Hey FortuneJack I know tennis Australian Open already started but do you have any special promos regarding Tennis going on? Could not seem to find any and just hunting around for the best ones;) BTC is up,,, so it is exciting now to bet;)

Thank you in advance!
3262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin gold from old BTC? on: February 10, 2021, 07:17:30 AM
Definitely not worth risking at the moment,,, But do not forget, if you do decide to do anything with any of these, just first move out (sweep) out all of your BTC to a new wallet. You just never know what kind of malware is sending out your private keys to a lurking hacker:)

Hodl BTC! Forget the forks;)
3263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Eth able to break its previous ATH within few days? on: February 09, 2021, 02:45:41 PM
Elon Musk's investment accelerate bull market and now the prices of all altocins (at least those from the top100-top200) should start growing. Ethereum still has enormous potential (despite the fact that the amount of transaction fees blocks it strongly) so I am sure that Ethereum will follow the Bitcoin price and we will see new ATH every day.

He did not accelerate bull market, MicroStrategy did. Elon Musks's tweets are problematic to me because they cause his fanboys to pump.

Also,,, he cannot take full credit for Tesla decision as that is not his money AFAIK.

Agree however that ETH will benefit the most, apart from Bitcoin.
3264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do casino awards matter? on: February 09, 2021, 02:08:37 PM
In general I believe most awards are not particular and not useful to the average gambler but I have to say, I trust AskGamblers awards a lot more than others. Simply because I know myself they have helped a lot of people in the past with problems (especially when getting money back from casinos online).

Mind you,,, awards does not make me trust a casino more, but it does let me know the casino has real people running it and not just customer support from random IT centers.
3265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real fact behind crypto ban in Nigeria on: February 09, 2021, 11:41:44 AM
The question is are white people so stupid that they will keep sending money to people they've never meet in real life? Honestly all this defrauding through romance and other ways have been going on since past years now, I expected all this to have come to an halt, the problem isn't even the scammers but people who allowed themselves to be used

Trust me,,, it is not just white people even a lot of Asians also get scammed so no need to point out a single race! I do not think this is the truth though. Nigerian email and love scams have been around since the 90s and you did not see anyone banning Western Union or bank transfers.

This is just false reporting. 90% of scammers still do not use Bitcoin.
3266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hype around DOGE on: February 09, 2021, 09:44:05 AM
i tried to trade some doge yesterday on futures and had little loss. it was obvious that the market was heading down yesterday and today the elon news came and everything changed geared. thats why coins are pumping. its not as if doge is useful, its just making a troll of it.

I did not know there was such a thing as doge futures,,, which platform did you trade it on? Doge is really enjoying a long time in this rally, and elon being elon is going to keep adding fuel to the party for as long as possible.

Doge is useful though. If you are a gambler you know what for,,,;)
3267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: February 09, 2021, 09:05:47 AM
Called it here, up the Leeds!

Here is the table.

FA Cup tonight I think, though the ball may get frozen like in rocket league.

Time to back the lower leagues who are used to playing in worse field conditions and worse balls,,, am I not then correct?Wink

West Ham I would definitely think to bet on but they are the ones who have to travel in the cold so I guess United can win this one easily. AFC Bournemouth parlay United seems the easiest choice:)
3268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it worth it to mine doge? on: February 09, 2021, 07:49:12 AM
It always makes sense to mine if you know for sure that the costs of mining are less than the costs of the coin you can mine,,, in my opinion. And at least there will always be demand for doge,,, at least for the next few years anyway, right? 10% of marketcap though most altcoins not even 1% of that.
3269  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: February 09, 2021, 07:17:51 AM
Yes, Tennis betbuilder is in the plans. That along with Ice Hockey to come next.. I can't give an exact launch date at the moment, but I will let you guys know here when I find out for sure.

Thanks for your answer Steve, and we all know you guys are working hard every day to make the offerings even more interesting all the time,,, really do not know any other platform so good on development:)

Also imagine if we could combine betbuilders;) Can make it like multi boost, 2 betbuilders +2% 3 betbuilders + 3% etc;)
3270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DeFi is high risk, caution! on: February 08, 2021, 04:15:06 PM
Defi or not, its all hackable! Nothing on this world does have that 100% secure or safe which means each project does have the tendency to be hacked.

So always put up on your mind when you do tend to invest then its better to spend the money that you can only afford to lose.Dont go all in because no matter how
legit the project is, it doesnt give out guarantees that it would last forever or not to be hacked or faced up problems in the future.

Anything here on this market is high risk.So its always suggested to make your own research and verify everything and took up risk that
you can able to handle when shit things happen.

True,,, but some things are more hackable than others and you can bet Defi is one of them. They are mainly built by programmers who are not as good as ETH direct ones so smart contracts are full of loopholes and even some of them have exact backdoors created by original programmers. Never leave your funds in these defi software, too many hacks to prove how insecure they all are:(
3271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 08, 2021, 03:03:48 PM
Well done to LFC_Bitcoin for leading the top, I think it is awesome you are not feeling too bad about your team. It was great you won trophies, now just the time to regroup and not lift expectations.

Now you just need to close out one more game and you can be the first two-times winner of yellow cap,,, I have to be happy with 4.5 points as this was a bad round for almost everyone! Bad on me to pick a Sheffield win against Chelsea hehe.
3272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Super Bowl LV winner is... on: February 08, 2021, 01:01:06 PM
Tom Brady is still a great talent but this proves that individual brilliance can only be made to shine with a great strategy and a whole team of other talents. He will definitely enjoy his MVP today and for the rest of the year. Well done to him, but Mahomes to come back stronger maybe?

3273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin recovery? Can someone please help on: February 08, 2021, 11:49:00 AM
Keep trying using the private key on different dogecoin wallets, you can also try from versions made during the time you created the account,,, It should work for coinomi though. Maybe try the old version of Exodus wallet? They used to support DOGE but that was several years ago. Private keys for doge should work in any decent wallet though,,,
3274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another insane win!! $ 1B mega million jackpot on: February 08, 2021, 11:14:11 AM
That is a big win, but if that winner can not manage his win money, he will not survive and will spend unnecessary things for his life. As long as we can use the money for our life, and only buy the thing that we need and save the money for the next few days, we will have the chance to have a better life. Maybe many others are winning people out there, which we do not know. But that money will not cover our expenses for a lifetime.

We all know this no need to say it:) But I am really really happy that I managed to with draw most of my winnings on the last time I won something big on crypto (with sportsbet). It was 0.3 BTC worth $3000 at the time but I withdrew 0.295 and only used half of it to cash out. Now it is worth over $5000 what remainder I had left so I am very happy:)
3275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: xrp pump on: February 08, 2021, 09:51:34 AM
I think I know the motivation behind why there's an abrupt siphon for XRP. There are screen captures from a gathering that is being spread about the conceivable siphon that will happen tomorrow which most likely made everybody energized and began to purchase before the day comes. XRP was in a unique circumstance that influenced it, yet now things are gradually returning, and we will chuckle.

So much shady things going on about Ripple and XRP,,, and you know for sure there is even a lot more going on that we will never know about. You know what they say if you find one rotten apple then for sure that is not the only worm that is in the pile. Still,,, a pump to $1 one day will probably happen with all the manipulation!
3276  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: February 08, 2021, 09:05:41 AM
Tom Brady MVP and Bucs did a supreme win. I don't think anyone would have called 0-0 in the last quarter though, seems Chiefs just gave up and Bucs just held on for the win. This says it all:)

https://twitter.com/BleacherReport/status/1358610821245325313/photo/1

This might start me following NFL every now and then:)

Yes, well done to you and whoever else. I bet on Chiefs to win, I mean, all the bookies made them favorites but this was a scoreline that says otherwise. Amazing gameplan,,, and I only got 6/15 from MultiMaster so for sure I know nothing!

Will there be a time in the future possible to add betbuilder type options for Tennis as well? I see like today Novak's game he is of course the favorite to win so odds are all too small to do anything but betbuilder like first set winner + opponent no winning sets or correct score might make it worthwhile:)

^^
Yeah, go for it! Wink

Just so those who are missing their footie this weekend in here, not to worry as there is something for everybody this weekend.
On following up from the last competition there is a chance to get an Arsenal jersey just for putting in your submission on this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5307559.msg56274930#msg56274930

I already put in my picks for Superbowl and I will have a look to see if can still participate in the Betbuilder, very fun with boosts! I already did a nice round of betting and usually try not to do too many in a week if I do not win looking at budget of course;) By the way we can participate and win more than once right?
3278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Prepare for the big and long dump this year. on: February 05, 2021, 03:18:13 PM
If ETH could fall to $70 from 1400, then it is capable of another 95% drop,,, So even if it reaches 2k, which it looks like might not even happen,,, we are talking about another big drop to $100.

That is not likely but always possible in crypto. I always assume the worse:)
3279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: February 05, 2021, 01:44:04 PM
New year is not good for me as I am coming down very badly due to some very bad run in last four weeks 28 corrects with average of 7 very poor for me but most of european leagues giving very shocking results in Covid-19 era which is really main issue hopefully this poor run will end in coming weeks a win can change fortunes.

My win came quite early, only in the first few games of trying for MultiMaster but I think now it gets harder of course because there are for sure more and more people playing every single week!

Shocking results are probably even better for those who do not really know football? Maybe we should pick shocks for SuperBowl;)
3280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about new projects on: February 05, 2021, 01:01:29 PM
In addition (funnier), platforms with social and community bases that have no purpose or solution to the financial case must force themselves to stay in the mainstream by tokenizing their services which in the end the token creation itself becomes useless.

Why don't the current projects almost all follow in the footsteps of existing famous brands?

That is not just with social and community bases. Almost every project, regardless of what they have or have not,,, do the same, thinking that they can just magically create utility for everyone from nothing. And funnier to think that users will also suddenly magically want to use the token for utility they never needed before.
