Why do you think people are not happy with the current adoption gotten by bitcoin? Many are celebrating for the current achievements what bitcoins get and many holders are now in profits(excuse to those people who buy at FOMO) But satoshi spinning in his grave? nah I doubt it we don't know on what he is doing right now and I think he doesn't had any bad plans for bitcoins since so far his creation is so successful and it creates a good opportunities to the person who believes on it. |

I was also amazed by Steph Curry's big 62 Points career-high but leading a team can't be singled out in just one game. But I'm concerned about Curry putting up big numbers like that. We implemented merit system back in January 24, 2018. Personally, I think that merit played an important role in partly improving the posts quality but seems it’s still not enough. Recently, there are a lot of complains regarding to low post quality, more newbie restrictions, etc. Since theymos doesn’t want to apply more restrictions on newbies (and that’s logical) and wants to keep this forum newbie-friendly, I came up with an idea to implement “ Reactions on posts”. We can have:1. Like (good post) 2. Dislike (bad post) 3. Haha (not spammy but funny post) or any other idea for neutral comment. Reactions on comments
The positive side of this implementation can be that bitcointalk members will be able to react on each-others posts. In overall, we will create statistics of high quality and low quality posters that will help us to identify spammers. When there are a lot of dislikes on posts, it will automatically alarm the moderator to remove the comment. Feedbacks on profile
Users will be able to leave positive and negative feedback regarding to post quality (i.e. likes and dislikes) on user’s profile. How will it work? Well, it will help users to rank up along with activity and merit. Of course, requirements to rank up will be much lower compared to number of mertis and activity. This scheme is similar of invite system but very different, you are able to register without invite but you have to gain recommendation in order to rank up. What will be the advantage of this action? In order to increase your ranking, you’ll need to get likes on your profile from Full Members+. If someone decides to lie and falsely leaves positive feedback on alts, we will be able to identify alts and abuser users. The potential to reach $50K is highly likely, especially if bitcoin is already at $33.4x. If investors still want to profit with a lot of results, maybe they
will still hold it. We just hope that there is a lot of intuition behind bitcoin that doesn’t sell it at the moment, so the price of bitcoin continues to be $50K.
We are down at $30k so maybe we can see a dump and pump game this days but I expect the price to reach at that numbers in 4th quarter of this year since it's a long way to go for bitcoins to reach that but for now I expect the moving market so it's good to trade in that way to earn more faster from volatility. |

It's to early to tell but we do have a good start and if their is no bad news coming, of course there are still FUDS but it cannot sustain we have full 11 months to go so many things are going to happen but I believe we have past the hardest storm let's just see what 2021 can offer now. I believe that to since there are more incoming fuds especially when they are pointing out the ETF again for sure they will use that issue to fud bitcoins and create little noise to weak hands, but hopefully I really hope that this time those issues regarding on that situations will not affect on bitcoin as well hopefully there's no big exchanger hacks or other more so that we can see bitcoin sustain its good pumps right now. |

This piques my interest. In a prediction market or game no one is actually in control of final outcomes. In most cases the event happening in future and turning out one way or the other is totally dependent on factors inherent within the event itself, not on some outside forces or players. So, the fairness of outcomes is generally not in question as everyone can now see openly how it went after the event has happened By the way, I dont really like the idea showing what people bet on in games/competition/event if the outcome can be fraudulently changed by people. I think it's better to keep bet results hidden until events are over. Somehow people will think about how the contest run if those statistics are hidden since some will think about if there are people join in the contest, that's why in some other terms its good to show the result since it also give the other to get an interest to join while the contest is running. But anyways people have different likes about this so and I understand why you like those result to be hidden but I think the excitement will be lessen if that will happen. |

I expect the bitcoin price will climb to $29k-$30k and so on until the price can make the highest price in the future. But to go to that price, we need to have patience because the price will not jump instantly in one night. There will be many days for bitcoin to break every high price, and we can wait until that time comes. But we need to be ready for the drops of the price that will happen anytime.
We are close to that since the price is almost touching to that figure as of today so if good will strikes and more buy orders to come provably we can see Bitcoin to rise up for $29k-30k this year and there's 2 days left before the year ends so let see if there's a good changes will happen. |

The second lockdown is painful, but the governments didn't had any other choice. Many of the European countries are reporting record number of new cases, and the new strain (which is more contagious) has everyone on their toes. Hopefully, this will be the last lockdown, as the vaccination program has started. By end end of 2021, we won't be needing any lockdown or social distancing, if the vaccination is effective.
Hopefully, the vaccine that will be distributed soon will be the final cure of all these viruses so we can live back to normal. It's sad to say but i guess lockdown of the countries who have positive cases should be strictly done so that the spread of this new strain of virus will now be stop. And of course cooperation of all citizens can be of great help to stop the virus from infecting people. The health experts doesn't know if the vaccine will work with the new variant spreading in some countries right now so maybe the one we should pray right now is hopefully the authorities will successful stop the spread of mutated covid-19 since if another outbreak will come provably it will take another year to develop another working vaccine to fight it. And if another series of lockdown will happen for sure the 3rd world countries will get affected to much on it since for sure there economy are still crippled and we don't know if there's governments support will be given if that will happen again. |
