38MHASH is slow when the gtx 1070 can do 36 MHASH (genoils miner samsung mem oc/ windows 7). If you want to mine ethereum with the 1080ti you should dual mine siacoin with the claymore miner and use a high -dcri in the bat file like -dcri 128 or -dcri 256

The latest private spreadcoin release (pascal edition) does 15.5 mhash on the 1080ti and 9.3mhsh on the 1070.

My private kernel is doing 600h/s on the 1060 3gb. Much cheaper and with 2-3 years warranty in the EU.

6gb mem is a waste, and they seem expensive... $300 - 400

There is mem usage but you have linear memory reads so the cache will work at optimal conditions.
gddr5x is slower on algos that use random memory access in big buffers. (ethereum, monero etc..)

Then you can make another script that kills the ccminer process/script and restart your bat file every 2 hours or similar.

As scrypter writes, scripts like these have already been made by other users.

-r 5 will try to reconnect 5 times to the pool. If not it will exit the program and continue to the next pool.

probably you should look what TTF says before choosing what to mine

Why do you use the 11 days average average rate? When a block is found I expect the pool to exchange with todays rate right after the block has been confirmed. If I have waited 11 days on yiimp, I still could get todays exchange rate wich is 40% above the payout that I got. zpool's excangerate seems to be 20-30% lower than the market rate always..
