3321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: short term or long term investing on: October 10, 2019, 08:25:27 AM
I also quite like short-term investments. however, I do both. I hold bitcoin and ethereum for the long term because I believe the price will increase in the future. however, for short-term investments, I do if I have the opportunity for it. even though I make not so much profit with short-term investments, but that might be enough to meet my needs in the days I want to need something.
3322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price fluctuations - Opportunity or despair? on: October 10, 2019, 06:00:45 AM
are these price fluctuations a boon for us to make use of it and trade in order to achieve profits or else it's a despair situation wherein we are clueless and don't know what to do ?
it actually depends on how well you make use of the situation. we cannot guarantee that with fluctuation we can create opportunities to increase profits. however, it depends on the strategy in question. out there is so much news about people who benefit from fluctuation and so many people who lose from fluctuation. Opportunity or despair? it depends on your strategy.
3323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 09, 2019, 06:39:41 AM
the only freeway I know of making coins for free is by following the airdrop. many people suggest to join the bounty, unfortunately, you cannot get tokens from bounties for free. it requires some work, such as creating content, using signatures, sharing social media, translators, and so on. I don't think it's free, but you get it from your work.

Another choice might be a faucet, but in the end, it just takes time  Cheesy
3324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stake vs Fixed bounty allocation on: October 09, 2019, 05:09:28 AM
I still go for stake allocation since i could get more tokens at the end of the campaign instead of a fixed allocation but it depends on the bounty hunters on which they prefer because i always do some calculation first on how much i could get before participating on any bounty campaigns.
For me it depends on the market situation and the project itself, if the project is not so popular, I would go for stake allocation as for sure they will not sell at the IEO price when traded in exchange, so with better stake, you'll get a better price.

For project that are likely to sell at a good price, it's alright for me to get a fixed allocation as its less risky and there's a chance that I will be payed with the amount I expected after the bounty period.
I have the same opinion. For projects that do not yet have a market, and are still doing IEO, I choose to be paid based on stake. it might be more profitable, especially when we choose the right project. however, for projects that already have a market, it is best to choose Fix allocation, because it is clearer and makes us comfortable enough at work.
3325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH ready to bounce back? on: October 08, 2019, 03:03:39 PM
Bitcoin price started to increase. Ethereum will react first. I think the Ethereum was supposed to go up $ 400 a long time ago. A new era must begin. I am expecting the rise of Ethereum and similar projects.

Yeah it's the rise of eth and hope other erc20 tokens are rising up too. ETH is get better day by day either it's increasing the transaction speed and also the security
I think that the current rise in ethereum prices is due to the bitcoin price recovery to $ 8k. this is not a safe point. I believe that when bitcoin prices go down now, ethereum prices will also return to the level of $ 170.

Well, right now hope for hope has been poured out, and to be honest I haven't seen the potential of ethereum to return the pump. but, I estimate that ethereum prices could reach $ 200 this month. Some predictions that ethereum's best resistance in the near future might break $ 185. I'm waiting for it.
3326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: October 08, 2019, 11:04:56 AM
I think the decline in the price of bitcoin to $ 7k is a bonus for investors. yeah, getting that price is really quite profitable. if you intend to have bitcoin, I think the price of $ 7k is the best. however, if you are unable to wait for bitcoin to reach that level again, buying it at the $ 8k level probably won't make you lose.

like our friends said, most likely the price of bitcoin will go up in the coming year, so I think buying it under $ 10k is still very worth it now. I feel that when the price of bitcoin reaches the level of $ 10k, the price will be very difficult to go down at a lower level.
3327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 07, 2019, 05:02:22 AM
I don't know why anyone in their right mind would go after Ethereum under current circumstances. The value has dropped by almost 95% from the ATH levels (however, it has recovered recently a bit), and the trade volumes are at all time lows. On top of this, the ICO market is showing no signs of recovery, although Ethereum still maintains it raw monopoly among the platforms (it is still being used by more than 90% of the tokens, with other platforms such as Stellar and Omni trailing behind).

But the factor that should concern them the most is the rising transaction fee of Ethereum. Vitalik and his bunch of clowns used to mock Bitcoin for its high transaction fee (and we can't really blame them, as the users were paying up to $50 per transaction as fees back in 2017). Bitcoin managed to lower the fee after the implementation of larger block size and Lightning Network. On the other hand, the average fee for Ethereum has now overtaken that of Bitcoin.
we don't know how ethereum will develop in 2020. Many people hope that the development of ethereum 2.0 will cover up the mistakes that ethereum has. even though it has fallen very far from ATH, I think ethereum prices still have the potential to at least rise to the $ 500 level. yeah, that's possible. until now, I think there are still many people who collect ethereum, and hope for the increase. bitcoin price increases will also trigger ethereum prices, it is seen when bitcoin prices rise this year, and ethereum prices reach the level of $ 350.
3328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams? on: October 06, 2019, 04:43:07 PM
Not good word to say ICO or altcoin are scam with lower price right now, we need patient for waiting an ICO coin back to higher than ICO price more than one or two years later, always have chance with bitcoin price for all of altcoin ICOs, when bitcoin on the top I sure all of ICO coins back to higher price.
waiting for prices to exceed the ICO price is quite good, but we need to choose a project that is currently still growing. some ICO projects out there currently have no progress. waiting for a coin like that to exceed the ICO price I think is a waste of time.

in fact, when bitcoin prices improve, not all coin prices from ICO go up. it all depends on the project in question. look at the team, and the concept up to now, if the coins you hold are still being developed, that could happen. if not, leave. you know quite a lot of ICOs that have become scams to date.
3329  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: October 05, 2019, 08:05:13 AM
It doesn't give benefit to the cryptocurrency people because instead of giving them benefits, the KYC put them at risk. By collecting personal information and documents about the person, it put them at risk by getting their identity stolen. The people who collect the information can easily sell the identity to the black market and make a lot of money. For me, it is unnecessary to do KYC.
It's really unnecessary but the project or companies government were they exist force them to do it so, to make their business established and legal. Before, ICO can do crowd-sourcing without the worry of the government asking them their clients or investors identity records, as it seems to be a treat in the government as we know some countries ban it as they believed it is used in illegal transaction , they created such law in crypto related companies. What we need now is to check the company and their process of conducting KYC whether it is legit and will not reveal our identity as much as possible.
Since cryptocurrency was considered in technology international, I think the government will make regulations like this. because of the advantages of anonymous cryptocurrency, local governments making provide regulations regarding customers. Companies that do not know their consumers will be targeted by the government to close the company.

in terms of companies, KYC has many benefits, but in terms of investors, I think KYC is quite troublesome. but as investors, we need to follow applicable regulations. it is also used to support the project. however, we also need to know and believe in who we will give the documents involved with our personal information.
3330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: October 05, 2019, 06:39:42 AM

I don't know why people always want to win as always, there will be no efforts and you will not gain anything aside from money if you will not suffer any loss from it, where is the thrill on that, where is the fun on that. Things will be boring if we are always going to win, if we are always going to succeed and will not experience any failures, it would feels like we are not even alive anymore.

I know it is depressing to lose a huge profit but it is part of Trading, you lose and sometimes you win. You can't win if you will not lose and the other way around.
always want to win has become the basic nature of humanity. we can not avoid it. people will always look for the easiest way to make a profit, even in very risky investments, they will always look for ways that are far from risk.

unfortunately in trading, there is no shortcut to that. the odds are always 50% to 50%, loss or profit. many people who have been looking for ways to avoid risk, but in the end, they just do a variety of analyses. we cannot avoid trading without losing, so I have advice for those who are afraid of losing in trading. sell when you already feel profit, and don't wait for other opportunities. it is the best step to minimize risk.
3331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Harmony. +800% after IEO on: October 04, 2019, 10:52:30 AM
after listing in binance and the price of harmony up to 800% from the initial price, I still pay attention to the development of harmony. although the market is currently facing the bear market, and even almost all coins are affected, it seems that harmony is still in the profit range.

I just saw that Harmony ROI is still at 54%, even though it's quite far from 800%, I think it's still pretty good when viewed from the initial IEO price. I have a feeling that the price will rise again after the market recovers. keep an eye on the ROI of harmony on Coingecko
3332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will TRX ever reach ATH on: October 04, 2019, 07:02:47 AM
I think there is still a long way to go for TRX to reach the ATH again. even when bitcoin and ethereum return through the ATH, I don't think that TRX can get past that. to date, there has been no convincing news about TRX, and as far as I see the predictions, the price of TRX will only rise by 2 to 4%.

but don't worry, that's just my view, and people's views can change at any time. however, I'm still pretty sure that TRX can pass the price of $ 0.1. All will give good predictions if there are the latest developments from TRX, and now, all this just depends on how much patience you hold it.
3333  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are mixers illegal? on: October 03, 2019, 06:38:11 AM
from the beginning until now, I have never heard of the problem of bitcoin mixers in my place. besides, so far the problem is only about the development of bitcoin and altcoin.

mixer can be use to eliminate traces of the transactions we do, it's just that I think that those no one who want their transaction activities are noticed. so, i think to use a mixer can be solved the problem for some people to do have a transaction. even though I haven't used it, I think the mixer is still permitted. if not, I think there have been many challenges about this.
3334  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should move to BTC? on: October 03, 2019, 03:47:15 AM
If you are not at loss, it make sense to move your investment into bitcoin since it's more safer for you than XRP as a long term investment, another point. altcoins would not pump without bitcoin's price pumping, just make sure you buy at fair price ( bottom ). Having that said, this decision should be made by you and you are responsible for your own money. No one here is your financial advisor.
that is the thing that I think about. at this time, it is very difficult to see altcoin develop first than bitcoin. so I also think the same, when you are not at a loss, it might not be a problem to convert it to bitcoin, considering the price of bitcoin has not fully recovered.

I feel that the price of XRP will not touch the price of $ 0.3 before the price of bitcoin reaches the price of $ 10,000. it has such a far-reaching allocation. think carefully before making a decision. maybe this daily analysis can also help you.

3335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: sudden drop in BTC? on: October 02, 2019, 06:48:40 AM
if this price reduction is only to test patience, I think it is very successful. I'm sure, when the price of bitcoin fell to $ 7,000 to $ 8,000 a few days ago, it made some people sell their assets. for myself, so far I have continued to hold the coins that I have, but due to falling prices that occur, I can not stop to check the price of morning and night. Well, this is really hard, but I will be patient in this matter.
3336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: October 02, 2019, 03:24:53 AM
if a professional gambler is used to make a living from gambling. in daily life rarely people who depend on gambling, because of the fluctuate income. most people just play to get extra income and fill spare time.
although they also depend on gambling, I think it requires considerable risk, courage, and capital. not always people will win in gambling, so they must have a deposit for it. I also rarely see people who depend their lives on gambling, especially if they already have their own families.
3337  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull or Bear season for crypto? on: October 01, 2019, 08:23:54 AM
I don't want to be negative, but it looks like the bear has somewhat sting the bulls in recent days and they could be in control at least at this point. I agree that we are in the oversold region for quite sometime now, but to see the price totally pull on the $8k levels today, it's possible that we could revisit the lowest low we have so far last year @$3k and this could be worst for everyone here, so just prepare for anything.
since yesterday the price of bitcoin fell to the range of $ 7k, it made many people panic, and it shows that we are currently in the bear market zone. however, at the moment bitcoin prices are recovering slightly and going up to around $ 8k. Well, we really have to prepare for any conditions, but I started to feel that this month the price of bitcoin will recover and we will enter the bull market zone.
3338  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin volatility here to stay? on: October 01, 2019, 05:53:17 AM
Volatility is what makes the Bitcoin market attractive, movements tend to be faster than in the Stock Market. Volatility must know how to take, so as not to affect the integrity of the trader or speculator, it is a market that can be unpredictable, I believe that volatilide will always be present and is here to stay.

It only makes it attractive to speculators/traders. Most people do not want a volatile currency/monetary system.
but most cryptocurrency users do need volatile prices, because they can use that to their advantage. however, there will always be requests, and needs. this will create volatility that will continue to exist. as long as it is decentralized, I think it will be very difficult to maintain the stability of a coin.
3339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Popular coins on Forum, 2019 - SEPTEMBER on: September 30, 2019, 09:28:15 AM
i want to know,
what is your favorite token/coin and why? (maby ICO - IEO to)
This is a question that is asked very often, and most people have the same answer. if you ask about favored coins, the answer is bitcoin and ehtereum. it is clearly seen when people talk and pay more attention to the price of the two coins than other altcoins.

even you can check it on the cryptocurrency news today, I'm sure information about the development of these two coins dominates compared to other coins. even most cryptocurrency users have bitcoin and ethereum.
3340  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market will be recovery current year 2019? on: September 28, 2019, 09:35:04 AM
The market is unlikely to recover this year
But it just came from $3.7k from the beginning of this year and we're now $10.5k so isn't that a great recovery for bitcoin?

We may not see new price highs this year, but due to the strong volatility of Bitcoin, we all have the opportunity to profit by trading on the exchange.
Unless you want to trade P2P.

All time high's for this year, let's not look into it. The recovery that it's showing right now is impressive.
I think he just didn't see price development from the beginning of the year. if you compare it, we will feel that we have wasted the opportunity to benefit from the price recovery that occurred this year.

to date, the recovery in bitcoin prices has passed 100%. the increase can be seen in the price range at the beginning of 2019, which is $ 3700- $ 4000, while the current price of bitcoin reaches $ 8100. although currently experiencing a decline, if we look at the difference in prices at the beginning of the year until now, of course the conclusion bitcoin has recovered, although not as expected.
