what is your problem with a bitcoin fork?
i think its the best way to decide blockchain related questions.

it may create a little confusion but that wont last long.

IMHO its the only way to decide such problems for once and forever without having FUDs later.

Both are forking anyway, thats hardly the point. Classic is going for a hardfork while core has a softfork ahead.

On-topic: There's no neutral position here. Replace-by-fee Bitcoin isn't Bitcoin, either. The whole world is about to change!

In the light of a serious discussion, what exactly is not bitcoin about opt-in rbf?

We know the sites we track give a enderesso and then receive alert by enderesso we send.
in this case I will not make registration'll make a deposit in enderesso in which you will be sent. and I wonder if dpois can receive bitcoins without sending you a my enderesso for him to pay ..... understand

There are no sending addresses, you can only receive bitcoin via addresses. When you pay bitcoin you use transactions you have received in the past and create new transactions someone else (or you) can use later.
3364  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain problem or not?? on: January 18, 2016, 02:13:29 PM
@shorena-okay.got your point. By making new address in my wallet will it not create any issue??

No, but you should not create a new transaction that needs the funds from the above transaction(s). Creating new addresses are not an issue.
So you mean making new address in my wallet of blockchain will not resolve the issue.is that you meant??

I want to do some transactions. I need some address to send or receive bitcoins.
I will not use the address 1CqYkCjZThQotjXn1h7yVVCCxDt7nGdLvF to do any transaction.

Give me best solution.

As I said above, stop using shitty services. There is no issue on your end, so you cant fix it. The person that made the transaction needs to change their software.

You are creepy.

Hey thanks for that, now teach me something.

I wrote the raw, unsigned TX for zDavidR (see the flashy red warning at the end of my post). I keep all raw TX I ever wrote on disk for easy reference. I picked that one as example here. Not sure why, probably because it was the first file with different values for vout I found.
3367  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain problem or not?? on: January 18, 2016, 01:29:51 PM
The inputs of the those transactions isnt confirmed yet, you have to wait until inputs got confirmed first then your trans could get confirmed too
I didn't understand, can you explain more in detail? How long can this take to confirm the input?
What causes these type of problems??

The ponzi you expect payment from has bad software to handle the payments. They use unconfirmed coins to create a TX on top of it. The TX on top can only confirm when the earlier is confirmed. This can be in the same block.

Lets take "bx2.club --> rajat08" as an example. In blockchain.info's advanced view[1] you can see a little red "U" for unconfirmed. If you click on the link labeled as "output" next to it you will see another TX, which is unconfirmed. The chain of unconfirmed transactions that depend on eachother in this case is rather long. I would suggest you stop using the shitty service that created the TX, but seeing that it is a ponzi I have little hope for you.

Whats the best way to get out of this??

Dont use services that have shitty software to handle payments. Its not your responsibility to fix their software. The only thing you could do now is to follow the chain to the first unconfirmed transactions (it forks off into at least two chains after a while). Once you have a nice list of transactions, get the raw formated version and broadcast them via a website that allows you to do so. From the last instance I have see, I think you can easily expect >>400 transactions to be involved. Might take a few hours by hand.

In February 2015 zDavidR started a thread entitled

Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Technical Support > How do I double spend?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=963933.0

zDavidR 's wallet 16rKfUnTnSiFdqRA3j69XNdfKwSBNxF5wX

turns up some nine months later here when shorena uses it as an example in a discussion started by init1 who only registered in June 2015.

I'm just wondering how shorena and or init1 came up with that specific wallet address?

Thanks for reading.

You are creepy.
3369  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain problem or not?? on: January 18, 2016, 01:17:05 PM
Your fee has been so small that these transactions have taken more time to process than usually. There is no 'problem' of any kind - pay less, get slower translations. Nobody can tell you the exact time when it gets confirmed but that should be soon.

Did you even look at the TX?

10000 Satoshi for 226 - 373 byte transactions is perfectly fine fee wise.

why should not you try Linux distribution like (Ubuntu or OPENSUSE ) it is safer and Synchronize well
windows is widely distributed but many dangerous , problems you will face on a daily use. Thanks

I have run a full node on a window 7 box for over 2 years now. This is not a common Windows issue. Changing the OS might not be a solution. Keep in mind they just switched from Win 10 to 7.

3373  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: help me please! my transaction has been unconfirmed fire over a day now. help me on: January 18, 2016, 07:17:19 AM
You may import the keys into another wallet and try to doublespend your money, if you put a decent transaction fee the transaction will be confirmed and the other will disappear
if he imports the keys, wont the BTC already be sent and the balance empty?

No, most wallets only take confirmed transactions into account.

I sent About .10 btc to an account that needs 3 confirmations before it shows up.......its be a little over a day and its still unconfirned.

When I sent the btc there was only 16 satoshi left in my acct, which blockchain.info took as a fee. That's fine, I would have left more as a fee for them if I knew it was going to be a problem.

The account I sent it to only shows the funds available after 3 confirmations, but when I look at the transaction in blockchain wallet it's still unconfirmed.

Here's the transaction link

https://blockchain.info/tx/4d134ccac71c31c416e08c0c93441d6516cd9e6408f310059564785535d9d04a

What are my options?

I really don't want to wait much longer.....please help me out if your knowledgeable in this area..

Thank you very much

You dont have many options.

#1 you wait
#1.1 ...until the transaction is confirmed, which will probably require you -or someone else- to push it from time to time
#1.2 ...until the network has forgotten the transaction and create a new one with a higher fee.
#2 you dont wait and try to double spend it with a higher fee. Which has a low probability to work, because you need time for the network to forget about the old TX in order for the double spend to get confirmed.

Humanresource campaign by SFR10 looks like Full and not accept new participant. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1305559.0
It's full but as the owner said that campaign will be closed so basically it should be removed after the payment is made.

THIS CAMPAIGN WILL BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYOUT PENDING CONSOLIDATION.

This is how it is done: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Wallet_import_format

And you can do it online at this site: https://gobittest.appspot.com/PrivateKey

Great. Thanks a lot. Is there any JS based substitute for this, like bitcore.io/playground/#/address ? Because this seems to be sending private keys to the server, which is insecured from user's point of view.

What about those HYIP website like Fenix , Pokeram etc. Can we go for them?

Just donate to Tor, at least your coins will be used for good.
I am pretty sure donating does not give or offer possible high returns
while ponzi is high risk you can profit if you choose correct...donating to tor will not earn you any profit

I'm far away from tor and stuff. Just gambling on Ponzi websites and made from 10X in just one night. And now I've slowed it, we shouldn't have much greed. Cheesy

No reason to give up free speech just because you have nothing to say.
3379  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What do you do with wallets containing dust? on: January 17, 2016, 05:14:05 PM
Haha this sounds more complicated than I thought. Do you know of a guide with step by step instructions? I guess it's probably not worth the 2 cents haha.
You can import them to another wallet. Or, if you really don't want those wallets, you can give the private keys to me  Grin

Or make them public, let it be a race Smiley

Heh.

Back to topic. Since you are using Mycelium, you should be able to export the master private key. Then install Electrum on a desktop and create a new wallet by selecting the option "Restore a wallet or import keys". In the large text box that follows, make sure that you enter all of the master private keys from your mycelium wallets. If none of those wallets had an address with more Bitcoin, then make sure you export the private key for an address that does have more and import it also into that Electrum wallet. Then you can send the dust with something else from that Electrum wallet.

Or in how to do it:

#1 Open Mycelium, swipe left to your accounts.
#2 Tap the account you want to export
#3 Tap the 3 dots (top right) and select Export
#4 Read and understand the warning and hit "yes"
#5 on top switch from "public" to "private".
#6 Read and understand the warning and long press it
#7 It will show a long code starting with xprv keep that open, thats your master private key. It is all your private keys for that account.
#8 open Electrum
#9 File -> New/Restore
#10 Set a new, e.g. Mycelium1
#11 Select "Restore a wallet or import keys" for the upper option and "Standard wallet" for the lower option.
#12 Enter the master private key and follow the rest of the steps.
#13 let it sync, you now have all private keys in electrum and see which still have a balance and which not.
#14 Rightclick an address you want the private key for and select private key. It will ask for a password and show it to you.
#15 collect all the private keys you need
#16 repeat the above steps for all mycelium accounts
#17 once you have all private keys import them into a new electrum wallet, but instead of the master private key use your list of private keys. One on each line.
#18 you now should have all address with balance in a single wallet ready to spend.

I think I just had this[1] thread in mind. Alright more serious. They are spread over different wallets so you need to find out if you can export the private keys from the wallets and how. Which wallets did you use? Are they all mycelium?
