Fancy authentication options should be provided via OpenID support. It doesn't seem easy to add OpenID support to SMF, though.
You should change forum software to Mybb(Free) or Probably Xenforo (Paid). Xenforo have 2factor authentication addon already and it's the best paid forum software currently. |

Well most of these apps, antivirus (Kaspersky,bitdefender) vm (virtualbox) etc are available for mac too. Ps: Windows users are main target of viruses and trojans, however mac gets infected too but mac/Linux users are usually safe as there are not so many mac trojans/viruses like windows have (even kids are doing ratting with darkcomet/blackshades). So best is to keep apps updated and use av on MAC. |

You should make your own .com domain and buy a server.
The domain costs like 10$ a year and a good dedicated server is about 100$ a month.
Unless you want your business to be some half-ass amateur thing.

The creators could hack your account if they wanted.
It amazes me how many times people are willing to get scammed before they learn from other people's past mistakes.
Why will they even hack account when they can easily remove all money from account without leaving any trace of transactions. I mean if they want they can disappear your money. Probably OP got infected by some stealer or something or they have some kind of vuln in their system. |

I heard of a story of someone's BTC being hacked despite all measures being taken, such as Paper Wallet, Truecrypt, and offline access, but they still got hacked.
It does make me paranoid, but I guess that's just some of the risks of using Bitcoin.
