3281  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: A Poll on Blockchain.info on What You Use it For. First 20 Voters Earn 5 Merits! on: April 02, 2018, 01:29:03 PM
I voted to the first option "Store bitcoins/ether." My main use of that site is mostly related to storing my Bitcoins and Ethereum in their wallet. Aside from that I sometimes use it to see that if my transactions are confirmed or not.
3282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Currency News (CCN) on: April 01, 2018, 10:45:31 PM
Well, your concept of creating such a website is not new because such sites already exist in the internet. By far I know that whatever I read on those sites was accurate to some extent, and that news really helped me a lot in my research on coins before investing my $$$ on them.

Your idea of weekly updates isn't really eye-catching because if the updates come after a week then what's the point for the investors who do their trades on daily basis? I recommend you to share crypto-news on your site more than 2-4 times per week so that people might get some benefits from your site.

I lost some $ and some token on my wallet, can anyone help me return my assets?
in this world of cryptos there is no return for anything that you lost. If you lost your tokens and $ of your account then you lost it forever my friend and trust me there is no way to recover your losses other than accepting it as your technical illiteracy.

However, I recommend you to not give up on this market just because of your own technical demerits instead of that you should try your best to be more alert and active next time, and also you should won others or guide them so that they can be invincible from such scams.
3284  Other / Meta / Re: J.r Member on: April 01, 2018, 09:08:05 PM
Like others said "you should probably try your best to improve your posts rather than thinking about merits," and you will be really amazed to see that you might get some merits from some generous members of this forum within a week or even in less time than that.

Merits are only worthy if you know what you are doing to have them, and the only and most important thing to do in this regard is "Information." if you inform the members of this forum about something really amazing by creating your own threads, and replying to all the comments of your thread then you chances of getting merits will be very higher. Other than this thing there is no other way for legitimately acquiring merits here.
3285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POWH what do you think on: April 01, 2018, 08:58:02 PM
Hello there,

What do you think of the Powh dapp? I have recently seen the contract get over 10k ETH in it. I mean wtf... WTF!
I mean i saw it at 400 eth and now to 11k eth spiking the price of their token over 25x times. They advertise it as a pyramid scheme so not sure. I mean its a risky investment and i dont condone it.

Let me know your thoughts on it.

I dont condone this type of risky investment, but i know there might be some mad individuals here.
Feel free to use my refferal link if you wish:
https://powh.io/?masternode=0xf52faea9dbbe6ae966d6e2e72b0cf97841c70af9
They are not seemed to be legit in my point of view because how could in this world can we generate ETH by holding tokens? The concept of their program seems really funny and I am astonishingly amazed to see that much investment on such a dull and risky project. Those who have invested on this type of scheme might be fools, mental's or kids that didn't know what they were doing while investing on the project.
3286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news and bad news on: April 01, 2018, 09:12:22 AM
The crypto currency recorded a decline during the first quarter of 2018. This condition contrasts with the year 2017 when the digital currency recorded a fantastic rally.

The movement of the crypto currency is very volatile, driven by the flow of news and rapid changes related to investor sentiment. In 2017, the Bitcoin trend for example, has pushed the price up 1.375%. This year on the contrary, the price is swooping.

The positive news for crypto currency, especially bitcoin comes from a company called Lightning Labs, which released Lightning Network, a program that allows users to establish dedicated payment channels that operate in parallel with the main bitcoin network. This product is seen as one possible way to help increase the capacity of bitcoin transactions, which remains a major constraint to its growth.

In addition, in March, Jack Dorsey, CEO of Inc. and Square Inc. Inc., told the Times of London he expects bitcoin to be the global single currency in 10 years.

Despite the sharp decline this year, investors who have had bitcoin since early 2016 have enjoyed a nearly 650% increase.

The decline of the cryptos mostly the top 10 ones has allowed new investors to begin their investing without any worries about losses that could occur when the crypto market was at its peak. Although this news might be negative for those who bought Bitcoin at $18000 or above, but its an amazing opportunity for those who are just entering the market.

Yeah, the Lightning Network is an amazing extension to the current situation of the Bitcoin as it can really impact the way people see Bitcoin. Although, its not confirmed that when this will be implemented into the current wallets, but it will be really an awesome thing. However, I am sure that it will be implemented into the wallets very soon.
3287  Economy / Speculation / Re: how bitcoin affects market? on: March 31, 2018, 04:31:09 PM
Hi guys , i just want to know how bitcoins affects the flow of the cryptocurrency market?
Bitcoins affect the market because it is the head of the all cryptoes and it shares the highest percentage of the crypto-currency market.

whats the basis or reasons why its going to be bloody when bitcoin drops ? As i observed when bitcoin drops , all coins drops also, and also when bitcoin is bloody , all coins are bloody too.  do  you have some further explanation about this crap.
Bitcoin is the only digital currency that we refer as a true crypto because other cryptos are just alternative coins. Their whole market is due to the presence of the mighty Bitcoin, and if it goes down then they will also go down. Alt coins do have their own value and features but without the main unit (King of the cryptoes,) they are not able to exist by their own self, and thus results in their value going downward rather than upward.
3288  Economy / Speculation / Re: end of March 2018 became a bitcoin rest place. on: March 31, 2018, 11:51:37 AM
I do not think bitcoin will fall back to $ 6000, is it time for bitcoin to rest? and replaced by ETH or Ripple?

I want your answer based by the reasons.
Bitcoin will probably maintain its current position for sometime at $6000 or a little less than that and none of those coins could replace Bitcoin anytime soon. Because the Bitcoin is still more famous than it predecessors, and its value is because of its community and features, and yes the most important thing that makes Bitcoin more valuable than ETH, and Ripple is its limited supply of 21 million Bitcoins which is still lower than ETH, and Ripple.

The other reason that makes Bitcoin more valuable and usable than ETH, and Ripple is its entry into the market. Other cryptoes came after Bitcoin and that's why if its usage decrease than the whole market will face huge collapses in future. Ethereum, and Ripple are also down in value because of crypto-market collapse. And, the ones who use ETH and XRP instead of Bitcoin will face more losses than the ones who use Bitcoin.
3289  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Market Prediction by the end of April on: March 30, 2018, 09:15:09 PM
It is a really hard time to predict anything accurately related to the price of Bitcoin, but I think that the market will remain in the same situation for a few months from now. By keeping this in mind we are  not wrong to think that Bitcoin may hardly be able cross the $10000 mark in these days, but on the other hand it might go further down in value.

The current time is a really tough time for the holders of the Bitcoin, as nothing special is happening to its price other than huge spikes of downward movements. On the other hand, Ethereum is also getting down, and its price is  currently below the mark of $400 today, and it might go lower than $350. So basically all of the top cryptos are getting huge value falls, and in this situation one should try his/her best to hold their coins rather than selling them.
3290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we now in a time of total uncertainty on: March 17, 2018, 01:31:04 PM
Do people think we are now in a time of real uncertainty over what the price is going to do next.  It seems to defy all logic.  I thought it would go down a few days ago but it didn't.  And now it has gone down today.
Yeah, these times are really rough and no one really knows that what will happen in few days. The price goes up for sometimes and it comes back down as well. According to my own speculation, it would go up within a week or two but honestly no one really knows that what will happen in next few days.

Will it go further down from here around 8.1k now at this time or will it go up again over the next few days.  This must be putting people off investing.  Or are people just optimistic.
Well, there are chances that it might go more down, than $8.1 k, and yeah there is 100% possibility that it will go up again within a few days. I would recommend you to hold your Bitcoin if you already have some, and if you are up to investing into it then this is the best time for you.
3291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Founder of Microsoft Makes a Dim View on Cryptocurrency on: March 06, 2018, 02:19:54 PM
Bill gates comments on crypto-currency are in correct I know that his point of view is somewhat legit but still his comment shows that he's not so much knowledgeable about the subject in detail. Yeah, crypto-currencies have been used by criminals as well, but that doesn't mean that the only usage of such digital currencies is limited to crime or drugs.

However, in some sense I agree with his logic about the fluctuations in the rates of Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies, as those might not be favorable for very poor people, but those people should invest only what they can lose.
3292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trade with alt ? on: March 06, 2018, 08:10:28 AM
Why alt coins are good for trade ? why not bitcoin ?
Alt coins are good for trade because of their lower price levels. Most of the time the ones who trade altcoins make much more profits in their trades than the ones who trade with Bitcoin. Day traders prefer the simple form of trading by simply buying altcoins lower and then they sell them for higher prices.

Trading Bitcoin isn't profitable these days if you have low capital, but if the starting capital is good enough then trading it might gain some profits to the traders. Still the profits will be very low as compare to altcoins.
3293  Economy / Goods / Re: ▶️VPS METHOD 2018◀️ | Unlimited Servers Method 2018 | INSTANT DELIVERY on: February 20, 2018, 01:25:37 PM
If the method is working then I would have a vouch copy and leave my legit review about your product. The reviews that you mentioned aren't valid for the users of this forum, and your current Newbie rank wont give you any successful sales. So its better to provide vouch copies.
3294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / China is creating a new trouble for its crypto users on: February 05, 2018, 03:33:00 PM
China has been creating troubles for its crypto users for a long time, and now it is getting even worse for them. China has taken the decision to restrict and or block foreign exchanges which is really a dissatisfied news for the crypto lovers of that country. They think that by blocking the foreign exchanges they could counter the Financial Risks, but who knows what's their real intention behind blocking of those sites.

For this time, no one knows that what will be the next moves of China in upcoming days, but if we closely speculate their decisions then it's not wrong to predict that one day all the Chinese investors (who are a large part of Crypto-wrold,) will no longer be able to trade with freedom.
3295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does bitcoin have value? on: February 03, 2018, 02:39:57 PM
There is not only one reason that makes Bitcoin valuable but there are 100's of reasons and features that makes Bitcoin valuable. The main thing that makes Bitcoin more valuable than other cryptos is its huge community, and its users who are faithful towards it.

Some other important factors that are helping Bitcoin to gain its value are the following.
    • It is very secure and can be easily used by everyone
    • It is available to general public and can be used easily
    • It is main crypto for exchanges
    • Its supply is limited to 21 million
    • It is decentralized
    • Anyone can trade with it without any regulations of face, race, or nationality
    • It is accepted by many popular merchants
    • It can be easily exchanged into cash
    • It can not be stolen easily
    • It can be useful by teenagers who can't do many things because of their age
    • It has no physical form and that's why you can store millions worth of $$$ in the form of Bitcoin within your wallet
    • People all over the world accept it, and even those who have no id card or other documents can use it
    • It is the first crypto-currency, and the king of the game
    • It is more valuable than gold

Although, I have mentioned some of its features that make it valuable, but those are just few of its qualities. If you do deep research on it you will be amazed by its qualities. It will be the future of the other currencies., and I am very sure that the overall economic system will be changed just because of it.

3296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is the most complete bit of Bitcoin information? on: February 03, 2018, 10:37:27 AM
Bitcoin market, bitcoin miner, Bitcoin teaching, and more. Huh
There isn't a single source that provides complete information about Bitcoin, but yes there are various sources that can provide information about the Bitcoin in detail. One of such source is this forum of bitcointalk, and another great source of information is the own website of Bitcoin.

By the way you can also learn about Bitcoin markets using google search, and there are plenty of websites that provide essential information about the markets. And, you can use Google as well as Youtube to learn enough about cryptos and Bitcoin. But, if you want to learn even more than that then you should read some good books that cover the subject deeply.

Some good books like "Mastering Bitcoin,"  "Cryptoassets,"  and the "The Book Of Satoshi" are also valuable for newcomers and all users of cryptos. These books cover some essential area of the cryptos, like their history, their advantages, their uses, and yeah some other essential information about them that can be really important for crypto users.
3297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Starting with bitcoins on: January 25, 2018, 02:10:20 PM
Hello. I live in Sweden and I,m going to start to do some mid-long time savings in bitcoins. I have done some research and I,m thinking about buying then on either Coinbase, Gemini or Blockchain.info.
What do you guys think is the best alternative? What I have seen it seems to be Gemini but people say that it takes ages to verify you account there and should I really wait that long I mean bitcoins might skyrock in price when I,m waiting.
Well, why not to try other platforms than the mentioned ones? If you want fast and secure deposits then you can try services like Localbitcoins. They aren't related to Coinbase or others but I started with them and everything was smooth, and I still use them sometimes even this day. Localbitcoins doesn't sell Bitcoins itself, and that's why fees are somewhat high. It is a user-user based platform, and if a seller has good reviews, then the trade will be smooth and fast.

should I move the bitcoins I,m going to buy to an offline wallet? If that's the case which one? A
Yes, you should move your Bitcoins to hardware wallets if your investments are more than $5000 but if the investments are less than that then there is no need of hardware wallets. However, if you still want to use an offline wallet then go for either "Nano Ledger S – Hardware Wallet"  or "Trezor – Hardware Wallet."

And is there a fee for sending my bitcoins between any of those places and my offline bitcoin wallet?
Of course there are some fees for sending your Bitcoins from one wallet to other, and whether you send your Bitcoins from one online wallet to other or from online wallets to your offline wallet, you'll have to pay the transaction fees.
3298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still worth mining bitcoin in 2018 ? on: January 25, 2018, 10:33:05 AM
My question is if it's still worth buying Asic's and start mining BTC in 2018.

If not mine BTC what other coin is it worth to mine nowadays?
Yes, Bitcoin mining is still profitable even these days and it can make you some good profits if you have a good ASIC miner like "Bitman  Antminer S9." But, like other mining rigs it will still depend on the cost of electricity, and if you have access to free electricity then profits are good enough.

Mining other alternative coins is also profitable, but unfortunately they can only be mined with GPU-miners that aren't pre-built by companies like "Bitman," but can be easily made by locals who are good at hardware stuff. Ethereum is more profitable as compare to Bitcoin, and with a good GPU-Rig one could easily expect 160 MH/s with 6 GPU-Rig.

You can also calculate mining profits with online calculators like that of crypto-compare. The calculator gives you accurate profits that you earn from mining different coins.
3299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best sources for knowledge (Blockchain, Bitcoin etc.) on: January 24, 2018, 09:28:54 AM
The best source of knowledge whether its related to Bitcoin, Blockchain or anything else is books. Reading them with complete concentration and focused attention will help you learn about anything you desire. I would like to recommend you some books that may help you to learn about Blockchain, Bitcoin, and other related stuff.

The following books have been recommended by experts to learn about Bitcoin, Blockchain, and other stuff related to the former subjects.

    1. Mastering Bitcoin: Programming the Open Blockchain 2nd Edition:- This one is the best book recommended to learn deeply about Blockchain and Bitcoin.

    2. The Business Blockchain This is also one of the recommended books by experts.

    3. The Age of Cryptocurrency This one is another amazing book for everyone who want to know the crypto-world.

    4. Blockchain: Blueprint for a New Economy This one might help you in areas that others might not help.

The above books are best to learn almost everything about Blockchain, Bitcoin, and to some extent about other cryptos as well, but you should read them chapter by chapter in order to gain enough knowledge about the subjects. You can also try watching some professional "Lynda's" courses to learn about the subjects but still keep your self busy with the books as they are precious gems of information.

You should also read crypto news daily to keep your self updated about the new information. Also check coinmarketcap   daily for updated prices, values, and market volume of the cryptos.
3300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: January 24, 2018, 07:48:50 AM
I wanted to ask this question and now I don't.Because I opened CoinMarketCap right now and found I had missed the best chance to get it. It's getting growing now and at a price of $11,075.80. Rush to buy!
No one could actually give you a quote that "what's the right time to buy Bitcoin," but if you closely speculate the current situations that are occurring in crypto-world then I would recommend you to wait for the right time. Currently, the whole
crypto market is facing a huge collapse, and I am very sure that it might stays for sometime, and yeah the new support
level of Bitcoin is below $9500 which is really astonishing for those who bought it at $17000.

Some people even predicted that Bitcoin may go below $7000, and others predicted that it could go below $5000, but I will still say that wait for the right moment if you really want to make some profits then buy it when it comes closer to $9600 or below than that mark. In that way you might make some profits within short duration, but if your intention is for long term
investments than you may proceed your buy order immediately.
