If you were able to follow their post related to the site's closing, we can fairly say that there is a plan but not a priority to them, for now. Let them just focus on what they want to do and we should not ask them about their future plans. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Goodluck Ethan! Aite then, I'll wish the same for him too ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I doubt anyone would ever donate 10 BTC these days ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Forget 10 BTC, 0.01 BTC is already a struggle for most ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Wow, so I didn't expect YoloDice to close. At least Ethan's being transparent about the whole thing.
Btw once the site closes, do you have future plans on opening another non-dice gambling site?

Right, but do we still need to add a description of the reason for the edit?
That's optional, although some forums actually do have a dedicated field for such (as a mod addon). Usually once the mistake is made, the original post is quoted and if willing, the poster will either apologize or edit the previous post. If someone is interested in a topic, surely he or she is willing to read all the way to the bottom ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

@janggernaut: I guess those people that tried to delete their accounts had registered with their real emails, hence attempting to remove their social presence on this forum.
Another way is via a nuke, but that's not gonna end well for obvious reasons.

I have learnt my lesson in a very hard way and since then I decided that hodl is not for me expect it is a stable coin. If its not, straight to the market to make my cool cash.
What happened? You got affected by the 2018 crash?

I just saw in a chart that March is a correction month and will bring a lot of dip in the market, I don't want to cause a FUD here, in fact, I'm hoping that the price will not dip further, and things will be different, compared to what happened in the past, I hope the scenario is much better compared in the past.
Nah, corrections are healthy. In fact, I'd also worry if the price continues to climb until 100K without stopping. It's the same cycle when people realize their gains, cashout and the cycle repeats.

Wow, this thread has aged like fine wine. I guess it's time for OP to update the thread title? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) But I think this will be just lost for those bitcoin investors, the big number that we are all looking for is $100,000. And for those who sold early? You can't blame them, again during it's early years, only a handful believed in this nascent technology, cyberpunks, bitcoin developers. Others bought and make a good profit of $1000 and think that it is good enough.
I agree. In retrospect, we'd be realizing our gains if the returns are doubled at least. Never seen anything that reached such high figures so the ones becoming self-made millionaire or billionaires are usually those that either almost forgot their stash existed or couldn't recover the keys to theirs prior.

Finally, I heard that bitcoin 'forked' once or twice and I might have more coins than just bitcoin?? How's that work for sweeping my paper wallet?
Yes, you'd be granted several forks such as Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Gold on a 1:1 ratio. As long as you sweep them into a compatible wallet (i.e. that support those forks), you could retrieve them.

Back to over 47K once again, the dip was a good buy. The support is more impressive than I initially thought ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) At the same time, couldn't get to buy some alts while they dipped

Ayyy, managed to win the prediction of BTC between 40K - 50K with my miniscule bet ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) That's actually an interesting comparison with CLAMS because it doesn't prove a crucial difference. The use for FUN tokens before we got involved was for gambling on Funfair games. One of the big problems it suffers is that users have to pay high ETH Gas fees to be able to play.
Good move. ERC20 tokens can't scale much with such high prices. Now we'd see some good use of FUN.

On a different topic, has there ever been a case where a user decided to modify his signature to redirect to a fake site, malware, or something like that?
It's possible if the user isn't part of the signature campaign and decides to maliciously promote on his/ her own accord. Meanwhile for the rest of us, there's no point sabotaging our reputation when we worked our way to establish our accounts. Also, for someone with a good eye to go through every signature on every thread because there's NBTD, it's impractical.

Yup, I won't deny that most are actively seeking profit and wealth just transfer from one to another. After all, anything tradeable are always subject to manipulation as long as whales exist. Whether they are stocks, commodities, indices, money talks in the end ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Looks like someone forgot the reason alts exist as well as the Lightning Network.
While you have some BTCs, please distribute them to us. We'll take very good care of them.
|
|
|
Yes I saw that, they've even announced a transfer on another blockchain cheaper and faster but nobody knows how much time it will take to accomplish all those goals, so I was just making an assumption.
Hopefully in the near future. Imagine having to pay ETH transaction fees just to move some FUN tokens around. Just like BAT and Uphold, transferring them out to another wallet already cost 35 dollars...

Oh boy, FUNFair is gonna go for a ride!
So I guess now more casino operators might consider adopting FUN with the Freebitcoin working on its development.
|
|
|
This will set the token price on fire in coming days it seems now. So those who bought at high can still invest some amount in it and average out the price and get ready to be a part of profits and as well to explore some fun with FUN coin here on Freebitcoin site too. Its an interesting thing which they have come up with and the trying to implement it.
Fingers crossed. We have roughly 2 weeks from now before the Premium membership goes live, that would definitely cause more players to rush after them tokens.

Well I guess the trigger for the "Wheel" spins are the betting then? I have not received any email for this option and I have been with Freebitco.in for many years. My email is working fine, because I get the other "promotional" emails that they use for advertisements over weekends. So I will place a few bets on the hi/low and see if that also activates this "wheel" for me. Thank you for giving me this tip... I was feeling left out, because everyone else has been talking about this. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) First, did you subscribe to their mailing list from here? https://freebitco.in/static/html/wof/wheel-of-fortune.htmlIf you did but still didn't receive the free spins, make sure you scroll all the way down to see the ticket entry. Looks like this: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fsirv.freebitco.in%2F1607324842_jIWv6ful.png&t=663&c=YSE9fgqyalpV2w)

$45k as its lowest but look at on how fast it did able to recover? I cant blame to those people who do think off that this might be the big crash but it didnt really happen.
The price had able to cling up and pass 50k price in no time and now we are seeing some casual rise and decrease of prices which it isnt surprising. Bull market in danger? As long the demand is still on the same intensity or supports are strong then i dont really see the chance.
Always take precaution on your investment decisions though.
Yup, let's see how it goes. Just to be safe, DCA (I bought some alts during the dip). Just in case it shoots up again and then the regret starts kicking in. Earlier today, I read an article (forgot the link) about Bitcoin HODLers from the pre-2018 crash are more resilient so they're less likely to sell off ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Without Lightning being mainstream, it somewhat "helped" other altcoins because fees are distributed elsewhere rather than relying on the Bitcoin blockchain itself.
