3301  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: A phishing website of blockchain wallet exists in the first result of Google.. on: June 07, 2021, 06:33:14 PM
It's not new. Scammers always target newbies and that's one of the disadvantages of using web wallets. That's why at least we should bookmark the website we are using often. They are showing a address also phishing and redirecting to another domain which is phishing as well. But seems it doesn't matching with the Blockchain wallet.

Anyway thanks for sharing it with the community. Hope others would take a lesson from here.
3302  Economy / Reputation / Re: I'm not Little Mouse on: June 07, 2021, 06:21:12 PM
It doesn't really matter. Anyone can deploy a smart contract on the Blockchain. If I create a satoshi token that doesn't mean anything. If I create a theymos token it doesn't mean anything. There is no real concern till not use of the profile, but anyone could copy and use our profile link. I mean even they haven't mentioned anywhere about your profile link. That means they aren't impersonating you. If it's Sam then it's a different matter. I won't be surprised if I see the Coolcryptovator token once I wake up.

However, good thing you share it with the community to avoid any confusion.
3303  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Campaign managers: If I were to make a post tracking service... on: June 07, 2021, 06:06:57 PM
As a campaign manager, I am not interested to use such tools, especially for signature campaigns. For Facebook or Twitter, I think there are already tools. I don't know exactly what is that, but there is something like bot if I am not wrong. Often I do not manage big social campaigns. I am not encouraged to use it because checks by humans and AI wouldn't be the same. And counting posts isn't too hard with checking quality. Many things won't detect by AI, especially there is no clear explanation of what is a quality post. For me, I don't want to depend on AI for such as job. I want to make sure my participation working as I want based on my requirements.
3304  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Will there be more scams without centralized financial institutions? on: June 07, 2021, 05:23:50 PM
No one can prevent you from the scam if you do not prevent yourself. It doesn't matter it's a centralized or decentralized organization. For the centralized currency system could file a case, it doesn't mean you will get back scammed funds. Here is the concern of decentralization, you can't blame anyone where you can blame the centralized organization like a bank. Do you think scam hasn't been happening in a centralized system? Just look at your country and you would discover many. We take it negatively when a scam happens through decentralized cryptocurrency since it's an irreversible currency. So there is no way except teaching yourself.
3305  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading vs Forex trading on: June 06, 2021, 05:19:18 PM
I will ask you to research more about "what is trading". It's because, if you are well familiar with trading then you can choose yourself which is better. To honest, it fully depends on your experience. For example, I am not well familiar with forex trading, so it's hard for me. Doesn't matter it's profitable or not, because I can't make a profit from here since I am not experienced there. On the other hand, I am well familiar with crypto-currency trading and WI can make money here. So eventually I will support cryptocurrency trading. It's possible to recover your loss in crypto, but for forex, it's not easy to recover.
3306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake Trust wallet stealing seed phrase. on: June 05, 2021, 07:37:43 PM
Quick Update. Here is another domain name that has been using the same script.
Website: https://trustswallet.uk (do not click and don't provide your seed)

I am assuming the same scammer just changed the domain name. Scammer trying hard to steal your seed phrase of Trust wallet. Be careful guys, don't fall into this trap.
3307  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Chart - Is Bitcoin About to Break Down? on: June 05, 2021, 07:30:07 PM
Straight forward, I don't believe Bitcoin follow any chart created by human or AI. Because a few days back a person provide a chart where Bitcoin should pump it back. But nothing happen, rather than it just dumping more. For me during trading I just try to realize market conditions and movements. Sometimes become success and make profits. But sometimes missing as well to understand market sentiment. But chart, I don't think Bitcoin follow something like this.
3308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to buy PAYADCOIN coin on: June 05, 2021, 07:24:31 PM
First time hear about PAYADCOIN and seems it's hard to find your coin. I have searched in CMC and CoinGecko that coin and seems nothing was found. Searched on Bilaxy and there is ZERO volume. I am wondering that are you advertising that coin or really you need suggestions from the community. For me, I won't buy it in this situation, no volume means no one is interested in trading this coin. So in case you buy it, then it will be hard to get profit from this coin. You need more deep research, wondering why are you choosing this exchange where many more reputed exchanges available on the market.
3309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Haven't Checked Elon Musk's Tweets For 2 Weeks And Don't Plan To! Life Is Good on: June 05, 2021, 06:00:45 PM
To be honest I have been holding Bitcoin even it has been dumped by Elon. From the beginning, I haven't checked his tweets nor I have enough time to do it. Even we don't follow him, but the truth is still many people have been following him, and that people become panic when Elon spread the FUD. We can't prevent it, by the way, a few people just dump the price due to over panic. Otherwise, it's quite impossible to dump Bitcoin by a single person. Most probably Elon just focusing on Doge rather than Bitcoin. Because he needs more money with an easy way.
3310  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Amepay Team Back Cheat Hunters Again on: June 05, 2021, 05:55:09 PM
the action to make the project die can be done by giving a bad rating on the playstore, reporting their social accounts and providing comments, indirectly FUD will be easy to spread and it's worth it if they don't pay
Good decision, but come to the reality now. Let me know how many participants come here to support you? If you can take action against them out of the forum then it would be nice, but it's not easy to convince all the participants. I have experience when I have been fighting with BQT for participant's rewards. I haven't noticed the response from the participants. Something like that was my plan. Anti-campaign should run against the project who hasn't been rewarding participants after a successful fundraising. At least I will support such as Anti-campaign. So some other projects would learn as well.
3311  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I bought 0.0011 BTC but only received 0.00053 BTC! on: June 04, 2021, 06:33:56 PM
It depends on. How your contract was with the seller? Wasn't there any discussion about who will recover the transaction fees? In no then usually the seller will not carry the transaction fees. If he said like this you mentioned above then definitely it does make sense. The problem isn't with that platform you are using. The problems exist from the seller's ends. In the future, you should have a clear discussion about who will carry the transaction fees since the amount isn't very small for the transaction fee.
3312  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake Trust wallet stealing seed phrase. on: June 04, 2021, 06:25:25 PM
I think it was better when Facebook hadn't allowed cryptocurrency ads. Then it wasn't easy to reach cryptocurrency users. But lately seems Facebook hasn't any restrictions on cryptocurrency ads, doesn't matter it's a scam or phishing site since AI couldn't detect it. Now scammer could reach cryptocurrency users easily through Facebook ads. Often I have been seeing fake cryptocurrency ads on Facebook. Surprisingly Facebook doesn't take any action against them although I report it. The only way to avoid this scam just don't be greedy.
3313  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Please HELP: Blockchain.info Wallet problem- Large Reward paid on: June 04, 2021, 06:17:33 PM
Do you have full access to your wallet including the second password? If so, please export your recovery and seed phrase. Blockchain has an instruction where will you find your recovery seed phrase. Write it carefully and try to import it Electrum wallet as suggested by other users.

Just be careful, for your information many scammers around us in the forum. Perhaps a scammer would PM you to help recover your wallet. Don't hand over your wallet credentials to anybody. Ask everyone to come on this thread and make an open discussion if really anyone wants to help you.
3314  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Amepay Team Back Cheat Hunters Again on: June 04, 2021, 05:51:53 PM
Are they saying that they will never pay lower-rank signature participants or just delay? It wasn't clear on your thread. Seems the manager expecting they will pay all participants then you should wait for a few days. However at least a few users are getting payments, so there is hope for you guys to get payments. If they had denied then you may go with further action. But wondering what the would be the action since the account is already tagged. We can't do anything else except red tag. Unable to force them to pay directly If they do not care about their reputation in the forum.

3316  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Devalued coin scam attempt, newbies please be aware! on: June 02, 2021, 06:45:33 PM
A site to scam devalued coins? What would they gain from having stacked coins without value?

OP is not giving us actual details of how the site would actually scam the coin holders. But if it is only by getting those worthless shitcoins and withholding payment in the end, I don't think I'd be crying over it. In the first place, those are devalued coins. Secondly, if there is someone interested to buy them, the price would definitely be very low. After all, what is being bought is a coin of no value. So if they are trying to scam me with $1 or $2, I'd give it to them. In fact, if somebody would ask for more old worthless shitcoins, I'd probably give them more.
Devalued doesn't mean dead. Because dead or newly created coins don't have any value. They encourage to buy Devalued, which means it doesn't have much value at the moment. For example, you hold a few shitcoin whose current price is $10 and they will offer you something near or above $10. So when you send the coins to the escrow website, means you have been scammed. Now think, if they could manage thousands of peoples like this then they will have a decent amount. If you create a coin yourself and want to sell with them, then it will not happen at all. Because they will never buy it. After you tell them a coin name, they search it where it's listed and the current price. I realized it when their reply was quite slower.
3317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Discipline hodling altcoins in the face of challenges. on: June 02, 2021, 06:16:35 PM
Important questions, often I sold Bitcoin when I need it in real life. But for altcoin, I do not. For example, currently holding a few altcoins that dumped 2x from by bought price. But still, I do not sell it even I need money in real life. I manage it from another source. If you do not have another income source out of trading then it's quite complicated to encounter the challenge. Before that judgment, I will say, do not invest more than you can afford to lose. This means you will able to face any challenges in case of the dump. But yes, you selling it at loss mean you failed to manage that challenge. And of course, you are not disciplined enough if you need to liquidate some assets during the bear market, which means when you are at loss. If you were disciplined then you won't invest all of your liquid in an altcoin.
3318  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin's institutional hype is over? Adoption Slowing Down? on: June 02, 2021, 06:01:06 PM
I can't say institutional investors stop investing in Bitcoin. Even during the dump a few institutional investors still accumulating more Bitcoin like MicroStrategy. And Tesla said they don't sell Bitcoin this time, they sold back few days 10% of their holding if I am correct and they have provided a valid reason. We know that hype couldn't continue forever and that's why it's called hype. Otherwise, the Bitcoin price will be nonstop. Price would dump more, but I don't believe it will repeat of 2017 trend by the way. Because many investors including institutional already involved with it.
3319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge and coindbase on: June 02, 2021, 05:50:14 PM
Your coins, your decision. Perhaps you will get many suggestions from here, but eventually, you have to take your own decisions. Because we aren't your financial advisor. It's pretty sure Coinbase will list Dogecoin, I can't recall where I read that news a few days back but the source was strong. So there is a chance of a short pump during the listing. As we have seen when we notice a new listing in a reputed exchange, then a coin pump for a short time. But it doesn't mean it will happen for all coins. A few days back I have seen on Binance, multiple coins dump after listing although that was pump before listing in Binance. The main thing is you have to make a real-time decision on exactly when you should sell your holding. So, you have to decide it yourself, we can't help with this.
3320  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I get this chart? on: June 01, 2021, 06:08:08 PM
Good to see OP got the right answer and already in contact with the chart maker. But just be careful when you following it. It's not something that Bitcoin will follow, they just made it based on the previous history of Bitcoin price. That doesn't mean the chart is true. It's just like a prediction. To be honest I don't follow this kind of chart. For example, this chart indicates an increasing price, but someone else would modify it like Bitcoin would dump more. I just try to understand real-time movements rather than follow these charts.
