3381  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do I create and design simple website? on: March 14, 2021, 02:44:07 AM
So, as many have suggested, I decided to try the WordPress route. At first, I thought it was just another blogging platform, but now I see it's a lot more than that. I've never had any experience with the PHP language before, but I think I'm going to manage.

I've already set up a local server and a MySQL database, and everything works perfectly.
Good for you that you are able to go for Wordpress, you can never go wrong with it and not to mention the community behind the Wordpress is big so if you have any questions, chances are you can get some answers, be careful with the Database part, make sure that it can handle expansion.

I agree WordPress is a go-to software when it comes to anything about creating content, it's evolved into something more than a blogging platform, we have a subscription-based site, directory site, and hundreds of niche covered by Wordpress and you don't have to be a professional designer to create a stunning site, everything here in Wordpress is drag and drop, and you have a big community to help.
3382  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Bitcoin will hit $60,000 today, what's next? on: March 14, 2021, 02:25:21 AM
I have a feeling that bitcoin will break $60k anytime soon, bitcoin has a huge pump with 59850 24 hours high in Binance.
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT

What can we expect after bitcoin will hit $60K, is it gonna continue or will drop?

Today it just hit $61k and it's going to continue TO $65K there will be a correction, but that correction will not stop the momentum to go $70k before the end of March, I expect Bitcoin to be in the $70k level before the end of the month and on the way to $100k and about the bear trend, we'll taker it as it comes just like in the past.
3383  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cloud Mining Revamped on: March 14, 2021, 12:50:10 AM
There is no such thing as revamped cloud mining, you cannot change the perception of the majority of people and investors about cloud mining, it's a Ponzi scheme and that's all it is, there are so many investors that these scam cloud mining in the past have scammed why create a new perception on it and try to make it look legit, leave it as it is, cloud mining is Ponzi scheme period
3384  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Atomic wallet fake gift on: March 13, 2021, 10:49:43 PM
Two days and they are still up, if they are still up for a week or more they are likely to scam more newbies, I hope that those who will see this giveaway know the basic of doing research and not giving away their private key to a new site, we all know that greed is hard to moderate, but we should at least become educated on how and what to look in a legit site.
3385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: March 13, 2021, 12:49:24 PM
You should always lessen the risk if you are going to bet, and the only way to do that is to know what and who are you betting on, of all the gambling form, sports betting is less risky, provided that you know who and what to bet, compare to dice and slot games where you never know when you are going to lose or win or if luck is in your side.
3386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invested in alt in 2017 ..and now need help to dont do same mistake on: March 13, 2021, 12:10:00 PM
My 2017/2018 altcoin boom was favorable to some but above all investing in bitcoin with a high percentage of you fund is the ultimate, because investing in altcoin for a long term is a risky game because altcoin can easily be pump and dump because the market is small.

Newbies are very attractive to altcoins because they want to be whales or hit a jackpot on those altcoins when it gets pump or the project developed. but not all altcoins will succeed some of them will take time, only Bitcoin is the best coin to have in your portfolio it should have a high percentage, altcoins are risky to invest.
3387  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Help: I Think a Mixer Scammed Me on: March 13, 2021, 11:04:01 AM
You have to confirm that you really get scammed not because you are feeling that you are, everyone who files a complaint here has confirmed that they have been scammed, confirmed it first, then tell us what happens, tell the whole story, give us the full details like circumstances, amount screenshots and details, people here don't do guessing game.
3388  Economy / Speculation / Re: If the FBI wallet with 141,000 bitcoins was stolen what would happen? :o on: March 13, 2021, 10:40:02 AM
There are thousands of bitcoins in the hands of the FBI, how they securely store bitcoin?

At the current price it's worth more than 7 billion dollars!!  Shocked

If the FBI wallet with 141,000 bitcoins was stolen what do you think would happen with the bitcoin price?

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/35hK24tcLEWcgNA4JxpvbkNkoAcDGqQPsP

FBI has a huge network, they employ the best tracker and coder, they are good at tracking anyone, anywhere I doubt the hacker can escape FBI, erven if the hacker is living in a very remote area, the FBI can use satellite to tracks hackers and besides, how a hacker can cashout the hacked and amount when FBI has a huge network they can block access to where they are going to transfer it.
3389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest in BNB now? on: March 13, 2021, 02:56:42 AM
Always safe, always profitable if Binance is not safe then the majority of the coins in the market with the exception of Bitcoin and Ethereum is not safe, there's always liquidity and you can find it in the majority of the exchange, but that doesn't mean that you are going to sell your house and invest all of it in Binance, you also have to think twice before doing it, the market is very volatile, you can lock your investment for a long time if the bear market comes in.
3390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Falling of Ethereum on: March 13, 2021, 01:28:48 AM
Ethereum dropped with around 3%. Cryptocurrency fall to $1778. Against bitcoin. Ethereum continue dropping

So what if it is dropping, it's normal even Bitcoin drop at a much higher percentage and so do all coins in the market, no coin is safe from correction, there's always correction and it can happen anytime to any coin even if that coin is in the second position in the market, although there are a lot of complaints on Ethereum fees and transactions, that does not mean that Ethereum will be dumped, extend your patient a fix is on the way.
3391  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's your exit price(s) on this bull run? on: March 12, 2021, 11:54:29 PM
Seeing quite a few predictions here based on log charts that BTC is going to 150k, 200k, 400k, etc. by EOY then crashing 50-90% in '22. If you think the markets are going to follow this pattern a la 2017, then what are your exit points and reentry points? These could always change but I'm interested in what your medium/long-term strategy is to capture most of the anticipated highs of the bull run.

For me, there's no definite exit price, we are in the bull run and the market is getting better, there's still a lot of great developments ahead, you can sell a small portion and recover it when there is a correction, but it's such a bad idea to sell everything for a profit because we never know what's going to happen and you will have something to regret later.
3392  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tim Draper: Netflix will be the next one to fall on: March 12, 2021, 10:13:57 AM

Whoever falls next won't matter. After all, all of them will fall in due time.

It's only a matter of time, big names like PayPal and Elon Musk's Tesla are already in, it's hard to ignore that, they will regret not getting in early, big names do not make a mistake they know the step that they are going to make when investing, so small players should follow and reap the profit, we can like this to a domino effect where companies and institutions are falling one by one, this is a technology that will go on and they cannot ignore it.
3393  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin eventually crash? on: March 12, 2021, 08:36:56 AM
Bitcoin's rapid price development from 2020 to 2021 makes people feel a little crazy. From 6000 US dollars to the current 54000 US dollars, huge profits and capitalists attracted us. Overthrow the dollar hegemony? World currency? Block chain? Decentralized? , There is no substantive thing as a guarantee for this. To be honest, I also have investment, but only for profit.
Enjoy the profit, a crash does happen, sometimes even at an unexpected time or event like the pandemic, so always prepare yourself, and always get an update on what's happening in the market, and follow the coin you've invested, so you'll know the action that you are going to take, always get ready to sell and always look for the best coin to invest.
3394  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam-Service] RECOVER ALL YOUR LOST BITCOIN FROM SCAMS on: March 12, 2021, 07:59:11 AM
The site should be reported, if you know the basic, you'll not going to fall on this one, any new site that asks for your email and the private key is a 100% scam, and there is no way you can recover your coins from scammers, if there is, there will be no scammers, what they are trying to say is they want to scam you the second time around.
3395  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Phishing Uniswap website on: March 11, 2021, 11:58:52 AM
I guess many have reported the site is now marked as a deceptive site, people should be fast to report phishing to help newbies not to fall into this kind of scam, and we should always check if the traffic data of the site, the reputable site has good traffic compare to a phishing site which shows zero data, of course apart from bookmarking the right site.

3396  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: -=-=- Elon Musk Giveaway email scam -=-=- on: March 11, 2021, 11:33:04 AM
Owners of various websites sell our email and other personal data to scammers. And using that data, scammers spread such scams. So you need to refrain from sharing your important data on any unknown website. In order to collect such data, they often offer various free airdrop and the data of those who participate in that airdrop is sold. Because of Elon Musk's involvement with crypto, scammers are trying to scam people using his name.

Most of these are from airdrops, they create a token to distribute in exchange for your emails you get their token, they get your email, they sold your emails and your data and you have tokens that will never have value because they were not created to be in exchange but for your email and you will only know that after a few months, and you are still hoping it will have values in the future.
3397  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: (Scam)BINTEX FUTURE on: March 11, 2021, 11:03:09 AM
There is an ongoing thread about Bintex here in the reputation thread, since you have escalated this to a scam allegation you should complete your details, they will give more weight to your allegations since it is an open thread compared to the one created BountyDetective, where it is moderated he can delete any comment that will be against him, if it's about scam it should be open and not moderated.

3399  Economy / Economics / Re: Am I too late to Bitcoin? on: March 10, 2021, 03:28:24 AM
don't be deceived by the current price when you first stumble at Bitcoin, this is a newbie reaction especially if you found out that Bitcoin started in a few cents, it's not when people started it's how they are now, I have seen a lot of people who stumble Bitcoin way back 2013 but they are what you might call knowledgeable on the market and they have a lot of hesitancy investing and they easily sell their portfolio.
3400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government Creates Own Blockchain & Cryptocurrency on: March 10, 2021, 02:51:02 AM
If this happens, will the value of Bitcoin go down because the government will make it available for everyone for cheaper value? What are your thoughts on your government distributing digital currency?

If they are going to create one, it's going to be for their local use, and it will be centralized, governments want to control anything and everything within their boundaries, there will always attachment or hidden agenda behind it, so don't expect it to be like Bitcoin where traders from every nation will support it, I think China is creating one now.
