I can't login to the site. It shows Adblock detected even after I turned it off.
342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sometimes enough is enough on: October 04, 2018, 01:35:21 PM
When you go gambling, only bring enough money with you. Bring only those that you plan to play. Leave those plastic ATM cards at home to avoid temptation of withdrawing from machines and if online make sure its out of reach. Also leave those credit cards too, sometimes we are tempted to use the cash advance function.

Yeah limiting our funds would be a great idea. The problem happens when people lose control of what they do. I often do this while gambling. Keeping money which i can afford to lose always helped me not to get into rage betting.

Is there any English version of this website? I asked support and they gave me the second website you have mentioned in this website. But the banners are still in a foreign language.

@Peeps Place. Did 1xbit pay its users that claimed that they were not paid by the site? I know that it destroyed its reputation for some accusations that we might not be able to prove if they are true or not. But I reckon giving them a D is giving them too much acknowledgement.

I heard 1xbit is a scam. Could anyone confirm that? There are lot of promotional ads going on about this website in my country.
345  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐵BitKong - BIG BONUSES every Day, Week and Month 🎁 on: October 04, 2018, 01:13:55 PM
I started playing few days before. Today there was a happy hour alike promotion which gives 6 bits per faucet claim. But, it gave only 1 bit even it said to be 6. Anyway, i really like the game and interface.
346  Economy / Gambling / Re: CryptoBlink.com ★ Micro Lotteries ★ Free Hourly Faucet ★ Provably Fair on: October 04, 2018, 12:47:21 PM
I cannot see any blinks open for me
all I get is a permanent Loading status on all of the blinks, be it ETH  or BTC
using Firefox latest:

https://i.imgur.com/VDCMqkXh.jpg

The best browser to open cryptoblink is chrome IMO, once I open it with firefox I got the same problem as yours then I move to other browsers (chrome and opera) and it works fine.
By the way, where is OP? He is not active for more than a week now as well as on chat and his twitter account. Is he giving up on this project because there was not enough traffic?

interesting,it does work for me on Chrome
looks like it is Firefox that is displaying it like that
probably, the devs got to fix it somehow... only if they were active -seems like they abandoned the project?
there is not such a thing as not enough traffic, only bad marketing Smiley

Maybe you're right, but as we all know that it is not so easy to advertise pvp based game. So anyone who want to start a project which is pvp based game then he/she should be so smart enough to advertise and obviously he/she needs to be so patient in managing the project. Otherwise, the project wont survive if the owner is easy to give up just after few weeks/months from its launch.

Bad marketing it is. The site ran twitter promotions two or three times. But, there are only few followers on their twitter account and the people who were active on chat took the advantage of it. If they want to get more players they should advertise the promotions or at least mention them in this official thread. No one would dare to play on a website where there is no one to play the game.
347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where are 0% house edge dice games at ? on: October 04, 2018, 10:03:49 AM
How would they run the casino without house edge? If there is a casino with 0 house edge, it would become a scam sooner or later. There are casinos which offers low house edge (lower than 1%) for particular games take Stake for example.

a question to all: whether it is necessary to make bonuses to deposits on certain days

I personally don't like big bonuses. Because of high wagering requirements. Some social media giveaways or happy hour (increased faucet for a limited time
) would be cool. It will also help the site to get some popularity.
349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: October 04, 2018, 04:12:52 AM
Yes, of course I will still gamble. No matter how strict government rules prohibit gambling, they gamblers will still survive. Maybe there will be government officials who will support this business, all will run easily with the power of money. Of course we all know the amount of money in the gambling game. I think drugs are more dangerous than gambling.

Online gambling is hard to trace by the government not unless you are involved in a bigtime or a member of a syndicate where you are being closely monitored. in my country online gambling is prohibited but the government cannot easily take actions to it. I do online gambling as long as I did not harm anybody, its my money and i have the right to do what I want to do with it.

The last statement is unsubstantiated if you are caught for pursuing gambling activities. No matter it is your money or your right. As long as online gambling is illegal in your country, you are doing the wrong thing. Only thing we could do is to accept the wrong doing and pay the fine if we are caught.

Doing an illegal thing is not doing the wrong thing. Don't put these things together. Doing the wrong thing means doing something that is morally wrong not something that some weird politician has decided to ban. Politicians are idiots one day something is legal, the other it's illegal and in a few years its legal again. This happened with weed that used to be legal until the 70s. Then it became illegal, and legal again 40 years later in many states. Does that mean that in the 30s smoking it was right, in the 70s wrong and now it's right again?

I didn't mean it that way. I was saying, we are breaking the law if we are gambling illegally in a country where it is banned. It doesn't matter if it is going to be legal someday. As a law abiding citizen we should obey rules. So, if we continue to gamble illegally we are doing the wrong thing which we are not supposed to do.
350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Little Example How Matingale Doesn't Work Even In Sportsbetting and Trading on: October 04, 2018, 03:52:24 AM
~
When doing martingale we often forgets to stop when we are facing too much loses in a row.

Actually, we don't forget, but rather we don't want to stop because we already lost a lot and we want to recover with the next bet which we think should be a winning one. I know this from my own experience, it's impossible to stop when you lost almost half of your bankroll.

As you said, optimism in us makes us to bet more in hope of winning the next one. Keep trying will give us a win sooner or later but, to cover the loses we should have a huge bankroll which is not possible for normal gamblers to keep.

Many people talk about huge bankroll which is needed for martingale to be successful, but few of them realize that even very big one wouldn't save them from losing all their balance in a matter of seconds. For example, with just one satoshi as initial bet you can lose over 1.3 BTC when hitting 27 reds in a row.

I agree with you. Even if we are trying to get a small profit on martingale, we are risking a large amount for that. The hope to recover all the risked amount we keep on playing and end up busting entire balance.

352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: October 04, 2018, 03:23:02 AM
For me gambling does not increase crime but rather increase addiction to some people who does not know how to handle it properly. When it comes to crime, for me the number 1 aspect is drugs next is poverty. I don't consider gambling unless it was also associated with drugs.

So do you agree that it increases or not? Because on one side you say it doesn't then you say it does Huh
He said the crime rates were increase because of drugs and Poverty then it may fall under gambling too but literally less when compared to the above two.But as he said the poverty causing the people to do anything to make money that is why they become criminals in the eyes of governments but some of them maybe considered as criminals too when they are doing much right things.
No you are wrong. In my opinion gambling is the mother of all crimes. When a gambler loses money in gambling, definitely he will become angry and will anger to get back his money and when he has no more money he will do illegal activities to get some money for gambling. This is a fact and I have seen many people doing this. Gradually they become professional criminals.

Mother of all crimes? Then how would you explain the other crimes that were done by non-gamblers? I think you're exaggerating things. You can be a non-gambler but still have dark thoughts and commit crime ultimately. And you can be a gambler but still be a good person. Gambling has nothing to do with crime. It's the addiction that makes you act up. You're too addicted to gambling that you start committing crime just to feed your addiction.

I think it's only in extreme cases that this actually happens. There's still parts of a gambler that's remained sane and so he'll be able to save himself from bankruptcy. It's only in extreme cases when a gambler has to do illegal things. For the professional criminal, idk if such a thing exists (gambler turned professional criminal). Because professional criminal would mean something like a hit man that gets paid to do a crime. That's quite intense and would require knowledge on how to kill a man without getting caught. I don't think something like that can be learned in gambling.

Yes, there are only few people who does crime to gamble. Seems like his statement is pure exaggeration. But, there are many illegal activities which are often connected to gambling. For instance, drugs, prostitution, illegal money lending and laundering, blackmail and threatening and many more.
353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone betting on PUBG? on: October 04, 2018, 02:58:26 AM
I didn’t know that something like this existed or even possible like why are you going to get paid if you kill a player in the game?

It's a simple business equation mate! The organizer will be getting 5 rupees profit from each player. Look at the below calculation,

Registration fees: 20 INR
Registered people: 50 nos.
Total fund pool: (50 X 20) = 1000 INR
Pay for each kill: 15 INR
Maximum people can be killed: 49
Max payout: (49 X 15) = 735

Net profit to the organizer: 265 INR

So the organizer gets 26.5% profit from each game. That's a very profitable business opportunity! But for crypto, the major percentage of the profit will be eaten out by the transaction fees!

I heard that the game is very addictive. My friends play this often. I thought the game works in team mode. That's why this got me confused. So, the 50 people that joined kill each other right? If that is the case it is profitable. As it is a an addictive game this would be a great idea to make some money. Adding crypto payments would bring more people to using virtual currencies.
354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much would you pay for a lottery ticket? on: October 03, 2018, 06:11:07 PM
Probability of winning the lottery is very low. My personal opinion on lottery is that it is a waste of time. Even though, If I am going to participate the amount of participation would depend on the prize money.

359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Really! Where is the fun at? on: September 27, 2018, 05:58:32 PM
The pleasure lies in the art of gambling itself, I usually gamble on soccer how happy it is when the team we hold scores goals and we can see the moody facial expressions of our opponents and it makes me very happy. the problem of winning or losing is already at risk from playing gambling.

yes, I agree with you but some gambler cannot see the pleasure from the gambling itself because they only think about how they can win a big money which even they cannot get it besides of losing their money. and if they still stay in the gambling for a long-term, then they can lose all of their money and finally, they will lose the fun and the money in the same time.
When people gambling for a long term, it's not about to get fun anymore, it's about money and his main priority is to get win and get rich with gambling which is impossible to do.
Indeed, when playing for pleasure is very heavy on the other hand, every advantage must be gained to control income, but gambling must have good performance is an advantage because it cannot forget a benefit that if smartly sought, good profits will come, strongly agree Long-term people will make gambling a major income field if they feel comfortable and smart in using each game.
In my opinion gambling has no fun. It is just nonsense that gambling is for fun and entertainment. I don’t think that that one should lose his hard money for entertainment. The real fun and entertainment is to take your family to a picnic spot and spend the money other lose in gambling on your family, believe me you will happy and mentally very relax.

It varies from people to people. There are lot of people who really enjoys gambling. I agree to the fact that, people lose their money on gambling. That happens when the greed overtakes their actions. The people who find it entertaining would only stick to a normal bankroll, the money they can afford to lose.
360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: September 27, 2018, 05:44:01 PM
There have been so many news stories about casino winners who were followed out of the casino and robbed while making their way home. Of course, we're talking about casino winners who decided to pocket cash instead of a check when they cashed out. Not a very wise decision. So, yes, walking out of a casino with a wallet or purse full of cash will always attract unwanted attention from the criminal element.
I think its influence is not only from the external as you say but also from your own internal, because I could see how gambling
addiction will be the same as drug addiction, in the news someone stole money in a store because they want to back in gamble

If people have ost their saving or borrowed money then the trouble can starts as they now do not have any money to live their life or replay the amount taken. And by now they would be addicted to gambling so they require more money to play as well and crime starts from here.

Borrowing money to gamble is stupidest thing addicted gamblers ever do. They hope that, they could win big and pay back loans but, more often it never happens. In online casinos it leads to scamming other players while in physical casinos, it will lead to even more dangerous situations like threatening, blackmailing and other crimes.
