3381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Discussion thread for non-paid, non-listed ended bounties. on: January 03, 2021, 09:33:03 PM
None paid and none listed and you include Amepay? Bro do some research before making this list, I just received my week 3 signature payment of ame and ame already listed on bkex, you can track ame price on cmc and coingecko, on 7th January ame will be listed on bithumb,  so I really don't understand what you mean by not paid not listed!
But it's under the category of Trade/Listing schedule. So I think it shouldn't be a big deal. OP indicated it would be listed on 7th Jan which definitely implies that he was talking about the bithumb listing. bkex could be off the radar or a less popular exchange.
3382  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: [LIST] ✔️ A Curated List of Web Wallets (work-in-progress) on: January 03, 2021, 09:01:30 PM
Some wallets like coinbase might confuse some users. As of today coinbase now has the custodial wallet and a noncustodial one. Apps for both custodial and noncustodial are available in google playstore and App Store

- Noncustodial - https://wallet.coinbase.com
- Custodial - https://www.coinbase.com
3383  Economy / Reputation / Re: Scammer on DT network. on: January 03, 2021, 08:22:15 PM
I think It would be much better If you also stated how he is a well known scammer, whom he scammed and what he scammed. People choose who to trust and distrust in their custom trustlists and there's little you can do about it.

Sometimes negative feedback left on some members' profiles is due to disagreements and not due to direct scam. It doesn't mean the person is a scammer. So at times you may find such members on DT

As for Deeponion, I also don't know much about it, Maybe this is where you come in and help us understand what happened to them and how dragonvslinux became a well known scammer.
3384  Economy / Exchanges / Re: best place to trade BTC on: January 03, 2021, 07:28:32 PM
For now I used Bitforex and Probit exchange, because through this platform I got earned weekly on these two. In short, earning cryptocurrency is not depend on how big the exchange site platform is. It is always depend in the hands of the individual traders of how He/She going to do it. And this is what I did now actually for a couple of years now.
The first and most important thing aside from trading is the security of one's assets and this is what OP is looking for. I am not comfortable with the exchanges you have suggested. Bitforex know to selectively scam, lock up people's accounts out of nowhere and list scam IEOs and tokens. The other (probit) is very unpopular. Honestly, it's my first time knowing about.

Why would you suggest shady exchanges
3385  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Block reward schedule and average blocks mined per day, where to find info? on: January 03, 2021, 06:51:23 PM
There are a number of tools which provide such statistics, mostly block explorers. My 2 most favorite ones are;
3386  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitsLuxe.com scam exchange on: January 03, 2021, 06:25:12 PM
Sounds like an old scam trick, asking for BTC to verify an exchange or casino account that apparently "has some BTC" in it. Now that the Bitcoin price is soaring, we should expect more of this scam attempts.
Keep up the effort warning people who might not know  Wink
3387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 02, 2021, 11:56:20 PM
This round is pretty easy for ATM and Barcelona comparing to Real Madrid since they will face weaker teams. Celta is a quite good opponent but Real Madrid managed to get the 3 points from it. Now if ATM or Barcelona fail tomorrow, it will be a disaster for them. For Barcelona, I don't know if Messi being free to negotiate a deal with the other teams could have a psychological impact on the team?
Even if Atlético Madrid lost, I don't think it would be a disaster for them. They have 2 games in hand as of now. As for Messi and Barcelona,  Messi has never been the same again since the beginning of this season. Look at his goal and assist tally for Barca so far compared to other top players in Europe, does it seem like the Messi we know to you?
3388  Economy / Speculation / Re: Institutions and Banks would want to end this bull run at $66K per BTC on: January 02, 2021, 11:48:55 PM
Your title is totally different from our post. It's more like a  clickbait.
You  haven't talked how and why the banks and institutions want to end the bull ran at $66K
3389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 02, 2021, 03:18:48 PM
Some exciting news to Real Madrid fans though the deal isn't yet done.

According to marca, Real Madrid are now close to signing David Alaba whose contract expires with Bayern Munich on 30th June 2021
My question thou is who's going to be displaced Marcelo or Mendy?
3390  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer DreamerBT on: January 02, 2021, 03:06:52 PM
avoid DreamerBT - scammer

also as you can see - not possible to reply his topics
does not accepts escrow
He has been a long time scammer. So it is no surprise that he doesn't accept escrow. Just look at the negative feedback and references on his trust profile.
3391  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges That Closed/Shut Down in 2020 on: January 02, 2021, 02:35:16 PM
If you interested in tracking exchanges that were shut/closed in 2020. You can use crytowisser's Exchange graveyard list

The list categorized the exchanges in 5 groups
1. Voluntarily shutdown
2. Bought off or rebranded
3. MIA/Just disappeared/Exit SCAM
6. Hacked
5. Shutdown by Government
3392  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 75 Crypto Exchanges have shut down since this year started and hasn't even ended on: January 02, 2021, 01:41:25 PM
Thanks for your hints, yes i know i should but they were mostly shitcoins or coins with no many markets but them. My bigger mistake has been to join the crazy run for altcoins (shitcoins better) at the begin of 2018. Worst time to invest in cryptos ever. I'm just trying to recover as much as i can. Good luck for you too.
We all make mistakes at one point and hopefully we learn from those mistakes. Most of the altcoins are scam because they are created to scheme for investors' or traders' more valuable fiat, Bitcoins, ETH etc in exchange for their valueless tokens minted out of a thin air.

Avoid such coins. Stick with the top marketcap coins. Even buying and trading bitcoin can be profitable if you are patient and know when to buy. For example since March 2020 when the Bitcoin price hit ~$4,000, the price is  now up by over 700%
3393  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: i give up on: January 02, 2021, 01:28:18 PM
I am giving up on Localcryptos, there's barely any sellers in my region esp for bitcoin, let alone any other crypto.
This exactly is a problem with most of the KYC-less P2P exchanges. Luckily i do have traders from my region and I do use localcryptos regular but the Bitcoin price in there is at most times way below the market price (10% plus) if you want to sell or way above the market price when you want to buy.

I discovered Binance p2p recently and decided to add in my KYC documents there. From what I experienced, It has much more sellers and buyers and the prices aren't way off the market prices like in localcryptos
3394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 01, 2021, 08:24:06 PM
If real madrd is to win the league title this season then they need to start winning against the likes of elche, leganes or eibar, Madrid team is finding it difficult to cut through and find a goal against low block teams, while Atletico keeps blowing every team apart. I am tipping Simeone to a league win title.
There are still so many matches remaining but yeah, I think Atlético Madrid have a higher chance of winning the league title this season because they have been far more consistent than all the other challengers.
3395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex de listed XMR, ZEC and DASH on: January 01, 2021, 07:45:31 PM
The news would have been a great opportunity for me to short any of the coins in the futures trading option on Binance  Cheesy
That being said, I think it's going to be a trend that most exchanges that are trying to comply with AML laws with follow. This is bad news for the privacy oriented coins.
3396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XLM Stellar Lumens compared to Ripple XRP? on: December 31, 2020, 10:53:12 PM
What you mean by the word 'Pretenders', do you mean these altcoins are pretending to be decentralised but in reality they are centralised?

How does an investor filter out these pretending Alts on coinmarketcap?

Okay in summary of my understanding, please correct me if I'm wrong, any centralised coin can be targeted by SEC and governments because centralization means it has a front running person or a head office that can be easily targeted unlike bitcoin that doesn't have any office nor a front running person promoting/advertising it.

Lastly is Ethereum 2.0 a 'pretending' altcoin?
In a sense yes, most of the altcoins are pretenders of decentralized networks. For example did you know that stellar assets can be frozen in one's account? Ask yourself who freezes them?
Can you do the same with Bitcoin?

You can filter pretenders by making doing due diligence. Coinmarketcap has a crap load of shitcoins.

Note there a difference between a pretending altcoin and a pretending decentralized network  Wink
3397  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Found that Russian sellers are scamming on ebay by selling bitcoin on: December 31, 2020, 10:24:39 PM
So when you cannot trade yet even the primary coin which is bitcoin then how the PayPal CEO may claim that Bitcoin is the future?
Bitcoin also acts a payment solution but in this case non-reversible once the transaction is confirmed. What is the point of mixing up bitcoin and paypal which are 2 completely different ecosystems?
You either choose Bitcoin or paypal.

Want to buy or sell (trade) bitcoins? Use crypto exchanges or escrow services, not eBay, AliExpress or Amazon. Problem solved. It's not rocket science.
3398  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Found that Russian sellers are scamming on ebay by selling bitcoin on: December 31, 2020, 08:14:38 PM
I sort of find this hard to understand. Why would someone head over to eBay to buy or sell Bitcoin, yet we have so many exchanges that can serve the same purpose while guaranteeing safely of one's funds to some extent?
3399  Economy / Exchanges / Re: IDAX.pro CEO goes "missing". Customer funds locked up in the exchange. on: December 31, 2020, 07:20:11 PM
Has anyone heared news about it? I've tried to research on my own but I just found some team members at linkedin. Is anyone a step forward?
Thank you.
It was an exit scam so nothing new up to now except more and more people complaining about their lost funds like the comments in this review - https://cryptogeek.info/en/exchanges/idax

Try to be more specific about your charge and the reason for the flag. I'm not arguing that these are fake reviews, but more compelling reasons are needed for the flag.
I think leaving fake reviews on alt accounts with a malicious aim of tricking future trading partners should be enough to  leave them negative ratings or a red flag. It's similar to those people who make fake vouches in Anns
