Oh lol I keep forgetting about the no competition thing. I always come here and see the leaderboard and I keep thinking to myself "there is a leaderboard for a reason" but I forgot its just for show and not something important. Well, in that case I think nobody would really rile up to gamble more to become first because there is nothing in the end at all, if there is nothing to win, why would they risk more for just bragging rights.

I do follow hdf but not just here, I have seen him 2 other places and I am quite active on bitcointalk as well so I just keep seeing his name over and over again, so I am not really "following" him but more like he keeps popping up on my face all the time. At the end of the day, these people are good gamblers, they are all worthy of a title, even if not a certain amount from a competition.
3382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The SECRET MINDSET to expend the entire CRYPTO WORLD on: May 19, 2020, 06:34:47 PM
That is one of the troubles of bitcoin. I agree that there are many people who use it as an investment and not as a currency and that causes a lot of trouble with bitcoin price, if half of the people who use it as investment spent it instead of selling it there would be no more big crashes in bitcoin world. That started around in 2016 when bitcoin was more like a spending thing back in the day but during those times specially during the summer it started to go up and that caused the price to be too volatile and because of that people started to see it as investment.

Plus darknet collapsed for a long period and combining all of that together people who see bitcoin as something to spend got little versus people who see it as an investment to make a profit from.
3383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best stablecoin right now? on: May 18, 2020, 08:57:43 PM
Right now easily USDT because they are basically everywhere, all exchanges trying to mimic what bitfinex did and what tether did but it is not getting as much attention as USDT right now.

If am not wrong tether had to print out another 600 million dollars! worth of usdt more during this corona virus period because many people sold their coins but they went to USDT instead of directly to fiat because they believed the time to go back into crypto will be soon and they didn't want their money to stay at fiat at banks in case this corona virus protections of governments could affect banks as well and they wanted to stay at USDT instead and own their own coins. However one thing is for sure, there is a ton of money to be made from this, so I am expecting some huge companies to get into it as well.
3384  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | Crypto Powered Sportsbook and Casino | 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: May 18, 2020, 11:54:50 AM
Faucets are usually important in gambling sites which are new. Many people do not be willing to spend on new gambling sites and prefer to play and test new site with free money. Sites such as stake which are already trusted and many people play there , there is no need of faucets.

Don't think that faucets are helpful for new sites and not the old ones. Remember there are new users who register on the old sites too and if there is a faucet on the site, they can play it using faucet money.
Faucet abuse is another thing and it should be controlled in some other way, not by closing the faucet.
There was two type of different faucet abusers who are really not all the reason why faucet was gone. One of them was people who only played with faucet and never deposited which wasn't the reason why there was faucet, normally faucet is there so that you can check the website and then stop using it and deposit some money to gamble, but I can understand these people, you can constantly gamble with faucet, and even maybe make some money with it once in 40 years or something because its rare and its fine, these people are not really the main reason why faucet was gone.

The real reason why faucet is gone was the people who used bots and other technological improvements to constantly bet and constantly wager to make as much money as they can from it without even working, they used it like passive income.

I always felt like roulette was basically a smaller and worse version of dice. Think about it, there is red and there is black, and you wager on one of them which feels eerily like the dice where you wager on 50% and you either win or not, even the martingale strategy was first there for the roulette but people realized it works for the dice games as well hence why it came to crypto dice world as well.

Of course there are a lot of difference as well but at the same time the differences are not really as big as you might imagine, I am not saying it is exactly the same but the thing is the similarities is bigger between roulette and dice than any other game. That could be just be, maybe nobody else thinks like me, I don't know what others think about this.

^ Do not really undervalue what hdf could do, he could literally swing 3+ bitcoin in a day to make at the top. I also always try to be careful about predicting the winners of the competitions because at the end of the day you can wait for 6 days 23 hours, and on the last hour you could simply autobet on 0.001 for 3000 times in an hour and you would basically still be at the top. I am not saying it will happen this time around, but all I am saying that it is quite possible, even if it doesn't happen.

Darkstar_ for example is a very very known one, I think he could potentially do something like that, I don't know if he has that much money to rival the top but I know that dude is around on bitcointalk everywhere, and that is why I think he could pull something like that.
3387  Economy / Speculation / Re: Emphasis of true decentralization on bitcoin on: May 16, 2020, 06:36:50 PM
Hacking and decentralization have absolutely nothing in common at all. Hackers could hack anywhere, they are hacking websites and getting the money out of there, they are not hacking peoples wallets. I mean could they?

Probably, if they put a keylogger to your website and hack you that way, they could potentially do it however one thing for sure is the fact that they can't hack blockchain with brute force, that requires way too much power that I doubt anyone would have. That is the scare about the quantum computers, because if that can be done and computers become like a million times better, that means they could make it easy to hack any wallet they want as well. By that time I am sure bitcoin developers will find a blockchain that will make it impossible for even the quantum computers to hack but that is literally the only risk.
3388  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Provably fair Dice & HILO game 🎲↕️ 30% Rakeback💰$500 Daily Race🔥 on: May 15, 2020, 06:31:00 PM
Dice is a game that does not require skill and technique because only luck can make our bets win. Strategies to increase chances of victory might be there, but it is far from successful because we only have a 50:50 chance in this area.
People still have the gamblers fallacy and you can't change that unfortunately, many people think that when they gamble on the same thing for too many times the result will eventually change. That is why you see people who play martingale for example and they think that it can't be a loss for 10 times in a row because they think that it would be a small chance to lose 10 times in a row however reality is we all know there is the same chance of hitting that loss on the 11th one even if you win or lose 10 times in a row because each dice is individual and has nothing to do with the previous ones.

I think that is the reason why many people chase the loss as well, they always think their unlucky roll will eventually end and they keep on gambling until they win.
3389  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 INVESTING BTC, LTC and DOGE is OPEN NOW on: May 15, 2020, 05:48:44 PM
No need to count this 4000 LTC as a big thing; Just because it is from one investor, it is getting lots of attention but when 10 or 100 of investors collectively invest same 4000 LTC, we will just move-on but both will have same level of impact on other investors' share in the bankroll. So, it is worthy a news for this community like some whales contributed to yolo investment program and nothing more.

Yes, we can expect multi-fold money to in-flow in coming days from whales and others by considering the reputation of yolo and how attractive their investment program still persists. The early we do invest, we can enjoy relatively big profits and I am sure, it is not late as whales yet to start investing as per recent halving and as per crypto market scenarios.
It is a big deal if goes on like this for a while, I mean if it is just one time that doesn't sound like a big deal but think about tens of people who invest around those levels, now THAT would be a big thing. Of course it will take time but this increased the bankroll a lot and allows people to gamble with LTC a lot more as well which is an important part and the more money people could play that means more people will invest.

I think all by itself this isn't a big deal but it could be the first step to make something great in the future if it continues and could be considered like a stepping stone for a bigger milestone. Or maybe it will basically be nothing and this will be even gone after a while when it doesn't make money and will amount to nothing.

Germany was doing better than any other nation to begin with so it is normal that they are the first one coming back as well. I have only two leagues in mind that would be hard to come back and I think all others are either already cancelled or should continue to play.

For example Italy and NBA has to have some trouble, Italy because serie A has to be the league with the most players who have the sickness, the nation as a whole has a lot of sick people and that has to affect the league as well, they are getting better obviously and doing better now as a nation but they had gone through something horrible for a long time. Second one is NBA not just because USA is going through something bad but also because NBA has like 20 games left for the regular season plus there is playoffs as well, so that is too many games.
3391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC Halving and its effect on gambling on: May 13, 2020, 08:54:07 PM
No I have talked with couple of casino owners and they are saying they have seen an increase in their wagering. Nothing major at all, nothing significant in many purposes, only the poker places have seen some increase I suppose with all the tournaments going on, but aside from that it is not really all that changing. Even the sportsbooks have said that nothing major has changed, people like gambling and when they couldn't find the proper big ones, they kept gambling on the small ones I suppose.

Sportsbet.io steve has talked about how they have covered this period better than they expected for example. And that is sportsbook which should be doing horrible right now, when we talk about stuff like dice or any other casino game, they are doing even better obviously.
3392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 13, 2020, 08:25:32 PM
Everyone thinks that teams will "do their best because of X" but in reality teams are already doing their best mate, I do not think anyone goes out and says "maybe we will win, maybe we won't, who cares" or something like that. Everyone tries to win as much as they can.

Sometimes its the obvious talent gap, sometimes its not their day, sometimes strategy just overlaps each other and so forth, in the end one way or another one team loses, not because they didn't wanted it, but because they couldn't. So, Manchester city will definitely try to win the champions league for sure, there is no doubt in that, not just because they are banned for the next years because.. well everyone wants to win the champions league, but will they be capable of doing that? We will see.

WHY IS WITHDRAWAL FEE 0.0027?HuhHuhHuhHuh
What? 😳 😳 😳
If this is true then that fee is ridiculously high. I am wondering what will happen BTC pumps to 20k again
Here's a screenshot from their legacy site showing the current withdrawal fees. Iirc their previous fee was ten times less (0.00027) and I thought that was too much for a single transaction as other sportsbooks charge way less.

If they won't change the fee, I suggest having an alternative option for smaller fees and those transactions would be processed in groups.

They saying on chat that fee was increased due to blockchain congestion...
Just because there was a congestion in the bitcoin blockchain doesn't mean that it will continue forever. Cloudbet has a huuuuge big withdrawal fee and that is the end of it, there is literally nothing about it that could be discussed. There is literally hundreds of other places that are using 1/10 of the fee here and they still survive, there is literally nothing wrong with dropping it.

But, whenever you showcase a problem that cloudbet has and how others are doing the response you get is like "then go play there, why are you still here" and not welcoming at all. I think those are just other players so I am not holding it against the admins or whatever, but you gotta both check your users and moderate better and should drop the fee to industry average as well.
3394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need your help for Bibox Trading Competition on: May 13, 2020, 05:45:20 PM
If you do not have any experience with the future trading, maybe going into a competition is not something you should be doing. There are places where you can test how you could do trades like that in a demo situation. That way you won't spend any money on getting better and being in a competition. Of course they won't be as great as the real thing and you will not be doing all the same when you start to do the real thing.

However at least it is better to go to the real thing from the demo and knowing what you need to do, at least that way you wouldn't be zero about everything. After that check how you are doing and when you reach to a point where you are doing great enough to actually profit and also be good for a competition, you could join the real one.
3395  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: May 13, 2020, 01:26:23 PM
Binance will be recommended for people who want to start trading, especially for new people who are confused to choose the exchange. Binance will be their choice to trade because, in that exchange, people will have a chance to select so many potential coins or token that can give them the profit. But still, we need to be careful while we trade because even if we trade on the big exchange, we can get lost anytime so we need to use the money that we can afford.
I guess binance was picked over all other ones once upon a time because they had this affiliate thing where they were basically giving half of what they earn to people so people invited everyone. There was affiliate links EVERYWHERE for a while, like literally where I go to in crypto world I would see affiliate links from binance and I am not going to lie I did put it up in my own business as well, I was selling something and gave discounts to people who use my binance link to register (many only registered and went back to their OG account).

However one thing for sure is the fact that they changed, they got all those people from that and gained a lot of volume but then they managed to keep those people who came there, it is not easy to get users but it is even harder to keep them.

Please take our player survey! 🙂📝

Dear EarnBet players,

We have created a short survey for our players. This information will greatly help us to improve and grow the platform. We’d really appreciate if you could take 3-5 minutes to provide your feedback!

Form link: https://forms.gle/EoFqFmzDHpMQkLJ17

Thank you! 😘
I would have loved to fill the survey as well but you are requiring us to give both email, our username (sure that is understandable but still better without) and our COUNTRY?? I would love to fill it if you remove the first three ones, if you really remove the first three I would basically be able to fill the rest of them if you want to.

However with the situation here right now, I either fill it with fake stuff with fake mail and fake username (maybe I will use the real one I don't know) and fake country, which wouldn't really help you if I lie to you so there is no reason to do that if its not going to help you, even hurt you with fake info, or basically not fill it at all. Remove at least the mail and country (and username if you could but that is not a must) then I would basically fill it.
3397  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: May 11, 2020, 09:59:25 PM
Does Fortunejack have more users than STake.com?
I don't know but it i to easy to check it by yourself. If you have not yet had accounts on two platforms, please create yours now and you will get your userid. From user ids on two platforms, you will know which ones have more registered users so clear. But such figures include both multi accounts as well as banned ones, and you won't get figures for legit and active users.

Two platforms have nearly the same registered users does not mean their quality or attraction on gamblers are at same level.
Correct. At this level this information is not really important unless somebody is looking to acquire one of these.

@moriagare I’m not sure why you needed that information, but in my personal opinion talking about a competitor casino in this Ann doesn’t feel right, as this Ann should only be discussing about FJ and not about it’s competitors. Furthermore as @Lauda has correctly said that if you’re keen to buy FJ or invest in it then you should contact them directly with your proposal, because I don’t think that they’ll respond to a public proposal in case you decide to make one.
Having the user id would mean nothing if there are a billion registered people but there aren't many active. Right now I could actually check it. There is about 1.8k people live on stake, which is actually quite a lot, many websites go to profitable side after reaching 100, of course stake has a shit ton more costs than almost everyone, which means even with 1.8k being active on the website may not be profitable unless they play proper gambling with decent amount.

I can't open fortunejack right now because I am not on my own PC and do not have VPN here on work computer, and I can't open fortunejack without VPN from my country. But if there is a number there as well, if you see fortunejack live accounts you can see if it is under 1.8k or over it.

I understand it, and that's why I wasn't asking to take a picture in your back yard. But I don't see how it can be risky to take such picture, say, five hundred miles from your hometown?

I mean, I don't know, maybe I'm missing something in regards to security. So, I would really like to learn from you about that.

You see, a real Lambo with some real landscape in the background, and with "freebitco.in" or "USER ID:13562178" or something like that handwritten on paper and placed on the hood, would really make the whole thing more entertaining in my opinion. But of course it's for you to decide. Not pushing you to do anything.

I just want to know how it can dangerous to do it, considering that it's several hundred miles away from where you live?

Thank you for your time! And congrats on the win, again! Smiley
I am not saying there is a reason why he shouldn't do it, there are plenty of reasons to not do it because it is basically dangerous not because of lambo but basically just limiting where he is around and that is dangerous. There was people who figured out where a famous person was from just a flag and the air blowing from certain direction, literally just a flag and direction of wind was enough for them to find where it was.

Basically it would be dangerous, right now the whole world is his home, if he shows a picture, even kilometers away, that still lowers the possibility, you would basically know the nation at least. Plus one more thing, anyone can just go to a lambo gallery and write id number and take a picture, that shouldn't really matter.
3399  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 [Rocket.Run] Crypto to the MOON! 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 on: May 10, 2020, 09:20:26 PM
Of course, there are days on your casino management where you can do something big and continue for a long time however eventually you lay low when there is nothing, and you get back once again and do something once again to get more attention again. That is basically all how it all works, all casinos start first, do huge marketing like crazy for a while where they actually give signature campaigns, competitions, all kinds of marketing.

After a while they lay low because you already started and you already get as much as you can and now you are seeing the people who come here and what they like and what they dislike and you improve the disliked one and you basically add new stuff for them to test again. So you start marketing once again to see how better you could get.
3400  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting as a Trader and Trading Bitcoin on: May 10, 2020, 08:18:45 PM
If you really want the basics of bitcoin and how to trade it, I would say this ; Bitcoin is a currency that is also a commodity, think about it like the gold coins people used to have thousands of years ago and how they used it, but also the gold of today as well.

You can use it like dollars and just spend it on a cafe for the coffee you drank, but also it is like gold where you can store it for not losing value when dollar devalues from inflation. And how to trade it is basically the simplest thing would be just putting all your money into bitcoin for long term in installments, like if you have 1000 dollars to put into bitcoin, put 100 dollars in June, put 100 in July, put 100 in august and keep doing that until you have no more money to go into it in order to average the purchasing price.
