I always use Shadow User + some things for safe including AV software. Even if new unknown virus - RESET button and my computer is fresh and clean thanks to Shadow User (ALL writes goes to standalone file).
Also I'm always use TrueCrypt for Bitcoin/other wallets when I'm not using new coins, so they have no chances to damage me

Anyone can take some "advice" from this post.
