3341  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Google down and out for 45 minutes on Monday- the perils of centralization on: December 20, 2020, 06:28:42 AM
That outage from google made everyone including me to worry about some files that we needed to access during that time. I thought that I'm having a problem with my internet connection but it seems good and it's only Google that's experiencing a problem at that time.

This is really a problem for those companies like google that can't be avoided. I wouldn't compare this issue to anything related to crypto/blockchain.

This was the first time when i experienced this. All of the google services like gmail , youtube were down. Being a company as big as google, they could not afford this downtime when almost all of the world are dependent on their services. They should have a backup disaster recovery plan so that the customers do not face any downtime.
3342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New KYC rules for crypto wallets on: December 20, 2020, 06:08:36 AM
FinCEN proposes new KYC rules for crypto wallets. If this is implement in true sense then no one can withdraw more than 10,000$ from the wallets until a detailed verification is done and an enhanced KYC for up to 3000$.
I think these regulations will not be healthy for the market growth and also people will be hesitant to move their funds on exchanges like coinbase.

I thought that initially this news may bring some panic in the crypto community and we might see some dump in the prices. But there was no impact of this news which shows that bitcoin holders do not take this seriously.
Regulators want to control the bitcoin as they see it is going so much high and people putting their money in crypto but these regulators will fail to control the crypto currencies.
3343  Other / Off-topic / Re: Picture is worth a thousand words on: December 19, 2020, 01:37:25 PM

How can you say he is an Indian ? He could be any asian too?
That Turban he  has In his Head ,why would needed to Put that turban when the creator only wanted to make an Asian Impression? and Asian people don't Symbolized by that Head wear .

Asian composed of many Nationality and Races so if that's the creators point then he is wrong.

He must be the servant in the house.

Obviously He is a Servant and why need to be Staring like that ?He must be standing in some areas of the Room ,But the point there is He has been shown how to spend resources while others has no even food in mouth.

The picture represents the sad part of our society where the rich are busy enjoying the life and the poor are becoming more poorer. The Indian could be a representative of third world countries who could only dream of such luxury life. Indeed, this picture says a thousand word and lot to think about.
3344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $20 000 BTC. We did it on: December 19, 2020, 01:27:49 PM
When I saw Bitcoin reached $20,000, I got happy but not for a long time. I think it is just 5 seconds of happiness and then back to normal.
Things like this is already expected so nothing to get happy about. Yes it is another huge achievement for Bitcoin but this is expected to happen already right. What I didn't expect is it will go higher than $20,000 this year. That is where I surprised with Bitcoin these past few days but I totally forgot that it is Bitcoin after all. A coin where it goes up so much for a couple of days and goes down so much for a couple of days Cheesy.

This is why the famous quote of Warren Buffet really applies in crypto. "Be greedy when people are fearful and be fearful when people are greedy" Cheesy
I remember the time when I told one of my friends to buy when Bitcoin is at $10,000 price but he said that he will wait for a lower price. Now that Bitcoin went to $20,000 I asked him what is he feeling right now that he didn't followed what I said. He did say a few but meaningful words to me. I feel regret.

You should advice your friend not to buy bitcoin in FOMO and wait for the correction. Although bitcoin has reached 23000$ but it will make a correction and that will be the best time to buy the bitcoin. I have place my orders on 18,000 and 19,000$ and will buy at these levels.
3345  Economy / Services / Re: Male, female voiceover at cheap price on: December 19, 2020, 08:16:14 AM
Price starts from 200 words $0.5

check samples

Female https://audiomack.com/ample-online-media/song/ecom-female-voiceover

Male https://audiomack.com/ample-online-media/song/ecom-male

Can provide French, German voiceover too

Is this the real voice of male/female in the examples of voiceover or it is some bot / software converting the voice into male or female ?
By listening the above audio, the voice does not look natural.
3346  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ARTEM FINANCE IS A SCAM on: December 18, 2020, 12:32:35 PM
No one will gonna believe you because you did not provide complete details and you have a newbie account (probably alt) enrolled in campaign and not getting the stakes.
By the way, i did not see the ANN thread for this Artem project. Can you give me the line of their ANN ?

3348  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin has not been able to hit $20k price in 2020? on: December 17, 2020, 07:33:19 AM
hey! take a look at coinmarketcap, the price of Bitcoin has broken through the $ 20k resistance,
and is now trading above $ 21k, what do you think? very extraordinary right?

Now we are at 22,000$. All those were saying to short bitcoin near 19,800$ as it cannot cross the resistance are now REKT. We are in bull market and price will go much higher than we see them today. But there will be correction in the way up, so be prepare for that as well.
3349  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a few people. You have nothing to loose. on: December 17, 2020, 05:41:52 AM
The reason for that is that i need to remain as anonymous as possible so i dont want these questions circulating openly in thread. And aswell it gives me a idea on how much time you needed to reply to me.

I have nothing against you but again your measurements does not seems to be realistic ones. How you will get to know how much time will it take anyone to answer 8 questions. You will only msg and if the person is offline, he may reply you late. If you need to measure the time, you need to make sure a person is online and tell him to respond as soon as possible as the time counting has been started.
3350  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a few people. You have nothing to loose. on: December 16, 2020, 05:56:20 PM

There will be a remuneration in the end for the people im looking for.

How much is the remuneration and what's the grantee that it will be given at the end ?

Time is money therefore you need to be clear on the payments first.
3351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Adult companies and bitcoin? on: December 14, 2020, 04:20:01 AM
Regarding the recent update of pornhub. That demands users not to re-upload porn and left some users and investors checking which side of the adult sites will be profitable. VISA and Mastercard stopped their contract with porn hub for reasons I don't know much about. But recently Pornhub integrated bitcoin as their payment method. https://ibb.co/fNCL98R and I ask it could be sooner or later until other porn sites or companies take steps like pornhub did. What do you think will happen to cryptocurrency? this can bring a bull run into the market?

Bitcoin and crypto can be easily used on porn sites as compare to the credit cards and i think every adult should allow payment through bitcoins.
The bitcoin will be more stable when more people will adopt it and use it in their businesses.
3352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin solve more problems than it creates? on: December 13, 2020, 11:37:54 AM
This comparison is useless, I can add many flaws and many advantages, but what determines the usefulness of digital currencies as an investment are factors related to the investor.
Do you have enough money, knowledge, technical expertise, price analysis and forecasts for fluctuations, if the answer is yes then the cryptocurrency is an excellent investment for you.
I can determine the appropriate investment with me by answering the questions above and asking more questions and inquiries.

I never understand any problem or drawback with bitcoin. If anyone is using bitcoins for criminal  purposes, then you cannot say that it is a drawback of bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin can give countries financial freedom provided they make them legal.
3353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government don't accept Bitcoin. on: December 13, 2020, 11:14:44 AM
Our country government don't accept bitcoin. If anyone use bitcoin and know it state police Caught him and give punishment. But i like bitcoin. How can i use it? And I want to explain that bitcoin is not bad for me. How can i successfully explain?

There are many places in the world where bitcoin is not legal but still people uses them. You should not purchase anything from local market using bitcoin but you can use bitcoins to buy things from international market and also you can do trading / gambling without being noticed by your government.
3354  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this a scam? on: December 13, 2020, 10:52:59 AM
but he shows that he deposited money from wallet to primedice wallet and also withdraw it. That's fake? How?

If you are a good video editor you can even make fake screenshots to proof your point of view. If he is so true, why he can give the Tx ID of this withdrawal in description of the video. These videos are made only to create attention or to get the views with click-a-bait titles.
3355  Other / Meta / Re: Save your nice merit records here - LAST UPDATE: 08/12/2020 on: December 13, 2020, 10:37:35 AM
This is my first post in this thread. My merit and activity records look more like high school grades! Grin

Do you know the computer only understand the Binary language that is 0 or 1.
At first glance, your merit and activities look like code written in binary language.  Smiley
3356  Other / Off-topic / Re: Covid 19 vaccine! on: December 13, 2020, 10:11:56 AM
Do you think Covid 19 vaccine will be available for all at the beggining of 2021??

I don't think so that vaccine can be available in early 2021. As i have heard its still in a testing phase and it will be rolled out in chunks and not all at once. Also the ellite class will benefit it from it initially and it will be expensive too.
3357  Economy / Goods / Re: Cool Bitcoin Poster for Sale! on: December 13, 2020, 10:00:48 AM
I like the poster, but it’s already unavailable when I visit the link. I understand that it’s been a while since you posted this thread. It might be sold already.

But I just want to know if there is still a chance  Grin
Is it a physical poster? If it is a digital poster, could you re-sell it?

By the looks, it look like a physical poster. You can PM the OP and hope he can design another one for you. However i have doubt if this is the real image of Satoshi Nakamoto or not  , however the painting is superb and worth buying .
3358  Other / Off-topic / Re: What kind of business you do online? on: December 13, 2020, 09:43:26 AM
I don't do any type of business on the internet otherwise i would have been promoting it on bitcointalk. I mostly earn online by either doing some bitcoin/altcoin trade or make money by gambling/betting. You cannot say that these are business for me because most of the time i lost in gambling. The income from these sources are not fixed and can't be used to manage the household expenses permanently.
3359  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you want to be a technical analyst yourself? on: December 13, 2020, 09:11:44 AM
Textbooks I think, won't be that much of a help especially with market analysis. Why? the market is inconsistent and that is enough to tell that there won't be patterns or indicators that will contribute to the outcome. But I'm not saying things are totally nonsense, it is just that fate has a factor in this industry and probably might have a larger 'weight' towards how the market prices will behave. Tho it is not a prohibition but just a subjective claim of the audiences.

Do you know that the knowledge you can get from text books and reading is not comparable to anything including visual videos. Maybe you will start slow by reading the TA books but soon you will become a much better trader. I will prefer reading and learning from the books as we did it in our childhood.
3360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The biggest 10 countries that gamble the most. on: December 13, 2020, 04:29:13 AM
have you ever wondered which are the countries where gambling is more popular?

and in which people lose more money for gambling?

this website gives us a clue about it.

Quote
Rank   Country   Gaming Losses Per Adult
1   Australia   $1,288.00
2   Singapore   $1,174.00
3   Ireland   $588.00
4   Canada   $568.00
5   Finland   $553.00
6   Italy   $517.00
7   Hong Kong   $503.00
8   Norway   $448.00
9   Greece   $420.00
10   Spain   $418.00

do you live in any of these countries? it'd be nice to hear more on the opinions of someone who knows the gambling scene on each place.

this other website tell a slightly different story

In the first list , United States and china are not listed in the gambling ranking which in the 2nd graph, these two countries top the list.
How could there could be so much contradiction in the both reports and which one is the right one ?  It obvious one of these report has to be wrong one.
