Good question, they should be vested to avoid some unpleasant dump. Either way I don't think that sophia team want to do something as stupid as dumping just after ico 70% of the tokens dedicated to Development, Operations, Marketing, and the Team are vested for 12 months after initial SPHTX generation. |

damn decent price is running up like hell T_T up to 30% since a couple of days ago... this sucks  for me can i send decent from the decent web wallet? because i have given out a eth address on the kyc, i think this should be ok then too? The ETH address you wrote in KYC will be used for sending the ERC20 tokens to you and whether you will use DCT or ETH or BTC can be decided in the TGE form. Tomorrow while it will start I will be out. I hope there will still some available SophiaTX when I come back to my computer. I hope i won't miss the best part of the ico  TGE will be available from 5 - 15 December hence there will be plenty of time to participate on SophiaTX. If you can't participate tomorrow, you can do it at the other days for sure. Yes, and each round takes 48h, so everyone who can't make it tomorrow still have another day for buying his tokens at the cheapest price. That is correct only if there will be any of 30 000 000 tokens from the first round left. If they will be sold in 12 hours the first round will end after the 12 hours. |

!!! Since tokens are priced in eth how you'll handle dct/eth price? When I looked on coinmarketcap I really don't remember if there was a conversion in eth I think it was said sometime before that dct/eth price before the event will be taken as basis, correct me if I'm wrong.. The price will be fixed as an average of last 24 hours from (i think) three exchanges. We are currently preparing a blog post about SPHTX distribution in which we also mention the conversion rates. |

How much time it needs for approval. If i start things tomorrow, will it be ready for ico?
KYC can take just a few minutes but if you do not pass and you want to appeal it can take much more time - up to 48 hours. It is always better to do it ASAP just in case  Already 1 day left? Then the urgent question: driver's license is taken for identification? It depends if the driver's license is considered as an ID in your country (there has to be everything in English besides the language of your country). |

There won't be any "blow-out final hours sale" but if there will be some unsold tokens left, they will be redistributed to the current SPHTX TGE participants according to their SPHTX stake. So when for example the first round gets sold out but the second didn't. Will you redistribute the unsold tokens from the second round only to participants from the second round or from the first round as well? Tokens will be redistributed after the TGE ends to all participants. It doesn't matter in which round they will buy their tokens or from which round will the tokens left. |

It means that they reviewed our project and liked it an decided to cooperate with us - it means that they are receiving our press releases among the first and they are writing articles about us if they consider the news in the press releases as relevant enough. It is mutually beneficial - they have the news first (good for them) and they are taking it seriously and read it and if it is worthy of writing an article they will write it (good for us). |
