BTC is not only the first coin but it has symbolic value for the entire crypto market, one symbol of the blockchain revolution.
Just like gold, there are thousands of metals produced such as steel, aluminum, silver, etc., which are widely used in daily life. but gold has always been the most valuable metal, still number 1.
So there will be no altcoins that can replace BTC although ETH, Sol, Tron or Xrp... have utilities, applications and technologies that are far superior to BTC.
I agree bitcoin is still the best of all coins in crypto, after so many years there is no altcoins replace bitcoin it means bitcoin is still the king and i believe that crypto market still depend on bitcoin based on my own experienced when the bitcoin is in stage of bear market altcoins will also fall so it means bitcoin still dominating the entire crypto market. |

How long have you been hodling a particular coin while the coin has been making progress for your profit taking and yet dropping in your eyes ? Some people don't understand the hodling technique, they are hodling a particular coin and never sell to rebuy again or to sell and buy another coin. You can sell this coin and buy that other coin that is how to turn over your money. I didn't tell you to sell your bitcoin and not to buy again. I only say you sell the bull and buy the bear  Well i also prefer to sell when bull and buy in bear market because that is the best strategy but sometimes we become bord on waiting and i experience it before, i hold a coin for 5 years and yet i never gain a single profit because the coin drop,that is why i never hold only one coin i hold different coin to also have different opportunities, different coin with a different market cap can be more exciting and i believe that we can have advantage if we hold different coin. |

Oops, my base part when the market retrace is BTC, ETH based on how severe the drop is, sometimes stablecoins in some high risk cases. But usually it's a smart switch for which I've had at least some positive results.
After, Break it and repeat the altcoins value before the trend consolidates.
I agree on that before i invest i always look at the btc and ethereum market price because this two coins always lead the market to rise or fall before investing into other altcoins we need to look at the posible trend based on the news and updates before making a investment decisions. |

Buy low sell high is a good strategy it is simple yet effective. But be sure that if you used this strategy you have a big patience and you also have to understand that crypto is high on volatility. I experience buying crypto at low price when i was a newbie in crypto but still i lost my capital because of fear when the price continue to fall i sell my tokens at loss and i really loss that time. So we still need to have proper understanding and be more patience.

On coinmarketcap.com, the price of bitcoin has dropped below 35K USD, which is an excellent opportunity to start an investment in bitcoin. Waiting for this time, but I just need more money. I'm hoping to earn more money the next day so that I may take advantage of the falling bitcoin market price.
Dont be too rush in your decision, you need yo calm down and dont be too excited, bitcoin price may fall but it doesn't mean that you can earn by buying it on low price who knows if the price after you buy will continue to drop down and bring some losses to your investment, br more calm and think slow with a proper understanding, this is crypto and everything in crypto is really high on volatility and being rush will not help you earn based on my experienced. |

The sign of the bull market is when bitcoin start to rise with a very strong volume or resistance. And we can see all of this when we are always monitoring the market daily or weekly, so if we are an investors we need to always monitor the market specially the bitcoin price, because if bitcoin start to rise up daily that was a great sign that the market will slowly become bullish again. |

Anyone still joins airdrops this day? If Yes which platform are you using to participate in Airdrops? I'm using coinmarketcap but I never get a single payment from projects on the platform.
Well i am also using coinmarketcap airdrop i follow thier airdrop but until now i haven't recieved a great payment. I always prefer on investing and joining signature campaign than doing airdrop, because airdrop cant give a big profit that is why it is called airdrop we can only get a very small amount of token with a very cheap value and that is really bored. |

I think it always depend on the market, we need to always monitor the market situation before buying or selling any coin on crypto, it is most likely buy if the price is low but we need to choose a good coin not just a low cap coin but we also need to choose a good coin that has a good use case that can have a great market demand.

I think it is too early to predict, lets just wait till btc start to be bullish and reach 50k$ to 55k$ and we can see altcoins rally. I believe that when bitcoin reach another all time high the altcoin price will rise and it will give us a huge profit if we will find or choose the right altcoin to buy and hold. |

I think if you want long term Bitcoin investment. You can buy at any time in small quantities on a regular basis when the price has decreased slightly and you can keep and not sell your Bitcoins, until the asset value exceeds the purchase price.
I think this is wrong logic because long-term or short-term investments still require analysis first. if you can get bitcoin for $ 30k why should you buy bitcoin for $ 40k? in other words, the best time to buy is when the price is at its lowest because that way you will get the maximum profit in the future. I admit that determining the lowest point is very difficult but at least by using analysis you can buy not far from the lowest point. Well i think we need to buy by stages, example is buy at 30k$ 40k$ and 50k$ and then hold it for a long time depending on the market situation. It needs a lot of analysis so we need to do our own research to be able to make a good decision based on the market movement. Being active here in the bitcointalk.org can help us a lot. |

I was a holder of the vulcan forge/pyr token I buy it for 2$ and I already sold it for only 2x profit and as what I have seen today it is mooning and listed to binance and it has now a very big potential to go even further from it's price today. I see gaming project is rising and has a very big demand for this present days my question is should I buy pyr today or is it more risky to buy it now?.

This is just a reminder that the bull run wouldn't last for ever hope your profit plan has been drafted so once you have it you can start converting some to stable coin while you wait for the bear market to take another advantage of buying more.
If you haven't done your profit plan it's better done now or dwell in regret when the bear moment starts. If greed appetite would be a challenge then it's good to start dealing with it now the market hasn't done above it's current ATHs I'm so sure lots of people would still not be prepared for the next bear move preparation is what you need to take good advantage
Well I already experienced different situation from holding to trading and I can say that best on my experience i see that everything in crypto is unpredictable and based on my observation from year 2017 until 2021 I saw that the people who has a strong hands to hold is the people who earn a lot in crypto based on price and every coin that they select or choose to hold it is also sometimes depend on our luck because no one can predict the price and the future development in every ICO that we invested sometimes best ICO we'll be abandoned by the team or by the developers and lead the coins to fall into zero value. |

My wife was in a Chase bank today and overheard a chase bank rep stating to a customer, that the bitcoin is NOT going to last much longer.
Especially because the bitcoin continuing to grow in value. I guess that as a result of the increase and nothing backing and/or supporting it.
That as a result it can no longer continue to exist, if I am understanding this analysis...If somehow there could be a discontinuance of the bitcoin,
how does this effect the other forms of cryptocurrencies???
Bitcoin already last long it is first traded on year 2009-2010 and we are now at year 2021 and it is still alive, if we are going to look at the price now we can say that we are too late because if we buy it on 2009 and hold till this time we will maybe a billionaire today, No one can predict the price the people who has a big patience is always a winner on crypto see the past price and simply compair it with the present price and you will see how important patience is. |

I found a news that the Shiba Inu commuity is not happy with Elon Musk. $SHIB crashed after Musk revealed he didn’t own it and only had BTC, ETH and DOGE. Elon Musk has a Shiba Inu puppy at home. Elon Musk has joked about Shiba Inu, but Elon Musk doesn’t hodl Shiba Inu.

I think this will have an effect with the Shiba price but not a big effect because Shiba is still at 0.000042$ at price even if Elon musk revealed he doesn't own Shiba what was your thoughts on this folks?

Well I like to see Bitcoin price will reach 100k$ in year 2022 it is simply because I am holding some altcoins and we all know that if Bitcoin rises altcoins will follow maybe there are altcoins that remain stable even if Bitcoin will rise but most of the altcoins will rise and become affected with the bull market, meaning if Bitcoin will rise big profit will surely come so I hope Bitcoin will rise high in year 2022. |
