Hi, guys, I have a very simple feature proposal for the wallet: a version checker. I've played around with the code for a few days, mostly because I had no idea who Qt worked, and hacked this together (screenshots below). Does anyone else think this sort of feature would be beneficial to the community? I'll clean it up and submit a pull request if Magic or Joe asks, or if there's enough of a positive response from the community. (For anyone interested, I just added a timer that runs once a day to check a remote file for an update string, then compare that with the internal version in version.h. Plus a QLabel to show the update message. If there's a new update, it tells you what the updated version number is and produces a clickable link to http://coinmagi.org/wallets/.) If your version is current, you see no change to the interface:  If your wallet is out-of-date, you see a new label and a clickable link:  nice I will check my wallet directly when i'am home! |

I read that, but at first I honestly thought to have forgotten (as usual  ) to subscribe to PoI. You can add also my address. A total of private addresses could be a smart solution for having accurate calcs. Haha no you did not forget! Your address will be add to the info website. |

Community information: During the following days Joe will no be very active. He has to take care of some important things. He has to fly to other side of USA and focus on a very important appointments. If there is something urgent you can send him a pm or email. Give him little more time to respons! You can also ask questions to other members of our Magical Magi team. Through the enormous succes of Magi and all unique and great developments Joe receives a lot of attention, messages and emails from people from all around the world. Also other coins are requesting different things. Sometimes its hard to keep up with all that. Is Joe becoming the second Satoshi? So this is just to inform you all. Cool, thanks! ....so my wallet (I linked my wallet address when setting up the worker's account) will begin to see payments, even if I haven't set up an automatic payout threshold? No you have to go to My Account -> Edit Account scroll down to Cash Out. But the Fee is much lower if you setup a Automatic Payout Threshold. Ok, that's what I figured. What sort of threshold would you recommend I set, if I'm going to be mining lightly? For example, over the past three hours I've only accumulated .02 XMG..... I still feel like I'm missing out on the community aspect of Magi, how's the IRC activity? Any other groups I could join, so that I can better acquaint myself with our fellow upstanding Zoroasters?
