Use silentarmy it gives me 90 per card there i get 520 for all
same but not 520 only 510, what are your setting on msiafterburner?

I have 5 Cards. in this rig 3 GTX1080 and 2 GTX1070. I got another 2% out of the cards.
i was asking the same as the guy above, but then saw this, how much your 1070 are doing?

zclassic is not too far from etheruem now, there is still profit and it consume less, i still prefer to mine it over thereum due to not need to overclock my memory too much
You mean far behind? You have to have really expensive power for it to be close. I'm making $2.3 per 1070 at 32hash before power. $2.3 mean that you pay basically zero electricity, sure i have not zero electricity, at leats by looking at whattomine, it say around $2 with a single 1070

1070 are still good at mining zcash if you have cheap electricity even better, and anyway they have greater resell value than amd but it depend on the brand also
if everything will turn not profitable i'll sell them and wait for something better to mine or directly waiting for volta
@amph - what is volta? is the new nvidia architecture, rumors say summer 2017 for the launch, it will be here early than expected, as tradition it should be more efficient and faster than the last one, which is currently pascal

only 30sols on a 1060, does not seem right. what are others getting?
it should be over 60 sol with the last build(reported early in this thread, so maybe now it's even more) but i don't know the setting because i don't own any zawawa you found a way to port the version on windows without all the other things that need to be installed? thats what iam useing, latest drivers with the correct python files, but wont go over 30 sols, got me beat atm. my 970 does 43 sols and my 750ti does 25 sols, so they are working fine. is there a prefered driver version to be useing with it? i don't know but i'm not using the last driver but the .63, you tried with different setting on msiafterburner like tweaking core and mem?

470 with optiminer can reach 120 sol apparently, i don't have any but there are numerous people on the forum with that speed
to me it seems the best compromise between a cheap card and good hash
|
|
|
you can have them occupy the same space just fine with a normal open frame rig, instead of spread all the components on a more wide base, you put above it without any space between them or 5 cm at best

new exchange never heard of but the price is not the one from the sellers but the buyers, which is 0.0059 like c-cex, so no reason to thread that unless that is your site and you are advertising it...

so wait i need to re-apply here?
|
|
|
yeah in fact i prefer the mtb miner over clymore, it has also the same speed and it is open source, i'm always supporting open source over private
i don't know how much mtb made in donation but it is surely less than clymore...

What are the best GPUs for mining altcoins? isn't it odd that there are GPUs priced at $1000 and even more but when you benchmark them you'll see that for mining they are not worth a penny ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) for now the best seems the 470 on zcash with its 120 sol, otherwise for nvidia you only have the 1060 3gb which cost a bit more and does only 65 sol or something but consumption is lower for nvidia, because of no proper optimization also, anyway i would probably not buying a new rig now How are you getting 120 on your 470? What mem straps/bios? i don't have a 470 rig, but you can do 120 sol by using optiminer or whatver is called, it's another miner more optimized, check the thread on the zcash forum

$800 gpu does 60 when sold to market at bargain price.
Meanwhile, second hand $100 gpu does 130 that can be used at markets much more profitable. ROI in 3-4 weeks, just like earlier this year. This can all change in one night though.
Miner developers just ignoring nvidia community... ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) Agreed. Feeling very stupid for buying GTX1070's for their efficiency when cheap AMD cards are pushing NVidia miners out of profits. This was impossible to predict back when efficiency mattered on the relavent compute intensive algo's at the time. i still think that 1070 are somehow better because of the resell value, good luck selling 470 with only 3gb to gamers, almost none is interested in 3gb gpu anymore, instead with a 1070 you have a very high probabily if not 100% to sell it to a gamer and at a very high % of the retail price, i can assure you that right now i would be able to sell at retail minus vat only, so probably around 85% of their original this mean that it's like i have payed only 15% of their original value, which is far less than any amd

That is already more efficient than some CPU miners and GPU miners.. actually is 580 for the whole system with 3 140mm fan, so i guess i'm very near the 1:1 ratio between wattage and sol That is more efficient than my R9 390 system. It has about 520 Sol, but the power consumption is 1160W. value were unstable with 580w, too much swings between low and high, i rised a bit to 628 waatt with 55% tdp and now it remain at 510 sol or so

besides cpu which was fixed, what is the problem?
The speed. The income... The only way to Max the NVIDIA chips is to use CUDA. Problem is that after optiminer release nvidia feels like joke, sad but a fact. Hope that week from now both nvidia & amd do 300 S/s. yeah even if djm34 result are true they are a joke now, a 470 can do 120 sol, absurd
