341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the market improve in 2019? on: January 15, 2019, 06:23:05 PM
After pump and dump 2013-2014 the market has recovered in more than 2 years. Then there were other conditions. We should be ready to wait for more time to recover.
If in 2019 there will be at least some improvement in the market, I'll be glad of it.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid Dump after listing on: January 14, 2019, 04:56:54 PM
Professional investors are buying potential, but not something completed. There are many non-professionals in crypto who act impulsively. But the company's funds can not grow rapidly, especially if there is no finished product. Such investors are waiting for quick profits. Not surprisingly, the price almost always falls after listing. Even for a promising project.
Thus, if you don't want to be in the dump, just do not participate in the ICO Grin. This is the most reliable way.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO's future in 2019 on: January 14, 2019, 04:49:16 PM
I no longer supported ICO projects. It is becoming the fraud tool of bad people. it no longer helps wealthy investors, it only brings negative things.
I am waiting for STO, a new form of capital mobilization. It will be the new trend of 2019 and ICO will die.
Yes, STO may seem like a good alternative when working with ICO imperfections. But the STO has a number of flaws, one of which is not availability to most. This is something like a digital stock of the future company. Are you sure you can buy such tokens?
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: No bull market in 2020 on: January 13, 2019, 03:03:36 PM
Regardless of what the whales are doing, but if they want to make long-term profits, they must maintain interest in the market. By killing the market with futures and options, they will earn, but its to bite the hand that feeds.
If we assume that huge market players are smart (and how else?), then for long-term profit, they will not allow the market to remain half-dead.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Now is the bear market, which coins are the whales accumulating? on: January 12, 2019, 02:21:48 PM
You will not find any truthful and convincing evidence. Major players make a lot of effort so that ordinary players do not recognize the whale. Moreover, most likely, they will try to mislead us.
If you look at a distance of 2-3-5 years, then you should look for projects on which the team worked for quite a long time, and they have plans for the future.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans for this year on: January 12, 2019, 02:04:22 PM
Selling since the summer of 2018 does not make sense. This is about 1/10 of the original amount. This applies to assets bought and received as a rewards. Buy now there is no desire, no funds. Thus, I will try to forget about my assets until 2020 or before the crypto hype.
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Next Bullrun on: January 11, 2019, 06:22:23 PM
Let me get this straight 2019 will be better than 2018 but don't expect too much from it ,even if ETF and bakkt get approved ,that won't trigger the next bull run ,let's start waiting for the next bitcoin halving because that's when the next bullrun will triggered.
For example, in 2018 the market fell by 80%, and in 2019 the loss in weight would be 50%. This is certainly better, right? Grin
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto backed assets on: January 11, 2019, 06:00:12 PM
None of the crypto assets protected by real assets is credible. Even security such as gold, diamonds, emeralds is often fiction. Even USDT and similar assets are being questioned.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH and BTC bottom 2019 on: January 09, 2019, 12:59:24 PM
There are so many scenarios in crypto, even fantastic ones, that it’s simply pointless to predict.
The easiest:
Being impressed by the downtrend of 2018, you can easily believe in a new bottom.
If you recall the Q4 2017, you can easily believe in new highs.
What will be will be.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of strange projects on: January 09, 2019, 12:52:30 PM

Lot of coins also created with the name of bitcoin too,so the investor need to know their coin before investing on it.I don't think people are much fool to find and differentiate in no time.
Demand creates supply. There are enough people in the world who will buy everything with "bitcoin", "ripple", "ethereum" ... in the title of any project at the next hype.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum set for January spike on: January 08, 2019, 05:35:50 PM
But many argue that Ethereum will get worse after the hard fork. I'm confused for now. I searched for many sources and gave birth to many opinions from the sources that I got. Yes. We all hope that Ethereum will get better in 2019. Ethereum is the largest platform used by altcoins. If ethereum deteriorates, altcoins will also get worse. The fact that we see today is so.

What do you mean worse? What is the purpose of the developers in this case?
Replacing PoW with PoS doesn't look like something bad. At first sight. Ethereum is fairly centralized, and changing the mining system will not change anything. Maybe something else?
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can DeepOnion hit ATH again? on: January 08, 2019, 05:24:34 PM
Despite the fact that some believe that in addition to hype 2017 there is nothing in this coin, it is still something. A crypto team means a lot. They continue to do something. Even if it is just to create impressive activity, this may be enough for the next pump at the right time.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE NEED TO REGULATE ICOs? on: January 07, 2019, 05:41:37 AM
Strict rules for creating a new token; verification of the identity of the creator (lead dev), if it is a commercial project.
Creating a new coin is more difficult to regulate, but not many scammers can create it.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy on rumour and sell on news. on: January 06, 2019, 07:23:20 AM
This old stock market rule also works for the crypto market. As a rule, you need to have time to sell before the event, which is mentioned in the news. In this case, to hard fork. Perhaps the time to exit the positions is very close Wink.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why I believe Bitcoin will remain number 1 on: January 04, 2019, 03:41:53 PM
Yes, in current conditions, BTC can be a leader for a long time. But conditions may change. Crypto is changing fast. For example, a year ago there was an ICO boom, now it is in decline.
356  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019 on: January 02, 2019, 07:33:22 PM
The best run-up should take into account as many scenarios as possible. The uptrend is only one of the options of scenario. It should be understood that this option may not appear soon, including never.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How will cryptocurrency fare in 2019? on: January 01, 2019, 04:24:41 PM
It makes no sense to guess what will happen next year. But it is very useful to think about what to do under different scenarios.
As example: If the fall continues, I will try to trade intraday in the stock market. Maybe something else. I will rarely look at my assets so as not to get upset.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New year's eve, hoping for a change on: January 01, 2019, 04:15:44 PM
The crypto market lives by its own laws. In this market, the New Year means nothing, although seasonality takes place.
While there is no reason to hope for change for the better. I think that the news that will be soon, is already in the price. Therefore, it makes no sense to take to news in the next month or two.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest only in active projects on: December 30, 2018, 05:02:33 PM
for myself, I invested in Pundix before ICCO existed and it turned out that the project was successful in the market and the price was quite stable at the beginning of the market.
But now I would not advise to invest in this coin, the developers switch to another coin and I think this coin will have a drawdown
Yes, the team has conceived something new. The community did not support this. Now the token can greatly depreciate, despite the fact that the price has already returned after the pump in spring-summer.

In general, a good way to navigate investments from the activities of the team. But this is not a panacea, unfortunately. The vast majority of crypto assets are speculative tools, nothing more.
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2020 Ethereum Price [June-September Expectation] on: December 30, 2018, 06:21:33 AM
As shown by past experience, everything is possible. Expect such a price, of course, not worth it. Moreover, one should not believe such predictions. This is also the experience of the past. ... but everything is possible in this crypto world.
