3321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk guesses who bitcoin's mysterious creator Satoshi Nakamoto is on: January 02, 2022, 07:00:40 PM
I personally don't care if it is Elon Musk or a random guy who says he thinks who Satoshi might be.

In the wording Musk did not say that he knows who Satoshi is, but only what he believes or considers most likely. And there was the name Nick Szabo. Of course, you could dismiss this as pure speculation, but maybe Elon Musk knows more than we do. However, as I already said, I personally don't believe that Szabo is Satoshi. But I guess everyone has their own opinion on that.

And this is also just speculation that keeps haunting my mind. I won't mention his name, but the one he is "ranked 2 in Most Merit" https://bpip.org/ seems to know better than Elon Musk about who Satoshi is. Maybe, again this is just my wild speculation, which still doesn't find a valid statement.

Back to the many articles that I found, and in the end, all said the most responsible candidate so far Nick. However several times Nick denied the accusations even in 2014 if I'm not mistaken he emphatically said: "I'm not Satoshi". Seeing the wordplay from Mr @franky1 is enough to make me waver and love the game and word counting.

From the abstraction found in the article Nick Szabo, 1997 generally describes the line of thought regarding smart contacts which is considered the forerunner to the emerging version of Bitcoins.

Quote
Abstract "Smart contracts combine protocols with user interfaces to formalize and secure relationships over computer networks. Objectives and principles for the design of these systems are derived from legal principles, economic theory, and theories of reliable and secure protocols. Similarities and differences between smart contracts and traditional business procedures based on written contracts, controls, and static forms are discussed. By using cryptographic and other security mechanisms, we can secure many algorithmically specifiable relationships from breach by principals, and from eavesdropping or malicious interference by third parties, up to considerations of time, user interface, and completeness of the algorithmic specification. This article discusses protocols with application in important contracting areas, including credit, content rights management, payment systems, and contracts with bearers".
3322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Elsavador President Predicting $100,000 Bitcoin price looks like another joke on: January 02, 2022, 06:11:04 PM
On 31st December, new year Eve a number of people started making jest of the $100k BTC price prediction as one of the biggest lie of 2021 and they made jokes of it.

Yea, Bitcoin came close $69k making it very hard to totally write off the prediction though it didn't meet, but then it was somewhat reasonable but ended 47k at the end of 2021 not even on half mark of $50k.

But as a new year reassurance for 2022 Elsavador president Nayib Bukele predict once again that BTC will hit $100,000.

The figure above looks funny to some people, I won't lie I have doubts for that too...lol!...but what do I know, I'm just a beginner in this whole thingy.

What do you guys think of BTC in 2022?

I'm not very good at reading charts, but at least there is something that makes me continue to believe how Bitcoin in 2022 is a big question mark. The estimated price of 100K is quite visible if you say it at the beginning because it is still in a very calm line.

Don't be surprised, isn't this the only time that the highest price achieved by Bitcoin was ridiculed and considered impossible by Bitcoin haters? but in fact, we are now in the most extraordinary zone of silencing their mouths. If they were people who understood the growth of Bitcoin, then the jokes they made would only be laughed at by a lot of people.
3323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 02, 2022, 05:51:05 PM
first half ended in a 2-2 draw.
Stunned at how the first 45 has ended, i never imagined Chelsea playing well today without Lukaku. Imagine Klopp had already let Mane and Salah off for the AFCON, which other names do you you think who have scored today? A very interesting week for anyone who played "both teams to score" on all the fixtures in today's EPL matches. Great news for Chelsea getting squared before the halftime whistle, the second 45min is definitely going to be another exciting half of football.

Throughout the first half in the 25th minute, Chelsea still has not found the core of an empty gap from the defense that was built behind. Because of that, they put in countless pushes trying to break into the extremely strong defense. With a score of 2-2, the possibility is still a matter to consider, without Kloop so far Liverpool is not bad at all. Of course, with Liverpool and Chelsea being the second round of matches that will determine who will really qualify for 2nd place. Chelsea is still 1 point ahead of Liverpool, so it only takes 1 or 2 more goals for Chelsea to be in a safe position.
3324  Economy / Gambling / Re: This is why I love this forum...and we should make it more powerful on: January 02, 2022, 05:29:20 PM

But here in the forum it does not matter if you are a newbie, if you can present a solid case against a casino the rest of the community will back you up and the casino will have no option but to solve the issue or see their reputation forever ruined in the forum due to that issue.

Yeah it should really be solid because if it's not and the casino that he is complaining about is an old one with a reputation he will have a hard
time with his case, let's admit it the community easily lean on a more established casino than a new one, that is why in OP's case he won it and made the new casino grant his request because they don't want to have negative feedback because it will ruin here campaign here in this forum, and they don't have supporters yet to back them up.
They will never be afraid of Negative feedback if they are legit and not guilty , even Scam casino stays in their stand of not giving the funds to whom they claim to be scammer or cheater so how does this casino grant OP's request?
because He has solid evidence and position in which pushes the casino to give what h claims to be His privilege .
but anyway the case has been settled and OP had given warning to other gambler having distance in that said casino.

After analyzing the OP case, I think so far the conclusion is that staying away from the casino is the best option. As for trust, of course, the OP must be more careful and not immediately tempted by the bonuses that the casino offers. The reputation of the casino is paramount to entering the realm of gambling. At least it can minimize for novice gamblers to pay more attention to the funds they spend so that they are not wasted.
3325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc is boring on: January 01, 2022, 06:37:28 PM
The answer is only one, because you don't have Bitcoins in your wallet. For the umpteenth time people like you say silly things under the pretext of knowing how the history of Bitcoin is. Because people who know the history won't say it's boring. Wait and Bitcoin will keep your boring mouth shut. After all Bitcoin does not require you to buy it, you have the right not to have a penny in Bitcoin, because if you have more than that, then Bitcoin will be in the hands of the unknown. Just leave us alone, you don't have to force investing.
3326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you think about lottery? on: January 01, 2022, 06:07:29 PM
What's your opinion on lottery, whether it is an addicted gambling practice or it is quite Ok to buy lottery regularly. There are people who allocate separate fund from their earnings for lottery.

If you look at the parents around where I live, lottery gambling is becoming quite an old game. And some of them still do it the conventional way. By providing a prediction number that they have already purchased tickets for through the bookies who explored our forge then we only need to wait for an announcement a week later.

For me personally, lotteries test how lucky we are, and it's hard to guess for someone who can't do a lot of calculations.
3327  Economy / Speculation / Re: Evaluate your Bitcoin for next year on: January 01, 2022, 05:47:44 PM
May we be given long life and health.
Amen!

Hope is there, if possible for 2022, what we regret is when the price of Bitcoin was cheap in the previous year, because we don't believe in Bitcoin price changes and in the end we regret it when we enter the highest price in 2021.

My hope, Bitcoin in 2022, can drop to a lower price like 2021, maybe I will try to fix the failure that has haunted me, the biggest hope is to buy and keep within a certain period of time.

There is still hope to buy cheap Bitcoins in 2022. Who knows maybe we will see a bear market already in the first quarter, just like in 2017, so take that opportunity to buy cheap BTC if that happens and then hold for the next coming years.

Although we are not praying for a bearish trend, but in the crypto market it's imminent and one day it will have to come and we all be better prepared for it.

Thanks for all your wishes that have been listed in my thread. It was a very valuable and noble target. Regardless of whether it is achieved or not, we will always try to pursue it. Whatever happens, hopefully, we can review it again at the same date and time at the end of the year. Although I can't answer one by one, I still listen to everyone's expectations. Which I always agree with every time after reading it.

Bitcoin changes will always be fine. We will continue to monitor it and walk together towards greater adoption. We will later be witnesses to the history of Bitcoin from time to time.

Hope all of you, (@Pffrt, @Upgrade00l, @naira, @Congyang, @pawanjain, @COOLCRYPTOVATOR, @DaveF, @Raflesia, @michellee, @Charles-Tim, @fiulpro, @Wiwo, @wxa7115, @jossiel, @doomloop, @GreatArkansas, @Fundamentals Of, @btc_angela, @BITCOIN4X,  @Furious 7, @perfect999, @Obito, @LogitechMouse, @Yaunfitda, @Shasha80, @arwin100, @YOSHIE, @rodskee, @
Chato1977, @buwaytress, @Kemarit, @Ararbermas) are the most extraordinary hope I have ever heard. Believe it will come true. 29-12-2022 is the time we will give the answer in this thread.
3328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your gambling mistakes and amendment on: January 01, 2022, 05:20:26 PM
The start of the year with quite a more challenging bet. That's really annoying. Where we have to be more careful in managing finances in betting. You are right, that mistake made us learn more and not be in a hurry to save bets carelessly.
Happy new year, let's evaluate our bets together in the future. May luck come to us like opening a new betting sheet.
3329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 30, 2021, 03:28:53 PM
Because of this series, the chances that the bookmakers give City to win are constantly falling, but they are growing for their opponents. Probably taking into account the fact that City can't win forever, it's worth starting to bet against it. In theory, City will have a slump and should end up with a streak of bad results.
I would never do that, it's very risky for me. If Manchester City lose 2-3 times in 10 match, then the result will not bring us a big advantage either.
So far it's safe to bet on Manchester City, we didn't have to go against it even though the bookie gave us a small chance. Since I'm not a big bettor, I don't think a small loss will have much effect on my financial condition.

On January 1, Manchester City will visit Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, I think City can win. Of course Manchester City will only get small odds of 1.5 to 1.8 "probably". But if Arsenal get odds of more than 5 then 10% of the total bet I think is suitable for Arsenal.

I agree for the time being still up the ante for City. Moreover, a position which makes us not too worried if City is still likely to stay in first place. Chelsea is back up with its performance so that it can shift Liverpool, which is experiencing a slight decline because several players will be absent as well.

The transfer window at the opening of January will be highly anticipated. As well as Newcastle who have prepared a list of players who are quite expensive. It is possible that other clubs are still targeting players from the Netherlands, it's just that the obstacles to preparing for the World Cup, all the core players will be locked first.

3330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 30, 2021, 12:24:30 PM
Yes it is really sad to see Chelsea losing some points lately, 3 draw in the last 5 matches means they lost 6 points because in a paper they should have won the 3 draw matches against average/mediocre team.
It is as easy as saying Chelsea is not fit and qualified to win EPL this season. I was happy when it was leading 1 goal to nothing, but I wasn't confident and Brighton and Hove Albion later had to score and the match went draw. This is Chelsea, when they lose that second spot to Manchester City, their potential to chase EPL title this season has gone. Now very possible Liverpool will have the second position as it has 1 match left to be played to meetup.

Only able to draw, and it did not make Chelsea out of position. Although they should have won and could add a lot of points. The interest of Brighton players is quite extraordinary. Perform defense, attack and also take advantage of little gaps. In the next few games Chelsea must be able to provide a balanced game with Liverpool. The characters of the two clubs are mature enough and will give each other their best performance. As a giant club, of course we hope to be presented with deadly attacks from both of them.
3331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The digital perfection of Bitcoin on: December 30, 2021, 11:52:36 AM
Bitcoin as anything can be used. Not only devoted as a medium of exchange that has value. Actually the value contained in Bitcoin is also a guide for people to survive inflation. We use Bitcoin as a store of value, the perfection in Bitcoin is seen from the way the early community was so amazed at its sophistication that it defied centralization.

As a centralized currency it may take an organized deal. Some of us keep it within the realm of where Bitcoin was originally born. I wouldn't be so against the angle that other people see about the benefits of Bitcoin. Perfection in it because we are the ones who until now still believe in Bitcoin. The point is the belief of a large community that makes everything perfect. Both from the value, benefits and purpose of Bitcoin.
3332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I know legit and scam investment? on: December 29, 2021, 06:36:41 PM
Ensuring completely that the project is a scam or not is hard enough, experience will take you one day to find out. Studying their non-plagiarizing legacy of white papers, their unsuspecting social media, in the sense that the latest meme coin has shown how rampant scam projects are. Maybe you can learn from how they cheat and ask you to join the pre-sale but you find a lot of gaffes. Well, I always try to research it myself, although not 100% sure. But every time I avoid a project then at least I reduce the losses in investing.
3333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 29, 2021, 05:16:09 PM
Liverpool failed to make closed position with Manchester City after defeating by Leicester City last nigh 0-1 and now City have more than six points from Liverpool. Next match give lucky for City because faced with Brentford and I think easy for Citizen to get three points again but sure with Liverpool against with Chelsea as big match and we know both team have the same points right now, will give lucky for City and hope that big match could be draw and make points between City and Liverpool will far again. Not consistent performance showed by Liverpool and have loss from Leicester City on boxing day.

The points gap between Liverpool and Chelsea is widening with Manchester City. Since the three teams here are very good, each point is very valuable to them. Liverpool and Chelsea are 6 points behind. I think it's a big gap to reduce the gap to 6 points, Manchester City will have to lose 2 matches, at the same time Liverpool and Chelsea will have to win all the next matches. With Manchester far ahead, Guardiola will have to try to keep the players in form.
The greater the distance created by Manchester City which makes it difficult for clubs like Liverpool and Chelsea to catch up. Of course, City will continue to lead and be confirmed as the holder of the trophy. The reason is quite strong when the City players do not compromise with their opponents. Opponents weak or strong will continue to show unstoppable aggressiveness. Liverpool should have done this against Leicester, as I recall Leicester is a club that can adapt to who they play. Because by making 1 score then the formation turns into a defense that is difficult to penetrate.
3334  Economy / Speculation / Evaluate your Bitcoin for next year on: December 29, 2021, 03:06:04 PM

In the course of Bitcoin during 2021, we have seen many extraordinary changes taking place, both in terms of price and adoption that we never expected. This success shows that the existence of Bitcoin is taken into account by the big countries.

We have all benefited from Bitcoin (to be honest from the bottom of our hearts), during this one year what have you accomplished? You have? and you achieve it all there is a service that is not physical, but with great value. Well, the role of Bitcoin in it.

What I want to say is, what are the expectations for 2022 regarding Bitcoin's existence? And you have the right to say so here. Your expectations, and what you have not achieved when interacting with Bitcoin. Include it in this thread, for us to re-evaluate at the end of 2022 with the same date, but with your situation much better than now.

May we be given long life and health.
Happy New Year's preparations, convey my greetings to your family there.  Cheesy
3335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 7 NFL Players Who Chose Crypto over Cash on: December 28, 2021, 04:03:23 PM
Some of the players who chose crypto over cash are:

1. Aaron Rodgers
2. Tom Brady
3. Odell Beckham Jr.
4. Trevor Lawrence
5. Saquon Barkley
6. Sean Culkin
7. Aaron Jones

Interestingly, Brady has a partnership with FTX to promote the exchange, and he earns crypto through this along with equity in the company. Others similarly are incentivized by various companies.

All will go to crypto in due course.  Grin
Believe me, this is still the smallest part that later in 2022 we hope not only from a handful of athletes. At least later a football club will set all players to be paid with crypto, especially Bitcoin. Doesn't this sound even more amazing? Besides, there may be other athletes who are not mentioned. In the future, it is certain that there will be more simultaneous requests for payments using Bitcoin.
3336  Economy / Gambling / Re: Self-exclusion/ban who to be blame on: December 28, 2021, 03:29:51 PM
Lots of users from this forum have come up with one complaint or the other on how their deposits were withheld by gambling sites after going on self-exclusions, but I confusion why should a user go ahead to make deposits or request for withdrawal after accounts are banned or are its part of the rules of gambling sites to allow for withdrawal from ban account.
In this situation who is to blame the gambling site or the player?
Is there anyone who do this? Who requested ban with balance but changed his mind later, funny though.

But before requesting such exclusive discussion you have to drain whatever you have and make sure that you want the ban permanently because once banned its banned forever.
Exactly! Why would someone ask a self-exclusion if they still have some balance left on their account? I don't know if it's just because of the mood of the gamblers or is it just he can't stop from playing until he loses everything he had. This might be a quick decision made by the gambler due to so much stress, a exaggerated or desperate decision has been made.

The casino doesn't need to explain everything from this as I believe it's on their ToS that once you lock or close your account the casino don't need to return your closed account since you agree to their terms just from the start.

To the point where I draw conclusions. That is the immaturity of gamblers who immediately try to play with their own decisions. Either way this is the childish attitude of a player who already knows that the consequence of self-exclusion is a consequence that he quits the casino so as not to leave any trace of balance in his account. When the process of self-exclusion is carried out, but inside it is inconsistent and tries to re-open, then automatically this rationally also has the root of the problem in the gambler.
3337  Economy / Economics / Re: The Crypto Rich Are Flocking to Puerto Rico on: December 28, 2021, 03:05:57 PM

What are the odds the fringe movement of private citizens renouncing citizenship in their native countries to reap benefits of low taxation in puerto rico. Won't become a more mainstream trend in the future?

The united states has sometimes been labeled an experiment in democracy. Now it appears nations like puerto rico are experimenting with low taxation, low financial reporting requirements and deregulation. There are claims of these policies fueling economic growth and job creation. Can these trends be sustained over the long term?.

Low taxes? it crossed my mind to shift the company there and take advantage of the payment arbitrage to attract all the profits in the long run. But for that country they will have a little problem. Because this will trigger foreign companies to gradually move their assets to Puerto Rico.

For example, Multinational Companies (MNCs) will be most aware of this, which will then result in substantial loss of tax revenue in other words what we often know as profit shifting. Simply put, it is enough to maximize profits and minimize tax payments and that will certainly be the forerunner of the birth of Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS).
3338  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital asset is for holding on: December 28, 2021, 02:46:42 PM
This kept me wondering why one would even think of investing if they don't have the patient to hold. If you can't develop the hold attitude then the best option is to do a physical business where you can monitor your profit and see them come in regularly. If it must be crypto then you must be willing to hold and wait

The different characteristics of each investor make us unable to generalize that they should do this or they should do that. Due to the fact that the cycle of price movement is also influenced by the mentality of different people. Among them are those who are strong enough to hold on and those who can't stand it then immediately relinquish ownership. In terms of financial management, of course, finances must continue to move in line with price movements from time to time. Therefore, we often find speculators who have the principle of being long-term traders and short-term traders.

With the phenomenon of cases like this, we can be in between the two as a counterweight. As you said hold and wait. They are not much different, they follow cycles and the market provides an opening for every decision taken.
3339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2022 Perspective: My portfolio plan on: December 27, 2021, 05:59:36 PM
Personally, your choice for the 2022 target is quite mature and in accordance with what I prepared. So it is quite interesting to continue to be studied and researched on a regular basis. Mainly I wouldn't have too much doubts about Avax, Solana, as well as the most awesome ones in the Metaverse. Microsoft is already planning to enter or is already ahead, and many more real estate companies are also starting to look for a place in the Metaverse.
3340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 27, 2021, 05:37:13 PM
In recent days, when comparing to A Madrid and R Sociedad ,Barcelona is really performing well and that needs to be on 5th place. Yes I am not aware of how best Barcelona was, but yes the current coach is really giving out his best to the players I suppose. I am sure , if the players follow him then, he is going bring back Barcelona's earlier performances back.
This is an opportunity for Xavi when Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad have had bad things in their game, so behind Barcelona being able to catch up to the top 5 in LaLiga it is very possible for Xavi to reach it slowly but surely.
I understand what you are saying that there must be a long room for Xavi so that he can be free to find talent from these young talent, it is very easy to judge who will be chosen by Xavi who stands out in his game.
As a Barcelona coach who has the tough task of training talented young players who are still not doing well, it is certainly a very difficult task. The long process also definitely makes Xavi have to work harder. At the same time, other players both at Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad also did the same. Here taking advantage of the conditions are quite ideal, because Barcelona will have good potential in the future. Just need to get back on track as they should be in the top 5-4. If only 2 points are enough convincing for Barcelona.
