341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: this eth congestion sucks almost 5 hours on: February 26, 2021, 01:52:18 PM
i think you already used bsc and trc20 coins before because you rate them good  but why would you still insist yourself into something is buggy like eth, ah i know maybe this was your last coin and after this you are planning to migrate from other chains/platform but anyway how much fee did you put on your eth transaction earlier .

your fee might have been pretty small than what is the recomended fee now that is high and high fees suposed to process alot faster .  all you can do now is to wait
342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First crypto Bank in the world on: February 26, 2021, 07:57:48 AM
im not indian but i find this great and my salute to the indian country because no matter how the complicated the status of crypto in thier place they still end up with a plan like this  whilst ours and other countrys that have a normal status of crypto didnt have the courage or they havent think of this idea but its nice that you posted this because they may get a glimpse of this and also may start thier own . cant wait for this to happen but for now i think ill continue stacking sats and btc so that when that moment comes when we have a btc bank i have lots of funds to store in it Wink
343  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Elon Musk's twit caused the Bitcoin bubble burst? on: February 26, 2021, 07:07:01 AM
It is being speculated that some original miners and early adopters are dumping their coins since December. Why they are doing this is unknown. However, I speculate that they might become early adopters of another project. That project might be the other coin that theymos accepts for copper memberships hehehe. This coin has also received a donation that came from a coinbase transaction of an original miner.

they are dumping since december but why there was no real drop happening in the past months . miners are also like us and the reason why we sell our coins because we want to profit . they are experts and they believe that the price of btc last time was the highest so they sell what they got and they also sell because like what you said they are investing on another new coin but was that coin not the mimble wimble coin something ? because afaik that was the coin that was introduced on this forum before or they might be a new addition in the team  . thats cool though
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will satoshi make a altcoin, giving us a second chance to get rich? on: February 26, 2021, 06:30:30 AM
anonymous as in a random person or anonymous also known as a famous i.t group ? but if its a random anonymous person that already happened before because almost every day there are new altcoins that are spawning  .

you havent thought that they could be satoshi ? you could have been rich now because many of those altcoins did pump huge . now what chance are you asking and waiting for but we arent cruel to let you not invest . you can still invest now and expect that you are going to get rich soon  . goodluck to you
345  Economy / Economics / Re: Great reset is done on: February 26, 2021, 05:51:20 AM
No one can foresee the future but it is wise to prepare for the worst. War is inevitable specially when super countries interest were manipulated. In these uncertain times, COVID surely gives us a glimpse of what could might happened in just a matter of weeks. We were given a sign of the importance of savings that could help us endure the worst.
War and pandemic are a very different thing, yes lose of lives are both present but we know that in a pandemic, there is no real winner because every economy suffers unless you have a very good response to the pandemic to the point that you contained the virus in just a matter of months. War on the other hand is a thing that greatly consumes resources that are instead used for developing the economy, it instead destroys another. Besides saving to endure the worst, we also have to be sustainable as a species, we have to know how to farm our own food and raise our own livestocks and have the basic survival skills. There is a line between paranoid and wise when it comes to preparing for the worst and it is a very thin line in between. War as of this moment is not good for countries participating in it because they know that war is expensive.

i like the part where you said we can farm our own food because your savings/money cant help you if stores are closed or destroyed due to covid and wars but if you have a garden and farm you can get your food with you anytime of the day  . what is done in here @op what your saying that covid will be forgotten seems unlikely because we still have a covid until now and even if covid is done it will not be easily forgotten in our minds because the damaged that covid cause to humanity are pretty huge  and please dont expect that there will be another bad things that will happen in the future but better if you will only expect for the good .
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Mainstreaming of Bitcoin and Crypto Continues on: February 26, 2021, 05:08:43 AM
it is a sign that they are investing but its hard to tell if they plan to invest for a long term or for short term unless if they tweet or post it in thier official pages but i think that will be rare because that infos are often kept in private/secret  . what will happen is that people will depend on those words and the market will look like it was being controlled by those big investors   . you guys want that to happen ? for sure you wouldnt  . they can hodl for long term but they will do sell if they feel that they wanted to and we should always prepare for the dumps that can occur .
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin is best? on: February 25, 2021, 05:05:48 PM
You are already user of USD Tether which is the most stable and liquid in the market. I am also using it for a long time to transfer my funds and also holding it. By the way, recently Binance is charging a fee for withdrawal process in TRC20 network. You can use USDC, BUSD too. Currently, I am using BUSD to convert my crypto to make fiat.
most liquid/liquidity yes due to its popularity but most stable ? How come when all he compares are also stable coins so they should have the same value .

Does usdc and busd don't have fees ? that's notice if they haven't and this can be their chance to shine because usdt is always on the spotlight but it's brothers and sisters are left behind and we often mistaken that there is a problem with them but actually none so we never have the chance to try them .
348  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the potential side effects of corporations selling fake crypto? on: February 25, 2021, 03:17:57 PM
the side effects can be felt to both the corporation and to the coin itself . the corporations reputation can get damage if people knew that they are fraud and selling fake products and id say it also damage the coin because people will think that its also the fault of the coin on why they got scammed or loose . not just the single coin that they bought but the effect can also spread on other coins because they will think that all coins are the same scam but if we can give a proper guidance we can avoid that to happen .
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience isn't everything on: February 25, 2021, 01:55:30 PM
to keep holding for what . those people are wrong when they only told you to keep on hodling but they should also told you if when is the time to sell your hodlings but i think its also your fault because you solely depend on those people that told you to keep on hodling because if you taken an action and educate your self after that , you could have know when you should sell your coins and you didnt end up with looses today but good thing you realized that patience isnt all about but actions is also important .
350  Economy / Economics / Re: 'Cryptocurrency is not legitimate money,' says Nigeria's central bank governor on: February 25, 2021, 05:31:17 AM
according to their qoute they say " Cryptocurrency has no place in our monetary system at this time "  at that time only so they mean that there was a still a chance for crypto to be a part of thier monetary system in the near future if ever they will change their minds and accept crypto .

Nigeria SEC in support of cryptocurrencies while CBN not in support, p2p has been the best though, no bank charges and no conversion charges.
that is strange where crypto has still a complicated status despite of sec already legalized and accept it because i think sec is more powerful than a bank but thats still okay if they allow p2p trades , indeed p2p trades are more cooler and it was the original .
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A friend of me got hacked and lost 3000waves on: February 25, 2021, 04:51:01 AM
i check the address via waves explorer and i cant find any info on the owner of that address but i can see his waves balance are around 700 waves , it could be possible that he already send the rest of the waves to another address ? but why i cant see that on his past transactions but all i see are different coins such as usdt , ltc , monero and so on . the guy could be a big person because he can be able to transact good amounts of different coins to other addreses but in regards to your friends lost , you cant do anything about that but tell your friend to be extra careful next time .
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your worst loss in 2021 bull run on: February 25, 2021, 04:12:14 AM
you started really nicely because of that over 1k profit and it was like you predicted that the bnb are going to pump because you didnt hesitate of investing in it after your score big from your previous investment but your biggest fail is that why you bother investing in ico when we know that ico is already a bad choice over the years . your loss was over than your profit but how you recover your losses but i hope you did learned your lesson . just dont try risky things but better if you can stick on the things that make you gain .
353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: who controls the bitcoin price? on: February 25, 2021, 03:17:44 AM
No one can fully control bitcoin, but of course those who most influence the price are the whales, because they lead the fomo and panic waves on the market by selling or buying large bunches of coins at once. However on long run I believe no one can influence bitcoin price down, even the whales don't have this power as it would be very risky for to try dumping the market and missing their seats in bitcoin train to other potential investors.

whales do lead or do fomo ? i dont think so because whales are big and they arent afraid to get missed out on the buy or sell but whales are just chilling and they have thier own different world or time when they buy or sell and they can fully control bitcoin if they wanted too because as i said earlier they are big  or powerful enough  .

as of now there are other big influencers that take a part of controlling the price of btc not just the whales  . this could be the reason why the price seems to move in a confused manner
354  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡️⚡️Betplay.io first Bitcoin Lightning Network payments casino now live! ⚡️⚡️ on: February 25, 2021, 02:35:04 AM

wow this was the first Lightning network bitcoin betting site , i have been looking for this kind of site because i have some funds in my LN and now i guess i can use them after a year.

..
so meaning what you find is not yet starting ? so the tagline is indeed correct as they are the first as they are already operating not like the one that you mentioned.

the one that i linked above is already up and running because i check it already but i mean is the date when this casino first operated ( ex. 2019 , 2020 .. ) but upon writing this i remember a site that is called whois so i pasted the site lightningspin.com on that i found these following values  :

Quote
Domain Name: LIGHTNINGSPIN.COM
Registry Domain ID: 2276666502_DOMAIN_COM-VRSN

as we can see on that creation date it was 2018 so this means that this lightningspin.com is really the first before betplay.io started operating on the year 2020
355  Economy / Speculation / Re: next Bitcoin price correction WHEN? on: February 24, 2021, 11:07:43 AM
We already the bitcoin price correction, so I guess we will see it happen in the future and not this month.
the next correction might occur for such a long time after this but if this current correction still continues , i think that will still be the same . reminds me of the moment where the value of btc is stuck at a verry low price because i think that is an example of prolonged correction but after that , it took over a year or almost a year till we undergone in another correction and that did start happen last day .

But we do not know if the correction will come again after the price. I think we still need to prepare for anything that can happen later, and if the correction happens, we can use it to buy as much as we can. Maybe we can focus on buying more bitcoin as before to have more bitcoin than before. But the drop yesterday made many people surprise as they do not imagine if the price will go down lower on that price.
yes it will . correction is unstopable and can always come to volatile cryptos and this wasnt the first time we experience it so we already know what to do but if theres still unprepared , they can be newbie in crypto
356  Economy / Gambling / Re: findbestbets.com Find best daily bets! on: February 24, 2021, 10:31:36 AM
There's a lot to improve on his site. But what is the goal of his work here? As he has no referral link at the moment (maybe he will add links later), he will not gain anything for now. But that's fine, because he is still in the stage of developing this site. Also, he can add later on the direct link of those sites mentioned so it is not hard to countercheck those numbers. Also, please add FAQ so we know what we expect here and what added value it will provide to bettors. Thanks.
maybe all what he want is to help gamblers and the gambling community to grow by encouraging gamblers to place a bet thinking that they can secure a win but he can post ads on his website so that he can earn whenever someone visits for tips or he can also do what you suggested to gain more income .

the site is simple but thats fine for a service that they offer and if they add complex design , that could potentially distract the users and also that can make the site load slower .
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of AME on: February 24, 2021, 09:52:41 AM
I think amepay is a great project, i saw the telegram update that they are going to list the token on binance in march and i believe that this was a great announcement. But for now the very best strategy is to wait if they can truly list the ame token on binance and i believe that many more people here is also waiting whats happen next to it if it will rise or fall.

I also hope that the announcement will come true. But my doubts grew after there was a statement saying that Amepay was delaying payments for bounty participants due to high fees. I think if Amepay can solve the problem and can continue to be consistent then there is no way Amepay will have great success.

i thought bounty participants are already been paid ? or maybe the pay was not full ? but payments shouldnt be an obstacle for them to not continue posting an updates and if they post some great updates like future listing of thier coin in binance , they are confident that they can pay what they promise with the bounty hunters and if ever they didnt pay , the reputation of them are going to be in dangered and the good news that they post are going to be useless but if im the project owner i wont let that small obligation ruin the my good plans for my project  .
358  Economy / Economics / Re: Richest people getting ready for economic crash on: February 24, 2021, 09:12:16 AM
are you talking to economy or just pure crypto ? because both of them are i think wont share the effects but we do all prepare for any economic crash not just rich people .

how can rich people know that the buyers of btc that they are selling is poor nor not ? but if there are banks and institutions involed and add in the average people that will invest , i cant imagine how will that make the price dump but the price can rather pump if they are going to buy all together  .
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump just after a new listing? on: February 24, 2021, 08:12:05 AM
maybe ame holders got curious of the new exchange , thats why they try the exchange and sell off thier coins and thats how the price decline and then later on someone decided to buy but buying can occur not only on that new exchange where ame was listed but also on the old or first exchange where it was listed or the drop can also be caused by other factors , you know other coins are dropping as well so its not the fault of the exchange if i where to ask . the price of ame recover and increases like you said , dont need to complain anymore .
360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Spend Bitcoin? on: February 24, 2021, 06:32:56 AM
the op could be expecting that the quarantine will easily ends days or weeks later after he posted this thread . i want to see his reaction now because we are still in quarantine but anyway there are many things to do even in quarantine and one of that is bitcoining but on the article i was expecting that i will see alist if merchants that accept a bitcoin but no problem because i did find it myself also on that article , here is the direct link for those who are interested https://paybis.com/blog/companies-that-accept-bitcoin/ . theres 160 of them that accepts a btc
