It is so edifying to me that bitcoin is growing literally every day right before our eyes. I just wonder if that people from this little exchange www.portbitcoin.com know about bitcointalk forum? It is so crucial for every bitcoin project to have a thread here where people can easily see it. I wouldn't know about some places near my home if I did not read about them first here...

I doubt that Blizzard will accept Bitcoin anytime soon, why? i know that they can do almost everything to get more money cant they? adding bitcoins to payment system would surely attract more users what would lead to the growth of finances. in my opinion they will do it soon enough Of course we can be suprised by Blizzard as they could announce tomorrow that they will accept bitcoin processing out of the blue. But there is no indicators at all of them trying to embrace it. It would be great news for every crypto user but they might be afraid of huge leap like that. I guess they are waiting for other companies to make first step in that direction.

-snip- Edit: Would also like any suggestions on including and excluding boards. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) It is funny how in one week you exclude one section of the forum and then another section in next week. I have no problem with Off-topic section or games and rounds, and Ponzi section that is actually beneficial for everyone. But cutting off Politics and Society is weird, and now you don't even us to post in Bitcoin's News section? I never seen any campaign doing that. And I like, from time to time, post my comments about latest news from bitcoin's world... Is Bitcoins discussion section excluded? If so then I probably have made 0 posts till now ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) No, it is not excluded. And hopefully it won't be never banned but you can read something like that in Rules of DaDice's campaign: "Too many posts in Politics and Society, Press or related boards is not preferable." Say if I hypothetically posted 100 posts during the week how many of these posts I can write in News or Politics? 10%, 20%, 30%? It is a thin line here.

I am not sure if all accusations of Gleb Gamow are true. But judging from opening posts of CyberPinoy in his thread [ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=989670.0] This service of cloud mining (cyberpinoy said specifically that it is not Hardware mining, because it is bad for the investors) is a little too good to be true.

Basically they write that the were intimidated and one of the workers was beaten up, there were loads of bad words, emails and calls with threats. Somebody was not happy that something like Bitcoin Embassy was working. The creators of that embassy got scared and decided to back off and close the place.
I don't think that it is the whole picture here. I doubt that in civilized country you will end your economic and social activity after just after incident like that. That Bitcoin Embassy is trying to cover something deeper probably.

We're under correction right now, just lost couple of dollars in last few hours, we may see the major correction soon.
When I made this post the price is around 292$, now we lost 10$ last night, come on, we will hit 317$ or even higher eventually but we need some corrections right now, be patient. It is certain that at some point we will reach $317 or even more in the future. Bitcoin price has not back into reverse it it just a minor price correction. The minor decline from $300 has been a necessary price correction in my opinion and it is needed for the price to go up again. Bitcoin will soon resume its course to $300 and above.

Well if you take a look at localbitcoins you can find a list of 240 countries. It's amazing that Bitcoin has spread to countries like Burkina Faso. I'm pretty sure that the majority of people never even heard of it. Pretty much everything is in a positive state, expect the price.
Exactly and the price not rising with the demand is the most disappointing thing. Whilst there are bitcoin users in far off places they might be the only one and if they are they've got nobody to sell to or buy from or spend their coins on anything. As I've said before I think we just need some patience for btc and we should see some gains eventually but this will take some time. Hopefully certain industries will see the benefits of accepting bitcoin and get on board sooner or later and if so the price should rise accordingly. Well people should be less focused on the price. The price just shows what people are willing to pay for a Bitcoin right now. Aside from that it's not that much relevant. One should really take a look at all those services that are being developed, and at the rising adoption. I guess we have a bigger problem currently aside from the price, and that is the 20MB fork. I guess these are rough times for Bitcoin, so one should be a bit patient. Hopefully all goes well. Price may not the the greatest problem of bitcoin but it is certainly the most visible on. When you are talking about bitcoin price is the first question people ask you- every time. They do not care about technological things like how bit is the fork.

|
|
Technology is not already "there", at least not enough to deliver mainstream adoption. As Andreas has said things may chang al ot in the following years. We may end up not even using wallets as we know them, with the non very user friendly addresses and whatnot.
Until things get dumbed down so average joes can use it we will see a moon.
I will disagree. I think technology is there. Fine and ready to be used by people. You are talking about future evolution of known concepts - that is something totally different. We are ready to embrace bitcoin in our everyday life but people need to know about that something like bitcoin exists. Technology has nothing to do with this process really.

earning 72000 satoshi in every hour is a big amount for just a faucet but quite difficult to get 100 reff active because most people only just signup under our reff but not everybody will active claim a faucet every hours
My friend, this amount of satoshis is impossible to get. Please be real,as you stated you would need 100 active referrals to earn that much. It is too much hassle to get than many simply to increase your faucet payment. It is just waste of time. Sorry to say that but this offer is just bad.

Does anyone know of any great bitcoin services or products? Let me know, it might get listed at bitcoinsbest.com ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I know about great new service. But it in only for polish bitcoin users unfortunately. You can add balance to your mobile phone (only T-Mobile) directly by paying with bitcoin here: https://inpay.pl/doladowanie-t-mobile-bitcoin/Again, it is only available in Poland. So I am not sure if this will be of use to you Op.

Op, please clarify some things. Do you need only translation of these 5 lines of text and that is all; or there is more text to translate later? Secondly: please state which languages do you want to translate first and which are more important. After all, some people may translate your text only to find out that you are not looking for this specific language to be included on your site. And lastly, I will gladly help you, Op, if you need some polish translation to be done.

After reading this thread I will sum everything up a bit: 1. If you are asking about picking your first wallet I guess you do not need great privacy options in it. Every wallet is secure as long as your PC or mobile device is not compromised. 2. Wallets are split in 3 categories (actually there are more categories but lets keep this simple): lightweight wallets with simplified validation, full block chain wallets with full validation and online wallets. 3. If you do not want to download and keep HUGE list of ALL bitcoin transactions ever made (aka blockchain) you want to some of the lightweight wallets like: Electrum or Multibit. 4. Full blockchan wallets offer greater privacy options and are considered by many 'true wallets' but you do not really need them unless you will be keeping A LOT of BTC. 5. Use only wallets you can find on bitcoin.org website. Using wallets provided by unknown developers is bad idea.

Everybody keeps talking about it, but i can't figure what it is. I would believe that it's a signature campaign (hehe), but where can i find it and how do i participate?
As I can see Op you are already wearing some kind of signature so than mean you found enough info and you successfully enrolled in signature campaign. I just want to warn you. Wearing a paid signature increases your chance of being banned on this forum. So post wisely, don't spam and try to help with your comments. This way you will never be banned for insubstantial posts+ad sig. Good luck op.

I wouldn't trust a google wallet with my coins unless its open source.
Google already released a couple open source projects (Android os being the crown jewel here) so it would not be so surprising if they do it with their wallet. But from the other hand google might be afraid of potential hacking threat.

Well, if we would have been able to mass produce things at a cheap price using cheaper materials, we would have been the same. But we can't do that because we already owe China trillions.
I would rather be known for manufacturing quality stuff like Germany, than be the #1 wealthiest nation when the nation is a shithole producer of shit tier products of the lowest quality imaginable. Who cares if you are known. You don't gain anything more than a bit of jealousy or that 1 person say oh your coat is made in the US must be good quality. I'd rather have a more stable and wealthy nation than have quality products... I want to end this discussion about low quality chinese products. Because from the economic point of view and on the bigger picture it simply does not matter. They only thing that is important is your your country economy. After couple of years when Chinese nation will claim their supremacy nobody would even remember that they use to produce cheap imitations of products at first.

Google won't touch bitcoin for now they are not interested in helping people ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Oh really? So which online searching engine are you using? Bing? Google is a company, of course they want to make more money - that is their primary goal but helping people are big part of their strategy as well. While it is true that google wallet is meant to primarily be a competitor of Paypal I am sure that sooner or later we will see bitcoin integrated in in as well.

Op. It seems that your general idea is just to use bitcoin on daily basis and I can agree with you. The problem of this solution is however volatile bitcoin nature. As you may know not that long ago bitcoin price was just about around $200 now we are almost at $300. For many people who remember 'old' higer bitcoin price this is unacceptable to spend bitcoin now.

AliExpress is part of Alibaba group marketed more at international clients. But its base of operations is still in China. While bitcoin is not 'banned' in china as yet. Alibaba group is expecting that it could be indeed happen in the future. As chinese government is a whimsical about this since long time ago. That is mostly the reason they are not open to bitcoin transactions yet.

Bitcoin has no dominant control: no prime repository of information, no central management, and, what it she most important thing, no central point of failure. As you may know, most of the actual services and businesses built within the Bitcoin ecosystem are centralized I have no problem with that. They are run by specific people, in specific locations, with specific computer systems, and they are susceptible to specific legal "difficulties". That is the reason decentralization is so important for bitcoin and it can't fail.

Does anyone really think Bitcoin will break $1k anytime soon? Do we have another China/Gox bot situation about to happen?
There is always a possibility of some huge hacker attack aimed at some leading exchange. If something like that would happen bitcoin price will once again reach $200. Without any sudden and bad news we are on the good path. But thinking about reaching $1000 now it just a little too much. Not when $300 threshold is yet to be reached.
