343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: January 15, 2018, 08:49:36 PM
I did because bitcoin is really a good long-term investment. However, I don't really tell random people about it because not everyone would care about bitcoin. The funny thing is, most people would go crazy and panic if one day they hear people becoming rich because of bitcoin and asking me again about bitcoin, when on the first place, they ignored me when I explained it to them.
344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we need to gamble? on: January 15, 2018, 08:26:14 PM
Hello everyone, im a Gambler since 2011 when my father wants me to go with him to the live casino, like i was so amazed and so much fun there.
My father loves to play baccarat game and slots, but me as a first timer before, i played slots too...
So right now, im 31 years of age and have my own family, i still do gambling even on gambling sites now...
at that moment i realize that, why do we need to gamble? its like a win or loss game, a risky game, put your own money and when you bust it all, there will be some regrets...
So guys, please answer this, Why do we need to gamble?

We don't really need to gamble, people gamble because they find it fun and entertaining. Gambling is a good way to socialize, to make profit, and at the same time to have some fun. However, take in mind that gambling is risky, and that you can lose all your money if you become too greedy or if you chase after your losses.
345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: January 15, 2018, 07:57:32 PM
I just want to know how you feel when you get a big win from the gambling you play, I know that feel is definitely fun.
But, do you feel or ever assume you are a gambling expert after you get a big win?
Then what kind of gambling has made you think of yourself as a gambling expert?

I don't think so, because I only gamble occasionally. Gambling is fun and I really think it's a good form of entertainment and a good way to socialize with other people. However, I am aware that making it a habit is not good because the chances are big for you to lose a lot of money.
346  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Will Change Everything on: January 15, 2018, 07:13:44 PM
We are entering in the new type of economy where price predictions are not possible any more because productivity and prosperity of humanity will rise to the new golden age level. Bitcoin will go to 1 million dollars in 2018 and is being used by central banks as a global stardard ledger - dollar will fade slowly those who buy now will become the new wealthy elite.

I really think that bitcoin already had changed everything. A lot of common people who were able to start investing bitcoin early was able to become very rich. Imagine, without bitcoin, you cannot earn that much money by just working full-time. Bitcoin had opened an equal opportunity to both rich people and common people.
347  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does ages really matter in relationships? on: January 15, 2018, 06:45:02 PM
Age signifies so much more than just a number: it can reflect your maturity, your stage in life, and your experience.  At the same time, age can be deceptive.Does  it matter if men date younger women? If so, how much of an age gap is an acceptable one?

Age is just a number, it doesn't even defy one's maturity. Some young people are even more matured than older people. If you are happy with your partner, age shouldn't matter. I really think that the ideal to have a partner who is not almost the same age as you are, so that there should be one who is more matured in terms of handling relationship and problem.
348  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: January 15, 2018, 06:18:12 PM
The sharing economy is just going to continue to grow, and governments will be challenged to understand and manage its implications while embracing its benefits. However, governments will be at a significant disadvantage if they wait too long and newer technologies and markets will have already been developed that do not follow traditional models. Think of the following: Uber is the world’s largest taxi service and owns no cars. Airbnb provides lodging yet does not own real estate.

How will local governments adapt to these new ways of doing business that are disrupting traditional business models? All we know now is that governments are a long way from even contemplating and accepting this new reality.

I think the government is starting to make action, some central banks are starting to regulate crypto currency. Other countries started banning bitcoin because they think it's an unsecured investment. Some countries are starting to adapt bitcoin and some are even using it for their transactions.
349  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: January 15, 2018, 06:02:09 PM
I'm wondering why bitcoin was made if there are too many currencies in each country, why would anyone add or make a type of currency in the internet? For easier and faster transactions or so ?

Yes, cryptocurrency made transactions easier. However, it is dangerous too. It requires a lot of security because once your security is jeopardized your money or coins cannot be retrieved, even transactions that are on process cannot be cancelled. Security is a must in cryptocurrency.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Got 100$ In Which Crypto Should i Invest on: January 15, 2018, 05:32:39 PM
Suggest Me A Altcoin Under 2$ So I Should Get Atleast 50 Of Them!

There's a lot of cheap altcoin out there that has a lot of potential and are really profitable. You should do your research first, so that you will have knowledge what are you getting in to before investing. It's difficult to listen to anybody's opinion. It's better if you will do it your self.
351  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: January 15, 2018, 05:17:04 PM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?

It's not possible yet. Not everyone has adopted bitcoin, not everyone is aware of it, not everyone is using bitcoin. It will only be possible if government will allow it. Bitcoin is decentralized, which will make it difficult for government to keep track on everything. It's risky to use bitcoin as a main currency because, it can go down anytime since it's value is volatile.
352  Other / Politics & Society / Re: MATERIALISM on: January 14, 2018, 07:52:03 PM
What are the positive and negative impacts of MATERIALISM?

I think the positive impact of materialism is that you will be famous for having all the material things that you have. It will make you proud of your self. However, it will make you greedy. Being too materialistic is not good.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I sell my airdropped tokens quickly or hold on to them? on: January 13, 2018, 01:31:35 AM
Hello,
Yesterday I saw some increase in my total estimated token value, and today it dropped significantly.
It appears that a lot of people are selling their airdropped tokens as soon as they get them.
I have not sold a single token from airdrops, and with the exception of some them, they seem to be mostly losing value in time.
Should I do the same or hodl hoping that some of them may increase in value, closing the gap I lose in the process?

I think it is better to hold them.if the value you will get is just too cheap. You will not lose anything if you hold because ypu got it for free. You will gain more if it gets pumped. I had a coin from airdrop which I was able to hold for three months and got $2000 from it.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be patient for your profit on: January 13, 2018, 12:26:57 AM
Hi,

I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit..
After 14 days the price is dropping..

They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them  Grin)
My answer.. Just wait!

- Developers can't work 24 hours a day
- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  Wink
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

Patience always pay off, especially on crypto currency. Usually, those who are patient enough are those who really benefit of getting more profit than those who gets carried away easily if price pumps up a little or when price goes down.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: January 11, 2018, 03:42:30 PM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

I doubt if ETh will take over bitcoin even for many years. ETH most likely a ticket for ICO and other tokens. Bitcoin already established it's name. Even if there's a lot of FUD, media disruption, scam accusation, and issues surround bitcoin, it remained number one and it kept growing as time goes by.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Markets Down on: January 11, 2018, 03:01:03 PM

Someone confirmed that it's just a FUD. This will pass too, most altcoins, even some shitcoins were pumped because most bitcoin HODLers sold their bitcoin because of this FUD. Bitcoin dumped, bitcoin pumped. It happens in a cycle all through out the year. We should learn how to ride this cycle.
357  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: January 09, 2018, 03:38:32 PM
Many posts discuss the possibility of exchange earnings with selling Bitcoin (and buy later). Other posts discuss the Bitcoin exchange rate, it seems that many agree there is a strong upward tendency and the volatility is hard to predict. It seems dat selling Bitcoin results in a serious probability of an opportunity loss. Selling Bitcoin can only be motivated by an (partial) exit. Do you agree?

It depends on the purpose, sometimes even holding your bitcoin for too long can also be an opportunity loss. Some people sell their bitcoin temporarily to take advantage of altcoin price surge and buy back when altcoin pump is done. I really think it is the best way to manage  your bitcoin if you really want to earn well.
358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? Which is the best way to earn Bitcoin? on: January 09, 2018, 03:03:08 PM
Which is the best way to earn BTC do you think?   Roll Eyes

1) Fauceting
2) Trading
3) Mining
4) Article writing (Forum)
5) Investing

I think Article writing is the best way.  Cool
Tell me your opinion.I want to know about this.Thank you.

 Grin

There's a lot of ways to earn bitcoin. Trading altcoin is a good way to earn. If you can buy some altcoins with great potential really cheap and hodl it for a long time till it gets pumped, you can earn a large amount of money through it. Some altcoins are worth hodling especially those who really have good potential.
359  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: January 09, 2018, 02:47:11 PM
What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.

I really think being cheerful and friendly at work motivates other employees. Happiness and being jolly is really contagious, if everyone is happy at work, work environment will be happy to. People are motivated to work if there's less stress or pressure.
360  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: January 09, 2018, 02:27:40 PM
Hi everyone,

What advice would you give a HS senior in US about to decide on and/or enter college ?

Getting a degree would get you far from the future depending on your choice. Some jobs pay well some don't, choose a field that is of your interest, so that working in the future would be less stressful. Choosing a degree that fits your skills and hobbies would help you a lot because you will enjoy it.
