Kyc is not asked without any reason. Maybe they have defected some stuffs. Most provably about alt accounts. But I'm not sure though. But I can suggest everyone if face any problem of playing or muted in chat, shortly check your registered email. In my case, I assume they asked me to do KYC because I keep depositing and withdraw my balance regular. I usually deposit and withdraw 2 times a day since I gamble morning and night but I never leave my balance on the casino except yesterday when my account was disabled.
