3361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign on: February 25, 2020, 11:10:00 PM
im already involved in a crypto gambling  before  and i dont expect that i will end up working on a gambling campaign but as a worker on this campaign  they require me to post on the gambling related threads which enables me to learn more  . i then apply what i learn on gambling and it help me some too to increase my earning potential   .  gambling campaigns really help people to be part on the gambling scene    . we can also earn on gambling aside from earning on a gambling campaign  .
3362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT BITCOIN on: February 25, 2020, 10:31:07 PM
I hope people from my country would start learning how to invest on their own without giving out their money to someone who promises monthly dividend. As much as I have tried to educate people here in my place (where ponzi schemes is so rampant) about Bitcoin, but they don't have the luxury of time to at least listen to my advices.
Anyway, good job to OP for helping out and educate a blind investor.

well its thier problem if they dont listen on you  . nothing will happen on them but they will only loose thier hard earned momney on those ponzi schemes but whats worst is that these people will keep on blaiming bitcoin   . actually this does happen on our local country too  . someone complain on the media about btc scam investment  . it showed on the local tv that these investors blame btc  .   see how bad they are  ?  but this isnt a hindrance to tell the truth about bitcoin .  we shall not be discourage if there are people like this  .  anyway these people will still not be succesful at the end  .
3363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: February 25, 2020, 09:53:37 PM
No, because there is no tax regulation for cryptocurrency in our country. But in real life gambling, we have this law that we should report all gambling winnings since it is taxable.
The reason why I don't keep a record is because I hate tracking my gameplay especially my losses. I have the feeling that if I keep it on a spreadsheet, I might chase my losses and that will make me more addicted to gambling.

but you said offline gambling is taxable  . and if its taxable we should record our gambling earning first before we pay our tax ?  gee i dont know that this is how taxing/taxation work  .  i havent have an idea with it because i never payed my own tax but i think my tax were been payed automatically before when i still have my own office job  . just keep in mind that your only recording your wins or losses on gambling because of the tax and not because you wanted to chase your losses so that it cant fcked you up   .
3364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: February 25, 2020, 10:54:10 AM
why not ? if you are confident of your skills on gambling then why not try what your planning  . its your friend anyway and he said that he are verry willing  . if you cant paid , i have a sense that he will wont scolded you  or hated you  but dont do this to other people that you dont really know because you can be on big trouble if ever you cant pay  . never tried gambling with loaned money but i do loan money for other purposes  and sometimes i gamble some and win some and then i pay my loans on time  .
3365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management , how ? on: February 25, 2020, 10:06:04 AM

1.You can minimize risk by reducing the size of your portfolio.

2. Move to other sectors that just cryptocurrencies.

This is what I must do to minimize risk, from my experience if you want to manage your risk that means you have to manage your capital too.

Diversification of investment is an easy and common thing to do for management so that it produces less risk. There is more about the place of investment with a small risk level and some other calculations that involve your finances. You also have to maintain the stability of your portfolio every day, because if you speak at the level of crypto volatility then it must be done.

I speak outside of a person's lack of psychology because everyone has different conditions so in my opinion only you can seek from solutions related to how to manage risk.
For me to manage the risk you need lower your invest, but before that know your investment if its have potential to grow. Also when you finf a good investment you dont need to invest all you money even you know there possibility you get huge profit, its better to split your money

"Dont put your eggs on one basket"

This had always been an effective thing on investment world and talking about risk management then this one is ideal because you've divided up the risk into various numbers or parts.
Any investment do have its ups and downs and when you do have the option for some recovery then it wont really be that hard for you to get up even you experience losses.
Unlike on having a single investment failure will really be hard to get up if there are no other sources you are getting into.
that if you are going to invest on other type of assets and not just on crypto because here on crypto once one major crypto is down others will follow too   .   diversifying fund on crypto is not really effective imo  so its better if will only foccus on one major crypto asset so that we can get the most our of it  .  in my case i diversify by buying gold and other natural metals and then i pick bitcoin as my crypto investment   . this is my way of managing the risk or reducing the risk   . so far so good
3366  Economy / Speculation / Re: Interesting fact: When Bitcoin reaches $100 000... on: February 25, 2020, 09:17:12 AM
This is nice, but we can't forget that there are a ton of billions still missing in order to achieve the first trillion... I have been following the crypto cap on CMC lately and unfortunately it seems to be struggling to keep the current level... let's not forget that to increase the cap, fresh money needs to come in and I think BTC will need to show something more to convince the investors

what you mean by some btc missing ? those are forgotten by the owner ?  or those who are being sent on a random address that doesnt exist  ?  well indeed those were completely lost and those cant circulate anymore but keep in mind that existing btc left are still too much  and enough for btc to climb  100k usd and more  . yup your right , current trend seem to suffer but this is cause by several bad news that are happening lately .  as soon as those are solved  , i think the value can easily rise  but will still take some time for btc to reach 100k usd  because btc adoption is still improving slow
3367  Economy / Economics / Re: How do manage portfolio efficiently while having a full time job? on: February 25, 2020, 08:33:14 AM
you mean 9 to 5 hours  of job per day ? what kind of job was that , a typical job is only 6 to hours max and the rest are only be overtime  or you must be doing alot of overtimes  ? well if this is your work schedule you are always tired and cant do any sideline jobs    .  i believe you are already earning alot so there is no need for you to work for more  .  if you really love crypto then you should swap it over your current job   .  i know and you know its unstable but to the person that has a passion on something  , he will find a way to improve his craft  .
3368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what games have the best odds. on: February 25, 2020, 07:38:37 AM
the odds differ on what site you play and on what game  . on one site that i play the odds on blackjack are different than the odds on roullette  . dont know if what site you play but you said the win is only black and red ?  but the site that i play thier roullete is compose of 36 numbers plus black and red collor , also even and odd number  . they just add a twist on a common roulete game  . the payout for numbers is 36x but the payout for other modes should be lower  . blackjack is also easier to play based on the majority of comments that i see  .
3369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering Contests on: February 24, 2020, 11:55:31 AM
Wagering Contests are the most popular promotions in the crypto gambling world.
What trigger you to join the competition, and what strategy you use?

I think for a low capital gambler like me, or maybe a lot of others too, wagering contest will almost like trading competition which only make who have a lot of capital is winner. Maybe promotion that i joined usually like what cyberdice held like to do some amount of bet and get a roll maybe something like that, or maybe which a low capital gambler like me can join.
Fo me wagering contest is for the players that have huge amount money because it will trigger you to bet until you make atleast return your risk capital. I think havin a strategy is can help you to achieve the amount you want that you want to win. Many players are interested to join to wagering contest because of the opportunity to win,
You don't need always to have huge balance first before you joined in wagering contest. There are some people who i've known only use max 0.1 btc to wager more than 10 btc or higher than that. It's useless if you keep rolling on highest win chance with huge amount because you don't know when shit happens (your bet lose after xx tried)

If you have limited budget then your chances to wager more is less that's why it's very advisable to have huge balance to roll out  more. But  if you are lucky enough to continuously win on your rolls then possibly you can stretch up your streak to and win the contest, but actually this things matter on luck and best to low roller to try to get a chance to win.

depends on your strat and luck  . its useless to have a 1 btc but if your going to bet it flat  on higher multi and then you loose , your wagger will be small compare to those who have a small balance that waggers alot because he only bet small at lower payouts  .  but but races have time limits so you need to bet big to wagger huge fast  , therfor you still need a suficient balance   . i have witnesed racers that lost alot but end up on a decent position but the prizes are not worth it to cover up thier losses   .
3370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: February 24, 2020, 11:13:25 AM
your a good guy op because you know how to appreciate people  . they help you earn and your also helping them earn too , however they pay you because your doing a job and that is by promoting them   , its not totally free so you can still do what you wanted  to do with the money that you earn  . its okay to gamble with them but you must still think about the consequences that you will get when you gamble  .  for me , i dont gamble my salary that i earn from my gambling campaign because ive been prioritizing other things  but ill do my best to help them in thier promotion   .
3371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Simpsons talks about Cryptocurrency on: February 24, 2020, 10:39:07 AM
wow this is awesome .  the director could be a fan of bitcoin and thats why they insert btc on one of thier scenes  but that are only short clips i guess and will not be really noticeable to the viewers if they dont foccus on it  and also this is a cartoon tv show so the viewers are mainly kids   .

would be better if they also insert some scenes on an adult fims so that we can target the right audience   .  making the exposure a little bit longer is also a good idea   .
3372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: February 24, 2020, 08:12:34 AM
Yes it does some of my friends envy me because of it.
They also look up to me when I was showing them how much I've won and how easily I earned it.
But is was back when BTC price was still low that I could gamble a high amount of BTC back then.

but now that btc price is high you dont gamble anymore ? or you still play gambling using other low valued coins or using a little of your btc   ?  people are like that mate . its normal that they will love you if you win and hate you if you loose  but who give a sh8t  ? that is already thier problem anymore and not yours  . just gamble if you like and stop if your tired   .  gambling dont affect our reputation  but a gambling sites reputation can be affected if people find out that they are cheating  or illegal   .

Some days, you may prefer to stay within your home still you may want to enjoy the trills of gambling and on some other days, you may have enough time and more bucks to travel and spend for your gambling which lead you to visit a physical casino. This does not mean you need very short period of time for online gambling nor you do not need big money for online gambling.
true.  like i said earlier , im an indoor type of person but the longer i stay inside the house sometimes i do feel bored too  resulting for me to go outside but not looking forward to head on a physical casino although one time i have witnessed people playing slots and some casino games on a semi amusement/casino downtown.
3374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods that fraudsters use to scam people on: February 24, 2020, 07:00:14 AM
Those who get scammed are the greedy ones, they are just like the scammers who scammed them so I can say they get what they deserve, greedy people will always be hunted
I agree that a greedy person is always hunted by scammers and he becomes a victim of scammers, but what is unfortunate is that people who are not greedy sometimes also become victims of the actions of scammers, so that optimism of people who are not greedy is starting to disappear when see new projects.

that is a proof that being scammed/scammers are for everyone and not just for greedy individuals but the only difference is that those who are not greedy are rarely  being scammed and once they got scammed  , they will learn from it and will be verry cautios on their next investing attempt  . the space of these fraudster/scammers are now getting smaller and smaller  for the ones that are not greedy because they are wiser now  but its still bothering because there are still greedy people that are hard headed  . they dont care to loose small amounts as long as they think they can earn much return if ever they got succesful  from ponzi's
3375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How fair is Provably Fair? Do you verify every bet as a gambler? on: February 24, 2020, 06:20:46 AM
thanks for the effort of putting this up  but may i know if what site is it that gives incorrect verification  . thats shady then , but do you already reported them  ?  this is bad if its happening on reputable casinos because this can damage thier reputation  but by the way  , your given points above are correct  . about changing client seed  , many gamblers believe on it that changing it will give miracles but for me i dont believe on it  . i never change my seed but i still feel that the results are the same  . i dont verify my bets because i dont have a doubt on a gambling site that im playing with  but i check it once though and the result match  .
3376  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My top 7 exchanges for trading on: February 24, 2020, 04:03:52 AM
your top 7 list is okay  .binance is on the top spot which i agree , some exchanges are old age like polo and bitrex.  i dont really like coinbase because coinbase has a high fee and it recieve lots of negative feedbacks before.  i like kuckoin the most among them because its just simple and easy for me .  better if you can also add in the top decentralized exchange because there are also people that use dexe's like me.  and a crypto trading exchange have two kinds ( centralized and decentralized )
3377  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Uptrend Broken on: February 24, 2020, 03:14:29 AM
From the chat, I believe it is a correction time that we are seeing now and it is likely going to be shocking the way price will kick of.
This might be another good time for hodling.

indeed its a correction no doubt  . that always happen after every recovery   . this isnt shocking anymore and its not also shocking to see the price sky rockets again because right now people start to accumulate more coins again  . they buy not because the value drop a bit but because they are aware that there are still upcoming events  that will up the price  .  this time is not a good time for hodling but its a good time for buying  but what are we gonna do once we are done buying  ? still hodling anyways
3378  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the strangest Fiat currency you have seen? on: February 24, 2020, 01:48:33 AM
One of the banknotes from Peru depicts a spinning machine. It seemed to me very unusual!

i checked it on the web  , it was the one with a girl standing in front of those machines  ? if it is then its normal to me  and i dont see anything strange . other bills that i see above were also not un-usual but only funny because they put drawings on it  . dunno if they draw it themselves or they only grab it on the net  . strange currency supposed to be natural only  and not modified by someone else  . on our local fiat currency , i dont find anything strange here but i only notice that currencies  before are insects and animals , later on they remove it and replace by national heroes  .
3379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too scared to go for altcoins? on: February 22, 2020, 08:38:31 PM
[-snip-]

1. Bitcoin Gold
2. Bitcoin Diamond
3. Bitcoin Cash
4. Lightening Bitcoin
5. Bitcoin Private

[-snip-]

I don't like so much bitcoin fork actually. If i want to show some interest any of them then i would pick BCH, nothing else. Other's coin are not to much worthy for me. You are right on your point that those coin can pump if bitcoin will pump (in halve). But why people would choose those fork coin over bitcoin. Grin And there is still lot of altcoin better than those fork coin i guess. ETH, BNB, LTC is more worthy for invest than any bitcoin fork coin.

same here . if there is one fork coin i choose that will only be bitcoincash   . no doubt because bitcoincash are now one among of the top coins  . other thing i like with it is its value that so huge   , the coin has a second large value next to bitcoin   . altcoins are not that really scary  because many altcoins are good  .  by the way , is bsv also a fork coin  ?  bsv is making a name lately  . i think its also worth it to grab the coin while it still hot  . you never know what if this coin are going to remain most of its pump  , like bch .
3380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not FOMO on newly listed altcoins on Binance on: February 22, 2020, 07:53:42 PM
Actually if somebody miss the ieo from the binance luncpad, i think the second option is to quickly get in when the coin/token is newly lunch to by at a reasonable price, if you are familiar with binance then you would understand that most binance ieo always gives good returns, the only thing is to be smart about it, know when to sell, take profit and leave, don't try to be greedy, this is the reason many will lose money.

greedy because they wait too much thinking the coin can give more juice ? well yes that is one trait of being greedy  . its also consider greedy when you sold too early because profit is the only one you think of in your head  .

balance is all we need  , not too early and not too late  .fomo on the other hand is also not a good practice because this will lead you to fomo on wrong stuffs  .once we are adicted on fomo we will only fomo at all times   .  in short its like panicking   .
