honestly sometime i got panic then sold my coin, it always happen when i try to learn day trade, but i make point when i should sell (Cutlose) and when to buy again.

yeah the good thing is u dont need to see chart every day and worried about price drop, because u hold it for longtime.
but the bad thing is you cant grow your asset, just waiting the value rise and sell it for take some profit.

for me minimum is 1000$ or 2000$ if u can make just 1% in a day u already get 30% a month, it depend how you want to play , day trade or take weekly profit.
because it more hard if just 100$, but for practice u can try with small amount.

i think the demand and supply is main thing for a coin, then use,network,utility, because if no demand and supply how can that coin will grow, after that network can promo to help that coin with event or new project will release.
