Do you think NiP can pull another upset in tomorrow's semi-final? I'm not sure how many points are given for 1st place (should be plenty), i'm low key rooting for Vitality to win the tournament and overtake BiG in the overall rankings as #1.
NIP have the ability to do it. They have really good team play and coordination among themselves. Vitality seems kinda okish right now but NIP have certainly improved their plays. They are analysing their opponents and they know what kind of strategy opponent gonna put at what point so unless Vitality have something new strategy or a change in roles to surprise them I think match is gonna be really nail biting one. Speaking of nail-bitinh match , right now who is watching Heroic vs G2 ? This is also going great so far. 1st match has gone into extra rounds and it's 24-23 with Heroic leading. Epic semifinals...guess I have to take my popcorn out that I saved for Vitality vs Nip already now. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

So next up tomorrow we have semifinals ESL Cologne ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) : Heroic vs G2 and NIP vs Vitality. NIP vs Vitality is so fun to watch. Vitality have better rank right now but IMO they both are equal on play level. I feel like that match is gonna go over 2.5 maps.

What a comeback from G2. They were 15:10 down on decider and managed to get to the overtime. Then in the overtime they were 3:0 up and almost squandered that lead. They managed to convert last match point with only one player staying alive and that player had 2 health. It doesn't get much closer than that ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Had them on my multi, now I still need Astralis and some football to come trough. I actually had lost my hope when it went 13-9 and I stopped looking at it. I haven't seen a comeback from G2 much but that was really good play. Will check highlights of the match to see what went off surprising in ending rounds. Nip up by 1 map and I won my pick. Yay!! Im down to needing Astralis to win for good money.
Astralis are yet to play their pick. They are usually good in train but that was when Xyp9x and gla1ve were also there in team. Love the way es3tag played in 1st map though.

OG vs G2 is ongoing and match is going on tense. Feels like G2 is gonna lose this out as the are down by 3 rounds right now in map -dust2. OG are playing bold today and is likely will be the one to advance as it seems right now. Also for next playoff match between Astralis and NIP, put my little money on Nip+1.5 map. Astralis are doing great with new additions but Nip are not a bad team either. They have better team play as I feel and I kinda bit of support them as well. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Go Nip

Said it yesterday that I'm okay with any outcome as long as Messi's happy, and him staying at his beloved club is what I'd prefer as a neutral who loves and respects him as well but I wonder now, as with any marriage that is clearly not working out anymore, if divorce is the eventual option? Couldn't have thought it even a year ago but here we are. Man, what this club has come to. A warning to all clubs out there not to meddle politically.
Yeah have the same opinion as well. Messi is a world class player and I as a fan don't want him to retire with his remaining years being unhappy and getting ignored with his opinions inside a club. Just let him go if you (*Barcelona*) don't want to get things done according to him. Anyway it's gonna take long to end the chapter of Messi and there is still time with the transfer window so anything can happen. Good player but kind of old, can he adapt to playing intense football week in week out in the PL? Ligue 1 is a poor league, very slow, much less intense than the PL.
Yeah but for Chelsea is kinda win with getting another option in defense and no stress pulling out money from the pocket. They can work him out with playing bit of the game and or keeping him as option in subs.

meanwhile, others still busy with Messi's future club. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Haha totally, Btw they are also interested in Messi as well according to some reports. I don't see any progress towards Havertz deal so I think perhaps they have shifted their interest towards Messi now maybe. There is too much focus on Messi right now and things are getting slow. City are on pole position in Messi race but Barcelona also doesn't wants to let him go. Feels like it's gonnaa take a long time.

It was tough few seasons for you Gunners fans. Yeah it was totally. Things were more disastrous when Emery was there but he was sacked. This was all with the managing style and players with calibre being given a chance. Arteta came in and changed that. He obviously took time but he switched Ceballos in place of Guendouzi and things went better. He gave Saka more chances and if I recall correctly there was a time when Emery used to roll Saka in defence. It was really wierd. I really lost my hope with Arsenal but I can smell things changing around and this time we might have a shot for better finish. Even lifting PL would be great but there are so many big hurdles so kinda leave that into my dreams. Have you guys managed to get rid of Ozil?
Ozil’s on massive wages at Arsenal, it’s been a failure of a signing. He’s so talented but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a top player with such little desire, motivation & fight. He’s clearly just in it for the money & has no love for the game. I’d really dislike him if I was a Gunner.
When Ozil came in, I had high hopes from him and he did well but I guess age also sometimes pulls player down. His position is certainly an issue since he is pulling off big wage. I don't dislike him but it starting to feel like tending towards burden a bit more so I am kinda picturing like what Arsenal did with Sanchez maybe.

Liverpool, Manchester City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and even Mourinho's Tottenham are title contenders.
Yeah, Chelsea have bolster their squad with new additions to their squad. Arsenal are also buying defense and with Arteta fixing the mid I do feel like this will be a better season for Arsenal as compared to previous. United had a rough time at start but they settled down with Bruno handling the mid well. So yeah these teams from big 6 are also be some real contenders for the title.

The first map was a back and forth I thought Faze was going to close it out when they crushed Vitality in the 29th round to secure 15-14 but Vitality pushed it to overtime then everything went to Vitality's favor to secure their pick.
I feel like Faze should have done better. Lot of mistakes and so, seemed like proper communication and coordination was missing in Faze. Vitality are a good team and they might be enjoying 2 nd rank right now but Faze is not a bad team either. They should have picked a map at least. Anyway that game is gone now and today we already have some teams advancing towards semifinals - Heroic and Vitality both swiping their respective opponents. Vitality was kinda expected but Heroic did a good job sweeping Complexity. Tomorrow we have Astralia vs Nip and OG vs G2 ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Yes this is true but what about Financial Fair play? They are counting 2020 and 2021 financial period as one and giving clubs time to settle their losses by then. Can do they what they want even after CODID?
I don't think they can, not in 2021 at least based on how much transfer they got in this season alone. It would be serious problem afterwards. Chelsea are great in playing FFP boundary game and current relaxation relaxed them further. So they are careful about such regulations and I feel like they are gonna settle it by 2021 if it is alarming an issue with the rules right now. Though it would surprise me if they do another big transfer by this transfer window end.

Silva is a small loss for Manchester City. Moreover, they will buy strong players in defense and most likely in midfield. Guardiola is a smart coach. And with Manchester City finances, he will definitely take the championship and the Champions League next year.
They already did. They bought Nathan Ake from Bournemouth this transfer window and he is a great defensive player, not that great but will definitely work well along with City squad. They have brought in Sane replacement as well. I think City are a great squad, they have players , coach and everything but they sometimes feel like get overconfident a lot and some underdogs take advantage of that. Btw I am Gunners fan @Trofo. Last season didn't went well for the Gunners but I have slight hope for a better finish from Arsenal. Not expecting big like winning the PL but yeah Arteta is doing great and he will certainly change things in upcoming season. Second club I support is City. ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

Chelsea have bought another defensive option signing centre back Malang Sarr for Free. His contract with Nice expired. Haven't seen him play but free and young talent is good. Not a pressure on Chelsea's pocket giving massive amount to get some more defensive players. (Source: https://twitter.com/ChelseaFC/status/1298968969198669828)

Right then Ill bite
I just saw even better 14/1 for Chelsea.
Great one. Chelsea have been buying some really good players and transfer window hasn't closed yet so there is still possible they might get some few more big names. With the squad they have right now , they are also a real contender to win PL this upcoming season and with that odds its worth taking a shot. Gj Globb getting that one.

A good signing, but comes with a really big transfer fee and a huge salary as well. I wonder how Chelsea's going to balance the books. Chelsea really invested heavily in their team this season, it will be interesting to see how their line-up will look at the beginning of the season.
They have a huge squad now, Lampard will want to offload a few players for sure.
Well lot of players who were old already left or had their contract ended so its a good thing they are buying some new players replacing those players. They are also going strong after Kai Havertz which will definetely make their midfield look pretty solid. Like someone said here earlier-"It would be shame if they don't get anything next season". There are lot of questions in my mind though about the future of players like Abraham or so after new players like Werner came in.

Yesterday in Faze vs Vitality , Vitality looked confident and played really good. Faze started slow in 1st map but in the end gave Vitality the round. In Nuke Faze were really horrible. They started good but they just gave away so many round where they had man advantage like 2v4 situations.
They should have got Nuke with the way they started. Didn't expected such a professional CS team to gift rounds like that.w

Last Multimaster it was really horrible, I scored 2/15-one Shnaghai and a Draw in Lille vs Rennes match and it was really worst of all my MM performances till now. This one's MM seems to be better with the matches , at least I am relieved with not many Brazilian games this time. Hope I do better than the last time. Pro tip: For the Montreal Impact game pick Toronto F.C to win. I just finished watching their game from last night and they play bad and just finished playing a bad white caps team. Toronto will decimate for what they did to them last game in a trashing of last seasons champs. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Plus because they made me lose my bet as well. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Point taken as I obviously don't have any idea about MLS as well.

I think it’s a ploy by Messi to get a better contract or something, I just don’t think he will leave. Something to consider is he’s 33, he would command huge wages, could he adapt to a new league?
Its the thing that he is not getting things inside Barcelona as the way he wanted and its getting worse and worse, I mean the players and so. I also smell that he doesn't likes the list of players Koeman is trying to off-load from Barcelona which could be one. Don't know the exact thing going behind but as long as the things are not getting right in order as Messi wanted , its only one thing- "Messi wants to leave".
