3281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you prefer bitcoin, FIAT money or other? on: April 01, 2015, 12:47:56 PM
kind of weird but for me it depends.

I'd choose to get paid in FIAT for my "official" job because I need to buy my every day needs and currently I can't use bitcoins to buy such things in my neighborhood.

as for my "outside" earnings such as gifts, website income, sig campaign, etc. I'd prefer bitcoin.
3282  Other / Meta / Re: Avatars re-enabled on: April 01, 2015, 12:34:21 PM
So, happy April fool's day!!! I was wondering why everyone has a same kind of avatar( pic with some words on it).

read the previous pages  Wink

Like people have paid signatures, can they also now have paid avatars with advertise for a particular website?
Was just curious to know if the admins would allow it?
P.S : I wont support avatar ads, they will make the forum look disgusting.

I don't think so. Theymos and Badbear already expressed their hate toward the signature spams to the point of making some changes.
3283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gavin reveals Satoshi's been secretly working on BTC 2.0 on: April 01, 2015, 12:28:35 PM
at first i was starting believing in it, it sound reasonable even so the name of this new bitcoin it's kinda stupid and sounds like a one of many altcoin scam out there

then i remembered that today is april 1...everything was explained after this

Everything is self-explanatory after all  Grin It's just that we tend to forget what day it is right now.

Code:
April 1st. APRIL FOOLS!

I actually remembers it, I just thought the people in bitcointalk is just way to serious to make a joke for April Fools.

and they proved me wrong  Grin
3284  Other / Meta / Re: Avatars re-enabled on: April 01, 2015, 12:21:43 PM
Why oh why? Tried changing my avatar just to be in with the trends, but then:

Quote
An Error Has Occurred!
That avatar is too wide or tall. The limit is 120px width by 80px height!

Already resized the picture to 100x80, still:

Quote
An Error Has Occurred!
That avatar is too wide or tall. The limit is 120px width by 80px height

Sad

it might be 100px height and 80px width.
happened to me when I uploaded mine.
3285  Other / Meta / Re: Avatars re-enabled on: April 01, 2015, 12:17:12 PM
Wow. Everybody looks so classy today Tongue

lol I see a few miss-placed doge avatars here. some might not thing of it as "classy"  Grin
3286  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paid per post on: April 01, 2015, 12:09:20 PM
Is it true that maximum amount of bitcoins that can be earned from signature campaigns on this site is 0,1 BTC per month?

nope, as long as you don't spam and keep your post constructive, you can earn more than that in a mere week. still it's actually harder than it sounds.

Can you imagine the state of a PTP forum?  Spam central.  Must need massive rules to keep it usable.

yup. no amount of moderators will be able to keep up when most of the existing user in a forum spams worthless one worder or copy paste junks.
3287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gavin reveals Satoshi's been secretly working on BTC 2.0 on: April 01, 2015, 11:56:59 AM
speaking of April Fools, Theymos is trolling the whole forum as we speak.
look around the forum and you'll find out  Grin
3288  Other / Meta / Re: Avatars re-enabled on: April 01, 2015, 11:51:43 AM
lol I tried logging out and I find my new avatar changed to this

is it the same pic for everyone?
3289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gavin reveals Satoshi's been secretly working on BTC 2.0 on: April 01, 2015, 11:44:57 AM
Oh my. I almost got caught in that one! Why is April Fools even considered a holiday? o.O But I know somewhere out there, Satoshi is still among us, using different accounts and the different way of talking to others, so as to hide his/her identity.

Anyway, thanks for the nice topic. A fun read, though it is very unlikely that it is true.  Sad

same here. I went from curiosity to mad to embarrassed when I found out about the lie.  Grin

April 1st is one of my most hated days, yet I just can't stay mad for long because I know it's the day for jokes.
3290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid a hooker in vegas using Bitcoin Saturday night on: April 01, 2015, 11:23:33 AM
alright fine, lie all you want. I'm getting tired of replying to your idiotic posts..  Lips sealed

and for the record. everything you said about me is wrong.
3291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid a hooker in vegas using Bitcoin Saturday night on: April 01, 2015, 11:14:31 AM

NO, you don't understand women.
No woman likes to be called a hooker.
Deal with it.
It doesn't matter if she is a "hooker", she does not like to be called one. 1

I am guessing you are under 16 years of age, right? 2

That being said, please stop polluting the forum with your crap.
Those with knowledge can see that you are a little shit, nothing more. 3

Keep watching porn and masturbating.....
You will keep being a little shit that thinks all women are porn stars.... 4

That being said, women like good sex, but NOT the shit you watch on your stinky porn movies. 5

1. oh you just know it all, don't you? are you sure you're not a woman? or maybe woman at heart or something?  Lips sealed

2. wow, making assumption about another person's age without having ever seen their face... that's waaaaay off, smartass.

3. hey, at least I can admit that I don't know certain things. unlike you who throw off assumptions without proofs.

4. hahaha. I don't know how to answer this one. it's just like watching a kid getting mad

5. same as the first one
3292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid a hooker in vegas using Bitcoin Saturday night on: April 01, 2015, 10:56:23 AM

Knowing a lot of women and understanding them (and their needs) is 2 different things.

I do not believe I need to say more, apart from the fact that I do think you are a wanker.

oh, you should've asked, silly. of course I understand women.  Wink

please don't say anything more cuz I might die laughing if you keep that up

That being said: I am sure you have no respect for women because they do not respect you....
How did you find out about that?

Your dead momma and your sister are entertainers.

No, your live momma and sisters are entertainers.

Unless you are a necrophiliac.... ewwwww you sick bastard........ ewwwww you sick bastard....

You make me sick.
Please do not post here anymore,
we do not care about your sick, perverted preferences.

Thank you  Smiley

lol what a brat
3293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid a hooker in vegas using Bitcoin Saturday night on: April 01, 2015, 10:29:57 AM

Clearly, you DO NOT KNOW WOMEN

oh I know plenty of women

and I said -at least- call them entertainers NOT hookers.

last time I checked it's still my tongue and my keyboard

Nice of you to stop by.

sure

wanker

you sure that's not you?
3294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's time for Plan B. #Bitcoin on: April 01, 2015, 10:25:54 AM
Ugh. He's going to bloat the blockchain up storing segmented pirated crap. In one respect, if he can pull off that technological feat, I'll give him credit. But then again, he's pirating stuff. I guess Bitcoin can only become what it'll become. That's how you test it's staying power. You gotta let him do his thing with our thing, otherwise we just don't know if Bitcoin is really here to stay. Again, I'm not condoning illegal stuff.

Facilitating uploads is not pirating. That is as much pirating a boatconstructor, canon manufacturer or parrot salesman would do in the time of pirates. I'ts like I'm selling you a brick, you kill someone with it and now I am the murderer...

sure, if only one guy bought killing bricks from you it's all fine. if thousands of people bought your special bricks and uses them for killing makes it a different story. your bricks business will become a resource center for murderers

just to be clear, I'm on the neutral on this pirating thing.
3295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid a hooker in vegas using Bitcoin Saturday night on: April 01, 2015, 10:18:14 AM
Went to Las Vegas for my 21st with a couple friends. Went to some clubs and got a girl and figured should cross "3 some" off bucket list and she was all for it so we got a hooker.

Paid her in Bitcoin, it was pretty funny honestly.

Ironically paid her exactly 1 Bitcoin too for couple hours with her. God it was a blessed night all around.

Never need it but a friend told me you can stay hard for a couple hours even if you orgasm so I bought a viagra off a friend and it did exactly that. My first threesome, was two or so hours long (with breaks of course, I'm not hercules) but goddamn I swear I lost 5 pounds from all that energy used. Couldn't move for awhile the next morning and I was pretty raw honestly from all the sex haha.

I am happy for you that you have actually became a man (even at 21).
(I became a man at 13 and I didn't have to pay for it  Wink )

Can you please refer to women as "entertainers" at least?

Hooker is a bad word.

That being said: your momma or your sister could have been doing this job to feed their children.
How would you feel about someone calling your mom or sister a hooker?
(that being said, what does your mom and sister(s) do for a living?)

 Wink

wow, you call every women as "entertainers"?

hookers doesn't mind it when we call them hookers.
3296  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Leave Facebook if you don't want to be snooped on, warns EU on: April 01, 2015, 10:14:22 AM
I have four active facebook accounts that uses completely false personal informations. am I safe or not?

Facebook doesn't have access to any information you don't give it. It's perfectly avoidable.
Actually Facebook collects data in the background processes of your computer even when you aren't signed in. You agree to this in the TOS.

Why did anyone sign up for Total Information Awareness book anyway?

what's a Total Information Awareness? I searched for it in the internet but found nothing that ties it with facebook.
3297  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Satoshi Nakamoto was hiring, how would you impress him? on: April 01, 2015, 09:44:58 AM
I wouldn't. because I know I don't stand a chance with my current knowledge of.. ummm,, everything?
3298  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is DEA Agent Force Responsible For MtGox Collapse? on: April 01, 2015, 09:42:38 AM
Wish it.

I miss my money terribly.

what, you think they're going to return it?
that kind of thing never happened before and never will.
3299  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin price drop even more? on: March 31, 2015, 11:49:34 PM
no one really knows what would happen. bitcoin price might shot up again if something good comes up. or it might drop below $200 because dumping and regulations.
3300  Other / Meta / Re: This forum + TOR on: March 31, 2015, 10:32:04 PM
Isn't the fee really small?

it is. ranging from 0.005BTC to 0.01BTC.
considering that you'll become anonymous, that's pretty cheap.
