ICON will probably be successful in long run because if you compare their marketing with other coins you can see that they don't care at all for fast pumps, they don't even communicate here on forum like other DEV and team usually do their PR.
Also I have noticed that Korea has big influence on crypto market, during the last FUD about Korea regulations we had some big price fall for every existing coin.
Did any other coin has so big team as this coin?

Can someone from HitBTC exchange team actually give us some more information regarding the problem they have with STRAKS listing? Are they short on staff or there are some other problems regarding the coin itself? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) It unusual to have so much delay if all other stuff are settled.

Strange. Using win10 and 13 amd 570 nitro+.
Grt. Im on W10 1709 5x1060 11x1070 What about environment and temperatures of your cards? Is it possible that hashrate drops because of cards down clocking for some other reason for example not enough voltage /PL limitation or to high temperatures? No, not like that. I have tried everything. I have given up on this MB a long time ago yet looking for answers all the time. Now that many ppl suggests it could be miner, it is obvious I havent tried everything. It can be so many stuff causing hashrate drops, only options is to try everything one thing at a time until we pinpoint the problem.

This is very good news, one month ago it was announced and soon we will have DNR stored on Ledger. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I like the idea of a public miner with devfee. That way the devs benefit from the software, regardless of the size of the mining farm, and the small time miners can also use it.
Yes, +1 on your thoughts, that's only logical way to pay for mining when you look from the perspective of people with only few cards. Any other kind of investment is not usable without volume which small miner can never achieve to have fast enough ROI on miner.

I like all the optimists, but ending Airdrops not guaranteed price increase, because it is lost the motivation to buy, for fast "dividends". Good example Gbyte, after stopping share free bytes, price drops ever more.
Have you read about it? "In May, the new development phase begins - Here are just a few tasks from the many the team is working on: Note: all these updates were communicated by the team over the past few days / weeks Whitepaper Hardware wallet (Ledger nano completed task from Bitcore.) Ledger has to implement it but must fix its internal issues before. New exchanges (Many new listings recently on the smaller exchanges.) The team can not speculate nor pre-announce the future listings. PR (Announcements and articles to come post airdrop) Some great read by Peter Mercury https://btcmanager.com/cryptocurrency-community-ignoring-bitcore/https://medium.com/cryptomedication/bitcore-still-remains-one-of-the-biggest-steals-in- the-cryptoverse-72540d8ed73e Active marketing (Details to come post airdrop) Buy / Sell BTX directly on bitcore.cc (Details to come post airdrop) BTXM / Payment gateway (Official announcement to come post airdrop) The goal will be to target real businesses and real people that may or may not be into crypto. https://twitter.com/Bitcore_BTX/status/982354529512550400 Expansion of the merchant network (Details to come post airdrop) And much more ... " The future is bright! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) It seems real thing starts after the end of Airdrop, and that's fantastic because currently all that people see is just Airdrop Mondays. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) They are not even interested in the story behind the scene, at least most of them aren't.

When is the next client release? This slow sync killing my patience.. and I don't want to download whole block chain every week
To download complete Chain-data is also way to sync ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

No matter how many cards this MB can support, it is just a bad mobo when it comes to stability. Take any algo, the hashes will move up and down, never settle. Z270 is so far the best, I have used.
Can u please gave me some more info regarding your rig configuration and settings: BIOS version of MBO, How much GPUs you have and what are settings regarding PL, Memory or Core cloaks of cards have you set, Number of PSU and which one is powering what exactly, When you say hashes will move up and down, do you think on pool side or miner side?

What are the requirements in order to join and qualify for the weekly airdrop for BTX?
Sign a btx address with the word AIRDROP and submit it here https://bitcore.cc/phpdrop/1 BTX is minimal needed to receive the airdrop. They say that but one of my addresses has less than 1 BTX and it consistently gets the airdrop. I really don't understand what would be purpose to register address without at least few BTX. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Also I am under the impression that lot of people doesn't understand how to calculate percentage of something. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Probably stupid question, but why is Coin Market Cap reporting 66k Satoshi per BTX, when in fact you have to buy it with at least 71k Satoshi. It leaves BTX much lowereed ranked as it should be.
Coinmarketcap is very slow to update itself lately. It is not just Bitcore. I saw the same thing for the other small alts. They usually fix these problems manually if someone sends an email to notice them. I thought their program takes the price automaticaly from exchanges and makes a ponderate mean out of them. Off course it does automatically but with intervals of 15 minutes

I wouldn't exactly go around calling Bitcoin transaction fees "insane" anymore. They are back to being almost negligible. BTX is good enough without resorting to false/historical claims like that!
"So you don't lose on the insane btc fees and pay a few times for conversion from cash->btc->btx"
BTC fees will be $35 $50 again, when or if the BTC transactions volume close up to December levels again. My advices take the opportunity, and enjoy the $0.20 transactions when time is. Peace ...and that kind of fees can make BTC useless for everyday usage, basically making more space for some other alternatives like BTX.

Are there any YouTube videos from that last event in UK with BTX team?
|
|
|
Purpose of BTX Airdrops was to get mass adoption for BTX and that was 100% success for sure. But now it's time to move away and make a new step, this next step is crucial for every coin to survive and thrive even more or die trying and to go flat line. I am really not sure if there is a middle ground after that point.

So what u re saying is I can't do anything with my coins unless I have 1000 for masternode? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Placing them on some small exchange in order to share masternode is way to risky for me personally. IF you are asking can you do some staking in your local wallet the answer is NO.

How do I update my old wallet? Download a new one?
Yes, exactly like that. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Before starting new wallet, backup your wallet.dat just in case something happens that could lead to corrupted file.

ETC future will be determined by ETH future plans directly. You can expect very big difficulty increase after ETH goes to POS.
|
|
|
I don't bother if it drops to 1.0$ or 2.0 $, question is how long can it stay that low so we can sniff all floating BTX from Airdropers.

Tell me what could be the problem. I downloaded the purse, installed it, opened it, then it synchronizes the blocks, after synchronization I get into the wallet. Then I close it and the error flies out and the purse closes. I start the purse again and the synchronization of the blocks starts anew. And so every time.
What kind of error exactly do you get? It seems that you have some rights permission problems and because of that file that stores latest blocked received cannot write, after re-start of wallet syncing starts again. Did you try to run your wallet with elevated privileges "Run as Administrator" ?
