moment on: December 05, 2020, 03:54:09 PM
Actually this topic has to be created in bitcoin discussion group well that's okay and I am happy to hear this as one of the big chain business franchise has accepted BTC as payment system also Venezuelan country is very supportive for crypto currency especially on BTC also they are focusing on petro on their own countries Crypto coin which is not much familiar but still they are working hard on this and BTCs dominance is remarkable day by day and these signs shown the popularity of the coin.

If this great news will still be followed by another good news this year, bitcoin is definitely heading into its mass adoption and its price will surely reach another heights. Big stores like Pizza Hut are well established already all over the world and if they start to accept cryptocurrency as payment, then we will not be surprise by next days or months, another big stores are starting to accept bitcoin too. I guess more surprises and great news are waiting for bitcoin and even altcoins by next year.
3262  Economy / Economics / Re: More Banks maybe Closed and cryptocurrency exchangers are new way of banking on: December 04, 2020, 10:39:07 AM
Are you aware that there are a lot of central banks that said that they are working on stablecoins?
So, what are you going to say about the central banks’ stablecoins? Cryptocurrency exchanges are not banks, they are just exchanges and they are even relying on banks to do their Businesses, they are just businesses and can’t be doing the work of banks, they won’t be the one holding their business money and holding your money as well, nah all those money goes to the bank.

So, why are you saying that banks will be no more? If it’s going to be a death battle you already know that crypto exchanges especially the centralized ones are more likely to lose the battle.
Banks will never be closed and become extinct but exchanges might do. Majority of the people still prefer to put their savings in traditional banks rather than trusting in new and unsecured crypto exchanges. Crypto exchanges might give fast and more convenient services but we all know that they are more prone to hacks and scams and knowing its decentralized, no one is responsible to answer the damages. This is the reason why people still feel more secured doing banking transactions.
3263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we gonna see a new ATH this year? on: December 04, 2020, 10:00:09 AM
I don't think that we could see a new ATH this year despite all the good news that we had to pump the XRP.
I think we still need more to make it happen but Bitcoin has already break it's ATH after 3 year so maybe it could also happen in XRP if we waited more time.

It is very much possible for us to see ATH in this year itself because still 28 days left in month and price of bitcoin is near 19500$. So just 500% more and we see 20k or the first time and this will boost everyone, and altcoins will also react positively on this note. So many coins would start spiking up again and might be near ATH for altcoins if not exactly ATH it can achieve this year.

for bitcoin, I think the opportunity is very big. There is still plenty of time left to hit the top $ 20k mark, and I'm sure it will, sooner or later. it's just that, for altcoins, I'm still not sure about that. although the development is quite good, there are many altcoins that are still far from their ATH, such as ethereum, XRP, and so on.
Yes. ATH for bitcoin might be easy for it to reach because the price is already in an upward trend and in few days, high chances that we can witness a new ATH again. But for altcoins even those who are listed in top ten, it's quite impossible for its new ATH this year because their prices are still seen in a low price hike. Altcoins bull run will be more possible in 2021 and that's what most of the people here are predicting too. So just keep on buying altcoins for now and reap them when it's already their season.
3264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is going to be the next gem on: December 04, 2020, 08:07:55 AM
Currently, if we bring altogether the known currencies, both paper and digital currencies. You will agree with me that Bitcoin stands out among them all. Just a Bitcoin- the price is over $19,000 dollars. That's a fortune. Bitcoin has proven itself, and it's already taking the lead as the father of all currencies. Bitcoin has not only become the GEM, but has been established as the overall most expensive digital currency. In just 11 years. And it has changed the lives of so many people. Truly, Bitcoin is the GEM.
Bitcoin has been considered a gem already when people started to trade and hold it and make huge profits from it. The fact that it can give us financial stability and can change thousands of lives of people, it's truly a gem. Even when the government refuse to adopt it, but still it continues to stand strong making its foundation firmer. And here we are now, in its 11 years of existence, bitcoin is starting to be worldly known and big institutions are now embracing it so in few years from now, global adoption will be very much possible.
3265  Economy / Economics / Re: We're just getting started," says Grayscale 's Michael Sonnenshein on: December 03, 2020, 04:31:08 PM
Squawk Box is a great show to watch in the morning and always great to have some people on their to promot cryptos.
Yeah, I used to watch it years ago when I had more money in the stock market but haven't watched it in quite some time.  Amazing that they're covering crypto now--and other mainstream financial media as well.  That's progress.

It looks like we will witness exciting ups and downs in the coming year and it could be a year of surprises just as it did in 2017.
I bet you 2021 is going to be a crazy year for bitcoin, and yes it'll probably be much like 2017 based on where it looks like it's going to end the year at.  But while everyone loves a screaming, raging bull market while it's happening, it can turn into a bubble and pop--just like in 2018.  That worries me, especially with all of this uncertainty in the economy.

In the end, however, bullish statements by Grayscale like this one are pleasing to the ears.
If Grayscale has a positive outlook on crypto for 2021, so how much more with those people in this crypto community? Although there are still uncertainties for sure but there are more good surprises too waiting for us by 2021. Crypto adoption from big institutions has already started this year and hopefully by 2021, more big and trusted institutions will be able to integrate crypto into their own system thus leading to its global adoption in the near future. And finally, if bull run will not be possible by the end of this year, then eventually it will be visible the next year if God permits.
3266  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what successfull trading tips have worked with you so far ? on: December 02, 2020, 10:44:35 PM
Being able to read where the market is heading to, based on fundamental analysis, supply and demand, and trends in the market. The next tips are managing portfolios, the entry point, selling point, and capital gains.
And the last thing is the most complicated for me is to be patient waiting for the goals.
Yes. Being patient may be easy to say but hard to do. When you're in the real situation like you see the market is suddenly dumping, you can't just be patient waiting for the market to recover again. But they say, learn to be patient or else you will only lose your capital in the end. The next thing is trade and invest only on the amount you can afford to lose. Big risks, big gains, but in the end everything still turns into gambling because when you're into trading, there is still no guarantee that you will always make profits in the end.
3267  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 01, 2020, 10:24:17 PM
every year someone who makes these predictions comes out and manipulates people. nobody knows what will happen in the markets.
I'm already used to it because every year end, a lot of predictions and speculations come out for the following year. But in reality, no one can predict what will be the real scenario for the year to come but i'm looking forward for more positive news about bitcoin and the rest of crypto market as 2021 might be the year of most awaited bull run. And i think for the world's economy, it would recover soon as the cure for corona virus is already in process and anytime by 2021, effective vaccine will soon to be distributed worldwide.
3268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE on: November 28, 2020, 11:24:27 AM
For now, don't ever rely on Airdrops or bounties to get money, because now is not the right time to get money if you only rely on Airdrops or bounties, in contrast to 2017, bounties or Airdrops are very helpful to get money. So for now it's better to do real activities to earn money, but it all depends on the experience you have to earn money. Maybe for me personally, the bounty and airdrop for now is just a side to earn money, because I am very busy with the real work I have.
If you have a stable job outside, then working online is only your sideline. But for those who have no jobs, working online is good and even profitable but you have to develop your own skill first so you can work on the job that suits you. Participating in airdrops or bounties nowadays is already hard to make profits because a lot of scam projects are already out in the market so you have to be careful on what to participate. Maybe if you are patient enough, you can still be profitable in some bounties that are considered legit and pays well those bounty hunters.
3269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin pump and dumps ! on: November 27, 2020, 01:56:56 PM
Never get carried away by pump and dump currents.  That is one way to make the market volume become crowded.  but most of the people who lose even those in the premium group cannot be separated from losses.  Whales who are already buying at a dip price. people outside the group buy into it and when many are buying they dump it.  actually its only benefits for the owner groups I guess. Be careful, it was just a party for a moment!
This one is obviously a scam. Groups were created just to lure those investors particularly newbies who are less knowledgeable about the altcoins market. No other groups except the whales and those current big events that will affect the market and create pumps and dumps for altcoins. DYOR first before deciding to invest or join some groups so you will not end up lossing your capital.
3270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can't always hit the right target on: November 27, 2020, 10:55:50 AM
We can't always hit the right target but we will have lesser disapointing results if we are good at doing research, those who don't want to fail at all won't get anywhere, I'm not one of those who start spreading nonsense about bounties when I know that bounties are base on one's luck and hardwork, with deep analysis you will easily know which project will worth your time or not
Bounty hunting needs more patience and hardwork this time since not all you have promoted are legit. Some are undeniably turned into scams and makes all your efforts worthless. But if you want to avoid participating scam projects, one should make a deep research and analysis but still, this is not 100% sure thay you will not end up promoting a scam one. So you have to be more patient and stay focus because out of hundred scam projects, there are still good projects that pays well.
3271  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: November 25, 2020, 11:48:57 PM

Now that there is already a vaccine , could it be the end of covid- 19 virus? How are you after one year of covid-19 pandemic?

There is a saying," Behind the Clouds the Sun is still Shining".

It's a matter of time before this CoVid vanishes, it's a matter of distribution also, the first one who will get it are those countries who participated in the formulation and testing of the vaccine, other countries will have to line up for the vaccine, so it will take several months before the majority of the people around the world are vaccinated another issue is the cost, the third world will have to take a loan to buy this vaccine, like our country is planning to do.
I also heard that my country is planning to take loans too just to have that vaccine distributed here. IMO, as long as we always follow those imposed health protocols and safety precautions, we can help stop the spread of corona virus. Honestly, i'm not concern anymore about the vaccine because there is still no guarantee that it will be safe for all of us and it will take time again before it will be proven safe and tested to cure the corona virus.
3272  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto live forever or die? on: November 24, 2020, 09:27:48 PM
Currently, crypto has truly embodied itself as the evolution of money over the internet as the world economy moves from real space to the internet. It can be said that we are just beginning a cryptocurrency era that started with Bitcoin. Maybe in the future cryptocurrencies will disappear but letting that happen requires a more advanced world and a better monetary solution than Bitcoin and crypto, it will be a new evolutionary step for sure will happen.

and right now, we are not seeing crypto to die anytime soon. as people already saw the benefits brought by crypto during this pandemic, it will be long before crypto will become obsolete. we will not take for granted about future innovations, as one may create something that will change how we look at crypto now and bring crypto or blockchain in outdated state.
but for now, lets enjoy the benefits that we are experiencing in dealing with crypto. as we dont know what the future holds, lets take advantage of what we have now and make the most out of it

Definitely. Let us not think that bitcoin will die anytime soon because it sounds still unrealistic for me. I believe that crypto will always be here as long as internet connection stays because it can only be operated online. Maybe if internet connection will shut down, i guess everything has come to an end. But with the present benefits we are enjoying right now, i think people are more convinced to embrace crypto more than just an investment, even as a good currency in the future.
3273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Grayscale keeps buying bitcoin. on: November 16, 2020, 10:31:22 PM
We definitely not sure then what is their plan as they are very aggressive accumulating Bitcoin but even they are buying more, it doesn't give worries to us. These numbers of 2% plus versus the total amount of market supply, that is an only small amount and it don't have a huge impact on the market.

We don't mind about the 51% market attack. This is not the way it looks like.
It is something to say that Grayscale is getting prepared for future changes. And they are doing it earlier, there is nothing to worry about and probably many companies have done this silently.
3274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the secret to success in trading? on: November 14, 2020, 01:49:59 PM
I've found nothing but just our knowledge and skills.
Coz anyone that will go into trading without these formulas will surely end up losing. Learning from our mistakes, expose trading experience are also ways to enhance our knowledge and develop skills.

There is no instant way of learning to trade and there is no instant way to succeed. It only comes to us if we wanted to pursue our goal and willing to learn despite the challenge we meet along the way.
3275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites on: November 13, 2020, 11:53:42 PM

When you do look at on op then there are really gambling sites that doesnt have social media accounts.

fortunetowin.com
777.coin.com
btb88.com
Tower.bet
Blackjack.fun

Some of them might not really considering on opening Twitter but instead focusing on discord or other messaging app
or just in on-site support or chat.
They don't have fun yet with Twitter and probably discord or telegram placing them a comfortable way to communicate with the people around.

I'm not sure if that is necessary but as I believe that having social media account visible to the community has a huge impact on them. And a reason why these social media helping to promote their site and benefiting from it.

Well, that OP had a great job. Makes it so easy to track every gambling site of what is new or updates.
Have 2 cents from me for correlating this  Wink.
3276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading losses on: November 11, 2020, 11:26:37 PM
The people who don't enter with the mindset that there may be a loss are the ones who usually fair the worst. Be disciplined and make a plan before you purchase. Set down rules for how much to sell and when to sell - in both profit and loss scenarios. This way you don't let your emotions of doom or moon take over. Failing to sell on a large slide back an eating the loss on BTC from 20K to 3K is fine if you were expecting that - people who didn't probably gave up and sold at 3k because lack of plan.

Most people, myself included, are simply incapable of following their own plans. The cryptocurrency market is very tricky.
Every time your plan is realized, and you forget that now is the very moment that you predicted, undefined factors arise that tell you that you need to wait a little bit, what could be even better. And you are waiting.
That ultimately leads to losses and results other than the most effective.
That is a reality when you don't have a plan to follow. You'll be going nowhere for sure but if you have a certain goal, everything you'll do will guide accordingly and of course, there is a huge difference from an impatient person to the people who are willing to wait and risk their money. Thar word instant is nowhere to find, yeah, and that it never exist out from the reality.

The markety is so tricky but not a thing we need to think about. If you have the capability to adopt the system, you can simply think that this is not a trick but this is how the market behaves.
3277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ledger owners lose 1.1 million XRP!! on: November 10, 2020, 10:35:56 PM
Ledger is not completely out of responsibility in this case: their database hack happened months ago gave scammer much more precise arrows for their bow, and I think it's Ledger duty to protect their customers data properly.
I received a couple of weeks a SMS to my personal cellphone calling me with my real name and surname ( sender was displayed as LEDGER ) saying me myu ledger device had a bug and I had to go to legal.ledger or seomething like that to update it.
Of course I didn't and a 5 minutes search on the net unveiled the scam attempt.
But one thing is ignoring generic pishing mails anoter thing is receiving a SMS on your personal phone with your real ID detail.
That is crazy, good thing that you never click their bait. These people are really smart but you are smarter than them  Grin.

It probably the same case that it happens to OP, he got fool in the trap set by hackers, and cliking on the link will redirect them to the phishing site and collect our personal details password, and the key. I'm sure that person had mentioned by OP is in the hurry just save his millions inside but it was very unfortunate that it compromise at all instead of saving it.

Just be careful with the links, don't click it if we are not sure.
3278  Economy / Economics / Re: Effective Covid-19 vaccine found on: November 09, 2020, 11:15:32 PM
It finally found it and I hope the distribution will start the soonest as possible so we are going back to normal. I'm really tired of wearing masks everyday at work...

I see huge recoveries on the stock market but might be opposite with Bitcoin as can I see that online gambling institutions will drop as offline casinos will be back to operation and crypto demand will be slowed down.

Anyway, it won't bet me a lot. The most important is we already have now the vaccine that people are waiting for.
3279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it over for Binance IEO? on: November 07, 2020, 01:34:01 PM
I can't tell you this time. Though we notice that they are weakened already but doesn't mean that they already giving up and let their reputation dried up. Just like to other projects/platforms, they also suffered such market decline as investors might looking for another one.  Ain't the end as I know that those investors will turn back investing with this project.

Well, I don't get a dumb favor to Binance but because I know their market potential, I believe that they can still recover and get back what the community expecting from them since their existence.
3280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading hours on: November 07, 2020, 12:46:53 PM
Maybe it varies from our different time zone. I've noticed also that the market is so active during the late evening in our place which makes me sometimes adopt the timezone and wake up just to trade. I often go along with the volatility because that is a big impact when you are actively trading and how you make a profit from it.

Maybe normal traders don't feel it but if you are very active in trading and spend a lot of time on computers they can certainly feel the changes and they are going to make adjustments.
