3381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: February 05, 2022, 06:09:56 PM
Going back and forth is very tiring, unless you're scalping, I think the best is to not trade, like the saying that says "Not trading is also a trading" I hope the market bounces back as soon as possible.
Wouldn’t really be advisable to tell a trader that they shouldn’t trade because if the market is bearish, knowing very well that day trading is their source of income and it is something that they are doing on a daily to make income for themselves. Even if the market is bearish there is still very much the opportunity for anyone who is a trader, with whatever strategy that they are using, either scalping or other strategies, to be making good income from the market.

Day traders are taking advantage of the little up and down in price, they can go in for 5 to 15 minutes, and sometimes it can even be just for a minute and they are out with profit as long as they know what they are doing. The only person that would have to take a break now is a long term trader who usually HODL.
3382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tradig Course - Beginner on: February 05, 2022, 03:24:32 PM
I'm not sure how to learn to trade with time pressure and external factors pressing you to make quick profits. which you explain without realizing that you want an instant promotion to meet family pressures. Keep in mind that trading takes time and moments where continuous profits cannot be guaranteed. When you say work and family, it's automatically very difficult. Back to how quickly you understand all the indicators in crypto trading and know that there will always be a risk.
I like that you pointed that out and it would be good that the op gets to see this. Trading requires patience, experience and the readiness to keep learning and trying despite the kind of challenges you will face with the market’s  ups and downs. So, if he really wants to be good at it, he needs to try as much as possible to not be in a hurry and make out time. No matter what, he needs to make out time for it and get better.

One of the reasons a lot of people fail is because of the kind of excuses they like to give in everything, they are always looking for excuses. If he can’t make out time to search for the right courses to study, then he might as well not have the time to go through the ones that would be given or recommended to him here.
3383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why you will be left behind if you don’t learn NFT. on: February 05, 2022, 06:09:32 AM
why you will be left behind if you don’t learn NFT.

Most people can’t tell the difference between NFT and JPEG.

NFT actually make you to really own an asset.

The asset is verifiable on blockchain.

Well, why NFT is an emerging trend, it will have many applications.

But, how do you make money from NFT?
It’s all about choice, there are also other better options. And moreover everything has their disadvantages or what wouldn’t seem too good to a particular investor and it is up to them to decide on that. If you feel like something isn’t really meant for you then I think it is best to clearly avoid them and do something else.

A lot of understands NFT, but they just don’t like it, maybe because they feel those arts there ain’t worth it, and of course anyone who is buying those NFTs has to be careful what they are buying so you don’t end up buying things that you would regret later, because you wouldn’t be able to sell it.
3384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: meta is the future ???? on: February 04, 2022, 09:24:12 PM
before happening such thing, don't you think we could see more features about metaverse that would make it more trendy even that time? It would be huge before turn into bubble. Top altcoins wasn’t huge before 4/5 years ago, right? So it refers, development need time and patience could be way of changing luck
It’s definitely going to be a big trend in the future. Metaverse isn’t just meant for cryptocurrency NFT, there is a lot more to it which I believe that we would begin to see. Although it is good that cryptocurrency platforms has been the ones that are getting on there first. So we should look forward to the growth of cryptocurrency alongside Metaverse.

In the future there are going to be more other different platforms that would come to join and make use of the metaverse as well, we would see more of these other sectors integrating this into their work. Personally I believe that this Metaverse is a huge thing, because the world is heading towards that direction of AI and Virtual Reality advancement, so it’s definitely going to gain huge adoption.
3385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 04, 2022, 09:03:05 PM
Before the game started, I thought that the LA Lakers won't be having a hard time defeating the Clippers because they have AD and other superstars while the Clippers they don't have their star players. What happened is the exact opposite, Lakers was having a hard time on the defense and chasing the scores. WB was still terrible in the game, and from the 1st to 3rd quarter, the Clippers are always on the lead. Gladly, Lakers managed to bounce back on the 4th but barely, Lakers lost with just a 1 point shy.
Lakers were missing Lebron as well. They kept having missing players and injuries all through the season, all of their starting 5 on the floor at the same time is a very rare thing for them this year. That could be attributed as one of the problems. It is also curious to see Lebron playing like hell when AD was missing and tiring himself out, then as soon as AD comes back he is injured and has to take a rest?

I feel like he just wanted to get some cruising time and rest. When he comes back, and when everyone comes back, when they are like 7-8 healthy bunch at the top, then we will start seeing them do great things. But if they fail to get healthy all together very soon, then we are going to end up with a risk of missing the playoffs let alone be any type of contender. I said last year even though they ended badly, they could have still beaten Suns if they were healthy enough, same goes this year for me.
3386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 04, 2022, 06:16:03 PM
Honestly it has been a long time since we haven't seen a proper game. With players back we are going to see proper games finally again and I can't wait to see what happens. Obviously big clubs will keep on winning but the 4-5-6th spots are so close to each other that unless some team ends up going on a 10+ win streak or lose plenty of games then they will stay close.

It may be a bit more different, like instead of 2 points there could be 4 points etc but I believe that the closeness will stay until the end of the season. I remember how United got the third spot at the very last second in 19-20 season, they ended up with the same points and all that, Chelsea had a loss and United had a draw, that is how they did it, if Chelsea got a draw or a win in that game it would be different story. That is the type of story I am seeing for the remainder of the season.
3387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 03, 2022, 08:09:48 PM
We have only few days to go for some big games in the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich have a home game against Leipzig and Dortmund have the same situation against Leverkusen on this match week. These games both can be really amazing to watch as all of them have a big potential to score multiple goals. I'm feeling myself closer to both teams to score for each one of these games. Actually, I have some doubts about Leipzig as they are far from their last season performance now but they were doing nice lately. And I think that neither Bayern Munich nor Dortmund will lose points in these games.
It has been a terrible break for me. I had one of the most chaotic periods of my life and that is coming form someone who haven't sit in front of PC with ease and watched netflix 3 hours non-stop for the past 9 months Cheesy Not a bad chaotic thing thankfully, it was someone recovering and being better in life. So that means all of these games will be awesome.

I really hope that both Bayern and Dortmund loses at the same time, not because I dislike them or anything, in fact I really like them but I feel like it is something that I just need to see them lose so that it would be like something to talk about and something fun to see because it is something we do not see that often. How many times have we seen them lose at the same week? Rare I suppose.
3388  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction: Low was $34K or will be ~$25K on: February 03, 2022, 06:25:43 PM
I think, although the bitcoin market is currently experiencing uncertainty. But it looks like bitcoin's lowest price is $34k and won't go down to the $25k price level. The last few days bitcoin had re-tested the $38k resistance and bitcoin's movement was still quite stuck at the $38k resistance although there was a slight decline but I see bitcoin will continue to rally to the $40k area. But, for now it's better to wait for the right time to re-enter the Bitcoin market.
There is a huge difference between 34k and 25k as well, that is the confusing part about the question. I mean just because it stopped before 34k and did not go down, I can't say it won't go down further in the future but I could say that it wouldn't be 25k. Like, how the hell am I suppose to know where the price will be but even if I made a guess then I would say 30k, that would be both lower than 34k and still above 25k as you can see.

This is why I believe that we should not be really focusing on anything else, this is as good as it gets and we should be just accepting the fact that bitcoin can't be predicted, even if you think you are awesome at it, sometimes we all fail.
3389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: meta is the future ???? on: February 02, 2022, 06:20:06 PM
Meta is the parent company that houses several social media platform applications such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Metaverse is a concept of the future in the world of technology. The term metaverse was widely discussed on social media shortly after Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg changed the name of Facebook's parent company to Meta Platforms Inc. (Meta).

Etymologically, metaverse comes from the word 'meta' which means 'beyond' and 'verse' which means 'universe'. So the metaverse can be interpreted as a space containing matter that goes beyond all things seen in this world. Is metaverse a good future, I can say yes crypto and Mark Zuckberg are making their own metaverse with a different digital world and this is what the world is waiting for in the future
This is all good and all but it doesn't really respond the "is it the future" question all that well. I agree that facebook changing their name to meta really did help the popularity of it but they do not have a metaverse of their own just yet.

It means that we will not see it for a while longer and we are left with projects that are different from each other. Things like sandbox and decentraland did made it bigger and bigger thanks to this news but that doesn't change the fact that we are not going to see them crumble when the real facebook one starts. So, all these people who are investing to shitty versions right now will lose money, and when the facebook one starts most people will say "I lost money on the other one, why would I invest into a new one" and metaverse may end up being dead. I do not know if that will be the case or not but there is a chance this could happen.
3390  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't be wiser than the market on: February 02, 2022, 08:36:23 AM
Been too sure could cost you alot, remember trend change and no market direction lasts for ever.
Take the little you can and leave will help build a good trading account.
In a range bounded market, frequently profit booking and then buying back will help but for example, in bitcoin market when bitcoin was hitting $50k levels for the very first time by May 2021, many people rushed to book profit but market continued its rally till $64k levels. People who were able to hold their nerves got opportunity to buy back around $30k levels but my friend who exited around $52k levels bought back again by $61k and trapped till now.

So, when we considering about long term holding against averaging buying and selling then holding got many obvious benefits just for the case of bitcoin market. Sometimes, with the help of strong technical analysis, you may book profit and then buy back cheaper. But, I feel holding is more than enough for me.
3391  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tradig Course - Beginner on: February 02, 2022, 04:14:36 AM
i have been in the crypto space for a while and started leverage trading a few months ago.

I come to find out i have to reevaluate my game and seriously need a beginner crypto trading course.
Does anybody know a good course for beginners? I would really appreciate your input.

I know, that all the Information is available for free if you do your own research, but due to job and family i have not too much time therefore i need it compressed in a course.
Honestly my intensions are not about discouraging you but I feel that you may not be fit for crypto trading even for spot markets (you are mentioning about entering leverage market). Trading is basically for the people who got all the time to dedicate for it. Part time trading is possible but that should be not intraday based or derivative markets based. So, I suggest you to go for revaluating your thoughts on getting into active trading.

Still, you may go for long term trading. Long term trading will not demand all your time and also you do not need big sets of skills on trading aspects. Long term plans along with DCA on bitcoin will be 200% assured one to make easy profits. Go for due diligence on my suggestions and make feasible decisions according to your own assessment.
3392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 01, 2022, 08:06:14 PM
Lewandowski has proven his worth in Bayern Munich and as well as in the German league as a whole. He has been consistent for sometime and will like to go and prove himself in order leagues. If he can go to Real Madrid, it will be a very good advantage to him because he will won many individual and club awards.
Considering Mbappe and Haaland move. I believe Real Madrid at any time will choose Lewandowski above the two star players.
Unless they will consider the age of the young stars for a longterm business.
That young age matters a lot, I mean yes Lewa has played great at Bayern for the past few years since he joined, but Haaland has been in Dortmund and almost caught up to him last season, which should show you that maybe Haaland would have scored even more if he was in Bayern? Lewa is 33-34 years old if I am not wrong whereas Haaland is 21 years old. Would you rather (considering it would be after summer) a player who is 34-35 years old, or someone who is 22 years old?

I would prefer the 22 year old player. Obviously their talents matter in this decision but can you tell me that Haaland would not be awesome? He is already an awesome player and he is already scoring so many goals, so not like the difference between them is too much, I personally feel like Haaland is even better, but that is my personal opinion, so it is obviously understandable to get someone who is 10+ years younger and almost the same talent.
3393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League & 1. League 2021/22 Season on: February 01, 2022, 07:21:25 PM
I'm expecting Galatasaray to have big problems against Alanyaspor in the league next time. Galatasaray are one of the most out-of-form teams in the league now while Alanyaspor are one of the best teams currently. This is an away game for Galatasaray and I feel like there will be another loss for them here. Galatasaray are closing in to the relegation area step by step every week. After this game, they have three comfortable games actually before a very tough fixture. Galatasaray must win those three games first. Then, they will have a few tough league games in a row. At least, they can get prepared well for this fixture.
On contrary, I am expecting them to have one of the best performances they ever had this season, maybe even more than needed. This is their chance to actually have a chance and if they end up losing this game as well then things are not looking out for them at all, it is going to be terrible, but if they end up winning then they would have a small leeway and would definitely have a chance.

They are "better" than anyone in name, so it is not really that difficult for them to have a win, they spent so much money but when you look at their roster that doesn't look like they actually got anyone, in order to cover that back up, they need to have some decent finish, otherwise it is going to be terrible for them for the long term, bad for at least 2-3 years, but if they can finish at a decent place then they could recover a lot more quicker, this game is not their last chance but it is definitely a good turning point.
3394  Economy / Economics / Re: This why wall street are rich and you are poor on: February 01, 2022, 06:49:12 PM
Well, I quite agree with this. borrow money, to make more money. however, in the crypto world, we never know which coins will be pumped, and which ones will be dumped. although there is quite a lot of speculation that we have, prices always move based on information that has happened. well, so it's very risky to borrow money then try to invest in crypto. however, if you believe in the risks you can take, well, then give it a try.
it's just that, based on this, I came to understand that people who move and take risks to take big profits are faced with two things, namely losses, and very large profits. What makes most people rich is that they take those risks.
That is why you borrow money and then invest into something that is a bit more guaranteed, a bit less risky. Like for example mortgages are great for that, you borrow money and then you get a loan for 10 or even 20 years if you can, and after 20 years, you have a house that worths A LOT more than what you paid for since inflation will make sure the price would go up, and by the time you are finishing, on your last years the debt will be tiny because of inflation as well.

Assuming you make 1000$ per month, and you pay $500 for the house, by the end of 10th year you will be making 2000 or even 3000 and still paying 500 and that is the great part about it.
3395  Economy / Economics / Re: Which business profit model do you prefer? on: February 01, 2022, 06:18:39 PM
Business model for the rich as a target market will surely be expensive. I mean rich people loves spending too much on the things that gives them comfort, entertainment and convenience all at the same time. Now, If your risk appetite is huge enough to fund the kind of business model you want then go for it because once your business took off you'll be expecting huge profit than starting a business designed for the average people.
I am not entirely sure if it is exactly that expensive as people imagine it is. My friends wife's friend built a clothing company, it is basically very oversize, like nearly all your body close to your feet winter coats, like that garbage bag looking ones, and they were selling it for 500$+ each.

It cost them like around 25$ or so to make them, and that was mainly because they were getting low orders made at the start, maybe it wasn't that expensive if you ordered like ten thousand of them, but that was the price at the first 100-200 orders. So, this dude managed to just design something, then talked with some manufacturers and then sold something for 500$ each, which could have made him double profit if he sold it for 50$.

It is not easy to convince rich people to spend their money on you, but it is easy to convince their wife's, ex-wife's, children and so forth to spend that rich persons money on your products, that is the people you have to try to get, not the rich people directly, or at least that is what he said.
3396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 31, 2022, 08:04:13 PM
What an unexpected loss for saint etienne in the french cup because of them i lost my bet they couldn't even get past a team from the second national league and after a good first half they were not able to maintain the score and they conceided a goal in the last 15 minutes of the game and they could've lost with a larger score.
Honestly, teams do not care about the cup so much because they know that they will eventually lose to PSG. PSG is trying to build a team that is exactly for this reason, playing in elimination games, albeit they are doing it because they want to be great at UCL and not care about French cup neither, but that is just by product of their current system. Which means that they will end up winning all of their games probably.

St.Etienne should have won that game for sure, a few more wins wouldn't really be bad and they would have earned some money, even sell some tickets, so it was something nice to get it. However, when you have no hope, players go out there with no hope and that results with unexpected losses.
3397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 31, 2022, 07:09:45 PM
we will have great games like:

FC Bayern Munich - RB Leipzig

this will be a great game and my bet was that Bayern Munich will win this game

Borussia Dortmund - Bayer 04 Leverkusen

I bet on Borussia Dortmund to win, I know this is a very risky bet, I hope they don't disappoint me
It is certainly a risky bet, but I do not think that it is too much, Dortmund is a great team and definitely better than Leverkusen if you ask me, that should not really be a problem for you. I feel like they are beating everyone lately, even though they are not and I know they had a loss just a few weeks ago, they just seemed so dominant. Same goes for Bayern but they were dominant at all times, so it is not really a big surprise for me at all.

I feel like there is a good chance we could see something rare happening this time around, I know that it is not really a thing that is people expect but if one of these bets end up being a draw or a loss, I am sure that there is a lot of money to be made from that.

what a comeback from nadal down 2 sets and  a break  Shocked Shocked

Do feel very bad for medvedev though, what a nightmare   Cry
I would like to also congratulate Medvedev as well. He went against one of the greatest tennis players in history and he went toe to toe with him. I know that Medvedev is not bad himself neither but Nadal is on another planet when we are talking about talent, maybe he is as good or maybe he got worse from his peak but that dude is still one of the best ever in history.

So, to go with him to the last point is something very good. In any case congratz to Nadal, dude is just surreal, he keeps winning at his age, I was thinking maybe he lost a step and he would not be as good anymore and he would not be winning, which we have seen from other all time greats where they are awesome and beat everyone but then end up not being great when they get older, but Nadal is still doing awesome.
3399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Biden & BTC on: January 31, 2022, 03:20:46 PM
Regulations or no regulations it makes no difference. If the government chooses to ban crypto currency across the world believe you me decentralized exchange would take up the challah to build up a well secured transaction platform where coins would be transacted with ease and we'll securedly. Technology is actually advancing and there is no problem under the sun humans can't tackle with Blockchain and Artificial intelligence
Yes decentralized exchanges has always been the saviour. But these people has been studying cryptocurrency for years now, what if it is possible that they have found a way to get around this?

Although I don’t see the possibility yet, maybe because I don’t know whether it’s going to work or not, (not good with the technical aspect of things here), but I have seen news of how they plan to make use of centralized exchanges in having more control and a better edge in the cryptocurrency system.

According to the news I saw once, it says that whenever centralized exchanges or a custodial wallet user makes a transaction to a non custodial wallet address, they would be required to put in information of the owner of that non custodial wallet address. Wouldn’t that be a way for them to be revealing those making use of decentralized exchanges? I am not yet sure about this, but we would get to see if it’s true or not.
3400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: January 30, 2022, 06:46:30 PM
I don't see France with so many chances to win.
They even have good players, but you can see that they don't "know" how to play as a team. Their performance at Euro 2020 was notorious. And even during the World Cup qualifying games, it was noticed that they were very unstable. I think they would have had a lot of better to do an excellent World Cup.

On the other hand, I think it is difficult this time to choose a possible winner. The fact that the World Cup is in Qatar and is played in the middle of a season, a lot can happen that surprises everyone.
Its never easy to predict who will win the world cup, surprises happen all the time. Italy, England, France all have a great chance just from Europe, and yes we usually have winners from Europe, and that is why I would give these three the biggest chance.

However, that doesn't eliminate Argentina or brazil right away, they may not be awesome like they used to but they are still a decent team. All in all I am feeling like there is a good chance there will be 4 or even 5 teams that will fight very hard to win it. Which one will win it? I have no idea and I am guessing that betting on the winner will be a very difficult thing to do.
