For me there's nothing wrong for giving merits to someone who agreed on your opinion or someone who complemented you but since you are now applying to become a merit source then be ready for the changes (if ever you will be accepted). As a future merit source, much better if you will now practice better judgement and being more careful in weighing of post quality. Sir don't get me wrong, actually I understand that you only want to show appreciation for those good respondents but if you insist to continue this then mods or other members of this forum (especailly outside our local board) might have a bad impression to you, might say that you are inefficient or even emotionally-biased merit source; That will be a stain in your good reputation and I'm sure you don't want it to happen, right? Just a reminder, a good merit source always based on the construction and essence of others' post not mainly depends on whether it agrees on his own perspective or not.

Bakit ko nasabing bounty managers samantalang kakasabi ko lang kanina na naghohold din sila ng scam project. Well, dagdag factor din kasi 'to sa paghahanap ng bounty campaign since kung scam man yung hinahawakan nila, reputation naman madadale sa kanila at pwedeng masira yung career nila as bounty manager.

Para sa akin, mahirap gumawa ng signatures using BBCodes lalo na kapag nagsisimula ka pa lang at worse kung wala kang background sa experience sa HTML coding dahil un ang kailangan dito.

Alam mo kung bakit? Realtalk lang ulit, kasi karamihan sa mga high ranked pinoy ay mga shitposter lang din naman. Tignan mo yung mga reply ng ibang full member at sr member sa forum bukod sa local. Mga sagot lang sa SMT na paulit ulit lang naman. Kaya nababrand yung mga pinoy as shit poster at nadidiscriminate dahil sa mga yon pati sa mga account farmers na ikinalat ang pagiging shit nila sa forum. Oo di natin maiiwasan minsan ang pag shit post gawa na din ng requirements sa bounties para kumita (di ako against doon) pero as much as possible naman, gawin nating sensible ang mga post natin.

I don't you would be paid for this. But, positive and good quality of posts can increase your merit and activity through which you can get a good amount.

There is nothing much we can do here. We cannot force them to give their sMerits for the sake of low ranked members. There are only few ways to get things done and resolve these merit issues.
1. Assign merit sources to our local/ for those established members in our local forun apply as a merit source. Hindi sapilitan ang merit, kung ano lang yung madaanan nilang post na maganda okay na yun.

2. I think na iactivate na ang decaying ng sMerit. Kapag hindi nagamit / inactive there is penalty. Mabilis din natin malalaman kung sino talaga ang nag merit hoarding kung hindi sila nag iingat.
