341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Earnings on: August 18, 2018, 04:36:23 PM
Hi guys.

Out of curiosity, what are you earning with bounty campaigns?
I think I'm somewhere near 1K USD/month, but I guess there have to be people here who are earning lots more.

Kind regards

EDIT:

As many people do not believe these profits, I will explain how I make them.

I focus on the translation campaigns (dutch). A translation pays +- 3 ETH on average. I have only started (only 1 translation has been paid, I received +-2 ETH), but as I can make up to 3 translations/month (currently working on 2 more), this would get me 9 ETH/month.  As not every project is succesful, let's say I will receive 4,5 ETH/month.

Do not focus on signature campaigns or social media campaigns, these are the crumbs (especially for members with lower ranks) while translation campaigns are probably the bread.

I use the Bountyhive platform to manage my bounty participations, this platform makes it possible to be enrolled in 10 campaigns at the same time, without having to report.

Of course your translations are on bountyhive and as we know bountyhive are sometimes picky when it comes on choosing the translators. In my language there are too many translators to choose but unfortunate for new to translations that aren't given a chance to be chosen. Not hating on bountyhive local admins who to chose but also there is no criteria shown on how do they choose who is going to be the translator for a certain ICO. Of course those who have connections to higher ups could have a greater chance to be pick.

342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find if airdrop is fake on: August 18, 2018, 03:05:40 PM
If they give you a google form then inside it there is a link that directs you to myetherwallet that ask you a verification code that your public key is legitimate, then stay out of it because it is 100% FAKE. It is hard to find legit paying airdrop nowadays since even cyber hackers are taking advantage of people's interest on collecting altcoins through airdrops.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your way to find most promising ICOs? on: August 18, 2018, 02:28:37 PM
You can find promising ICOs on ICO review sites like ICObench, trackICO, and many more with some ICO experts. Here they could tell what is the good and bad side of the ICO. They also warns us the possible weakness that could prevent the development of an ICO to have a possible high demand on the market. But if you are different from other people that want to know what ICO ( without experts help ) will bloom by just following your instincts.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcointalk vs moonforum on: August 17, 2018, 05:07:46 PM
This forum started in 2009 and as I see there are no other forum that surpass its caliber. Many bounties prefer to have a signature campaign in this forum rather than others. So far the forum next to this is bitcoingarden it is where some translated documents were posted if there is no available language on local threads on bitcointalk. Also most bounty hunters prefer this forum rather than others so we could simply conclude that bitcointalk is better than moonforum.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: August 17, 2018, 02:49:10 PM
You just lose half what about me I already lose 1/4 of my crypto earnings since the collapse of Ethereum in the past few weeks. Even though I lose a great part of my earnings I'm still positive since cryptocurrencies have a great potential for the future and aside of that the time will come that all people will use cryptocurrencies instead of fiat money.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Is going to hit 200 USD? on: August 14, 2018, 09:01:26 PM
What's happening with Ethereum? The most promising coins becoming garbage! Yes, we know the bearish market has come again, but ETH in 330 USD?! It is unbelievable. People told that In August, the crypto bull market will start and now we are seeing the bearish market ever in 2018! I can't believe ETH is now 330 USD. What about you guys?

Don't brag about Ethereum there might be some regulations circulating it. Also why not be happy when it gives you a chance to buy more Ethereum as an investment and be grateful for the profit it would give you in the future. Along with the promising coins it also giving you a chance if you don't want to buy Ethereum then buy coins under its platform and there is a chance that it could surpass your future earning with Ethereum.
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My advice to bounty hunters About needmoney bounty. on: August 14, 2018, 05:49:35 PM
I just wish to advice new or inexperienced bounty hunters looking to make some money by investing their energy, time, data and other resources to promote a project. If you love yourself stay away from NEEDMONEY bounty. Out of every five campaigns he manage three end up being scam, the remaining two takes a long time before you are paid and the tokens sometimes end up being useless and mind you his campaign are usually 9weeks and above. I have experienced this first hand and I want you to take a cue from me.
I am not putting this out here to pull him down but only if someone told me about this  I wouldn't have been a victim. It is unfair to waste your resources promoting projects for months and at the end of the day you don't get rewarded.
I think bounty hunters should be ready to call out this incompetent bounty managers so that others can learn and  won't fall a victim.
Also for those that have experienced a similar feat with him, share your experience.
Say no to incompetent bounty managers.

Even thought they managed their bounty properly they still won't guarantee the legitimacy of the ICO bounty they choose to offer their service. I think that they just get some clients just to have more earnings but because of that they aren't aware that it won't pay or just scamming bounty participants and crowdfunding participants. The needmoney bounty management proves that not all bounties managed by good managers are legitimate and we still need to read about the ICO details before joining.

349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto money will kill fake money on: August 12, 2018, 12:32:01 PM
Yes it would since fake money won't bypass blockchain and smart contracts. I hope cryptocurrencies will be implemented immediately even there are issues it would still be convenient rather than staying up using fiat money. Transactions made easier and almost illegal source of money would be reduced due to cryptocurrencies features. It would be also better if the world will stick on one currency that is not own by the governments that's why bitcoin is the best candidate to be the global digital currency we should use when digital age is on function.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people want ETH to over come BTC on: August 11, 2018, 03:28:40 PM
Because people want to profit on Ethereum while the price is still low since Bitcoin have already bloom so the people want to milk something on Ethereum. One example is the ICO many starting companies uses Ethereum as a platform to start-up a crowdfunding through blockchain and no doubt that almost ICOs are Ethereum based. Another are the traders that do an everyday trade depending on Ethereum's market price, the greater Ethereum holdings the greater profit.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: August 09, 2018, 10:44:41 PM
It is because of the price of bitcoin and sometimes ethereum (if the token is based on it). Some coins will fall and no chance to rise and some are just temporary because of the strong coins I've mentioned earlier. Some people are happy since the price drops and have a chance to earn through a certain coin especially the coins that have a good vision and team. Try to do some research on some temporarily dropped coins before investing to prevent losses.
352  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do with the current market? on: August 09, 2018, 09:12:36 PM
Best time to buy altcoins since ethereum is down it means that almost of the altcoins have a great chance to go down ( since most ICO platforms are in ethereum ). For experience traders most of them would be happy for market temporary collapse. For sure if they buy altcoins today then they could get the most profit. Unlucky for those who bought at great price that doesn't go well in this current time. But it is not a reason to participate FUD. Altcoins are mostlt long term investment so patience is the key for highly rewarding earnings.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: August 07, 2018, 01:39:42 PM
It is safe since it is base on blockchain, the only problem is that when the value of the specific altcoin you hold will collapse so picking a right altcoin is also important. Doing some research will prevent your money from collapsing. So, instead if you find a good altcoin while keeping your money you also make it grow. One example is bitcoin, if you keep your money in a digital way through bitcoin on earlier years, let us say 2010 then you are already getting profits until today. So I could say that putting money on crypto is a good thing but depending on what kind of digital asset you will choose to keep.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: August 07, 2018, 01:34:55 PM
It will depend on the ones who rate the ICO. If the ICO expert or adviser has a good reputation then it seems that the rating he/she gives have a reason to pursue investing on it. For example in ICObench, there are some raters that has a different weight on each rating it means that the greater weight the more trusted the rating is. High expert ratings given by the ICObench are almost successful, not saying those who have lower ratings it doesn't mean that the ICO will be trashed. ICO rating is just a small factor and what is important is the product and how the team do its best to make the ICO stand on the global market.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you sell your coins? on: July 29, 2018, 10:34:11 AM
If I get my coins through bounty then it is my choice to sell it for money and spend it to the things I want. But if it is really wanted to make it grow then wait for the right time to sell if there are still extra money available. It is hard to sell if the only money is what being paid through bounties and the participant spend time working for it and it is nice if they enjoy the money they worked to. The situation of selling depends person to person, each individual have different life and choices.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: July 29, 2018, 05:45:36 AM
Many people participating FUD since they lack patience but some really needs money right away like for emergency purpose. Not a right excuse either for me. Before you put money on crypto make sure it is your savings and not other kind like emergency as I said earlier. If really wanted fast profit then invest on bitcoin. Putting money on altcoin depends on its demand so if the altcoin is new then expect the demand is low yet thus expect it to be a long term holding.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people try to create their own coins? on: July 28, 2018, 03:32:28 PM
They make their own coin to earn money fast even though only a fraction of the ICO price is implemented on exchanges at least they get a profit on it. Also it would be expected to grow its value depending on the ICO's demand in the future making it more rewarding rather than just being dumped. Pumped or dumped the team will still get a huge amount of money through a well-planned ICO.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your experience in trading? on: July 27, 2018, 07:20:24 PM
Most of my trades are failures that leads to dump. Even after thosr fail trades it won't stop me. I enter trading lacking knowledge on it but it is not to late to learn since experience could also teach you things that books doesn't tell. So if you are like me then we are on the same path. One successful trade could be a game changer for you and after continues successive trades then you gonna be used to trading without worries.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in BTC, Altcoin, or ICO on: July 25, 2018, 04:18:43 PM
There are so many New ICO's these day ? Is that safe to invest in ICO ? any 1 invested in 2018 ? 2017 was the year of ICO's but is that still safe to invest ? or how to know which ICO is good to invest ? like GIG9, Eligma, Medicalchain, Trustedthealth

Better divide funds into three, in bitcoin, in altcoin, in ICO. Don't focus on a single type of investment since the risk is also concentrated. If divided, split rewards with less risk, better profit rather choosing only one of those choices. Investing on bitcoin is the safest of all three and both altcoin and ICO have the same level of risk but different kind of punishment. ICO can be a scam anytime while altcoin could dumped anytime. Also those two have not yet earned a reputation unlike bitcoin so if funds where divided, there will be still funds and it is because of bitcoin. And Bitcoin is nearly impossible to drop to zero.
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC scams on: July 23, 2018, 08:13:24 PM
I have seen evidence of some scams being run under the guise of KYC in order to gain your passport and government issued id's.  Be careful out there and remember that a lot of these coins end up being scams.  Do you really want them having your passport/photo identification?  This is how people fall victim of identity fraud so please think before sending your information in.

Me making sure that I do KYC is that I should know every details of the ICO itself. Before I send mine I examine every member of the ICO team if all of them was legitimate. My examining is not as good but I guarantee high chance that my identity is safe. Maybe I'm just lucky sending my identity to trusted ICOs but it doesn't mean that I'm in safe hands all the time. If you think that the ICO is shady or sketchy try sample IDs online just to troll them. If you got trolled for a scam ICO then just troll them back for vengeance, karma is always there.
