3383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could you imagine your life without Bitcoin poll on: March 28, 2015, 02:33:13 PM
Imagining a WORLD without bitcoin is kind of hard for my little brain. all I know that some things, good and bad things alike, will cease to happen if bitcoin never existed. and that a lot less people will know what currency trading are.
3384  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [BIT-X] Signature Campaign - Discussion on: March 28, 2015, 01:03:45 PM
I think it's better to stay on the weekly payout, USD pegged might be good, but not a must. and I want to get paid to my real address, if possible.

I also prefer that the local post to be counted, but I just happened to be Indonesian  Sad
are we that bad? Cry
3385  Other / Meta / Re: Arent there any alternatives to signing a message? on: March 28, 2015, 12:23:04 PM
Signing a message is not always possible, for example ive never used my wallet address here.

Then use one.

this.
I'm not sure what are you doing in a bitcoin forum when you don't even have a wallet address..
all you need to do is post your wallet address anywhere on the forum (remember/write it on a paper), and in case you lost your password, sign a message with that address. simple.
3386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the late adopters, gentlemen. on: March 28, 2015, 12:11:54 PM

3387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have Bitcoins helped to improve your life? on: March 28, 2015, 12:00:49 PM
I'm not gonna lie. bitcoin did improve my life a lot, but in exchange I became a little too obsessed with it that I spent a little too much time on the internet. it made me unable to work as well as I usually do in the real life. let's just say that my life went to 6/10 to 7.5/10 because of bitcoin, and the .5 is for the knowledge that I learned because of it.
3388  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinPoker.gg - 1BTC Freeroll - Daily 200mBTC Freerolls on: March 28, 2015, 11:50:56 AM

I think you just found me another show to watch.  Grin
going to download this as soon as I finish my other downloads.

as for your question, the answer is no, it's not enough. there's a lot of people outside U.S. that doesn't know a thing about bitcoin. I think an international bitcoin day might help us with this.
3391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Secret Service Agent: Digital Currencies Fueling Cybercrime on: March 28, 2015, 10:36:50 AM
Eventually bitcoin will prove it's usefulness and those kind of arguments will go away.

I'm afraid you might be wrong there. Bitcoin has already proved its usefulness numerous times in the past, and it will do so again.
but these kind of arguments will always appears as long as anyone who uses it for illegal activity exists.
3392  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinPoker.gg - 1BTC Freeroll - Daily 200mBTC Freerolls on: March 28, 2015, 10:16:10 AM

3393  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mother allegedly trafficked daughter to drug dealer for heroin on: March 28, 2015, 12:58:10 AM
what a horrible mother, selling her own daughter for drugs like that... a lifetime in prison is not enough to pay for her sins. I hope she get nightmares every night.

3396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you name your baby Satoshi for 150 bitcoins? on: March 27, 2015, 08:19:27 PM

3397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins and the zombie apocalypse on: March 27, 2015, 07:55:33 PM
if internet ceases to exist and zombies arrive (for whatever reason) but nothing else changed, then that would sucks badly for the non-rich people.

if ALL modern technologies ceases to exist and zombies arrive, I would just think positive and see good side. no more being divided by money, less population, less over-spoiled brats, etc..  Grin

in both case bitcoin will be gone, so yeah

3400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sheep Market owner arrested! on: March 27, 2015, 07:03:16 PM
Finally, someone gets arrested for running a scam. He definitely deserved this. Hopefully more bad guys will be caught in the future.
Just look at Karpeles, still a free man.
I do not know the exact details of the Karpeles case, but I think it's safe to say that he will not go to jail at this point, he somehow got away with the whole thing.

I'm surprised that nobody tried to hire a hitman and shoot the guy.

Drug vendors are not violent in nature, especially those on the darknet who can operate more safely, drugs don't create crime it's the illegality of drugs that creates it.

I wasn't talking anything about drugs dealer, dude. I was talking about the Mtgox owner
