В принципе сборы проходят не плохо, собрали уже больше $ 8.29 M при Hard cap pre-sale в 16 миллионов. Если динамика продолжится то до конца pre-sale 30-го числа могут и закрыть капу.
В чате админ написал что собрали 9.5млн из 16 доступных на пресейле Эфир+Фиат токенов SMARC. 0.4 млн из доступных 1.2 млн выкуплено токенов LOGI, которые возможно приобрести только на предварительной продаже. Это отличные результаты за несколько дней при нынешнем положении рынка. Согласен результаты очень хорошие, если бы минимальную сумму взноса сделали бы не 5000$, а хотя бы в два раза меньше думаю хард уже был бы собран. Хотел тоже принять участие, надеюсь дождусь главной продажи. Основная продажа полюбому состоится, 16 млн из 36 доступных на предварительной продаже с бонусом 25%, поэтому на основную продажу будет 100% выделено большая часть 20 млн SMARC и 2.8млн LOGI токенов. На основной продаже вход 500$. В зависимости от интереса к основной продаже, минимальный барьер может быть пересмотрен. |

Как токен Countinghouse сможет расти в цене?
Команда Countinghouse будет предоставлять публично доступный еженедельный отчёт базовой ликвидной стоимости токена
Токены эквивалентны единицам фонда, количество токенов, которыми Вы владеете, равно количеству единиц (или вы можете назвать их фракциями) фонда, которыми вы владеете.
Эти единицы/токены являются носителями единиц хранения, а это означает, что, если вы храните их (у себя в кошельке), вы владеете ими.
Фонд выкупит любые доступные токены, если рынок опустится ниже ликвидности, так как это мгновенная прибыль для фонда.
Это создаёт эффективный ценовой уровень. Затем вы можете продать их непосредственно в фонд по ликвидной стоимости.
Кроме того, когда фонд выкупит их, они не будут повторно выпускать токены.
Обычно вы совершаете это на бирже, но также эта процедура может проводиться в частном порядке, потому что Сountinghouse всегда будет выкупать токены, если цена соответствует ликвидной стоимости.

its dead. the team is a bunch of scamming assholes what is dead? masternodes are running fine. So you are basically happy that no one from team attending bitcointalk thread and not answering legit questions and concerns. The volume of trading is 800 USD per day, the price is just in the bottom, there is no development ongoing and the team don't bother themselves to face and address the issue, bring the solution or anything else related. All they do is tweeting useless stuff. Your masternodes worth 250 USD now and could become useless, while they were selling them for x10 of this price during ICO, so what are your thoughts? i dont say im happy with what they are doing. but in telegram you can write with them. i just said its not dead. dead is it when the coin dont work and when it is on no exchange. is bitcoin dead for you because it have since years no "real" dev? do you know the dev from bitcoin or did you saw anytime a pic from him? coins are NOT made to know people behind it. when you want to know the team you should go to a legal company/project where you get tokens You gonna be kidding me? I'm not a noob. You just jumped to another theme. About Bitcoin I can get to Github and see who is working on bitcoin and all the devs as well, then I can find them on social medias easily. They are public, they are all improving Bitcoin. So far there is nothing happening on the HC Github for 7 month in a row. Like nothing, completely. No commits. Latest commit c3d6401 on 7 Nov 2017 I have been kicked long time ago from Telegram for some easy questions. This team is silly as it is. Show me the plan they are giving you in telegram, please? Thank you for your message. We are happy to hear that you find our advisory board impressive. Regarding our team, we only displayed C-Level team members on this thread. In the manifesto, please note that we did not mention all members of our team (both those in tech and on the marketing side) because we are running an exchange and we need to keep some members anonymous as failsafes. It's true that we could have mentioned their presence.
I respectfully disagree concerning your remarks about the team. The project here is building an exchange; not a blockchain. Our team is composed of exchange experts from both the crypto-sphere and the traditional financial world. To remove any doubts about our capabilities, the Blockchain.io platform is currently being developed as we speak. The Alpha is planned for June 2018 and the Beta for late July. Early investors will get access to Alpha & Beta.
Concerning volume, the situation will shift soon. We are currently working with a French bank and are constrained by French banking regulation, which is one of the strictest in the world. The banking cartel is very strong and proactively undermines our business. Following our migration to a different banking partner, they have imposed uncompetitive funding limits (10K€/year), preventing any significant high-volume traders from boosting volume and fueling platform liquidity. We are currently working on an alternative banking solution in Europe, and we plan to add USD & JPY to our bitcoin exchange. We are confident that volume will be back on Paymium once this is settled.
On the profitability side, please note that we have been operating a bitcoin exchange since 2011, thus we have significant reserves. The two previous years have been good regarding volume. The last few months have been tough, but we still largely benefited from the price rally of 2016 and especially that of last year.
When considering hacking, this is one of our main concerns. 24H volume has little bearing on the funds held on our platform. With around 200,000 users, hackers will certainly try something, but we have developed very high security standards (more than 98% of cold storage), keeping our customers' funds safe.
Concerning the Blockchain.io exchange, our main exclusive feature is decentralized settlement. Blockchain.io will offer the possibility to settle trades without giving the custody of coins, which erases the last potential point-of-failure. Order Books will remain centralized, guaranteeing high-performance matching and liquid markets. Of course, this feature will be optional, as it could not fit some user profiles, such as market-makers (who prefer velocity over high security).
Moreover, Blockchain.io will also offer basic & advanced trade orders from the start. In the long run, we plan to implement margin trading and peer-to-peer lending. Please check out our roadmap at this end of the thread.
Last, but not least, Blockchain.io will have a strong focus on institutions. We believe that ICOs will become the main way to raise funds, and that large companies will approach us to launch their respective tokens for new product launches. Our team is highly experienced and has strong connections in the traditional financial world, therefore, we are aiming to become the primary interlocutor for such companies. Blockchain.io will offer its expertise and knowledge to provide complete ICO services, from planning and execution to token listing on our platform.

Thanks for reply. It's good to have a healthy conversation with core team member. As I understood you are one of them. Thanks for detailed explanation, it helps. I like the decentralized settlement feature and will take a look into whitepaper. Reputation matters in this world. But also consider the technical team to expose a little more, as you will manage exchange which require a lot of development on different blockchains. It is fundamental thing. As for me I do appreciate projects with strong technical team working together for some time to the good executive team who "buy" new technical team(all people new and has no experience in this squad at all, could be a lot of conflicts as it builds). |

I'm currently observing this project, but can't evaluate it properly as the team missing completely. I actually don't understand why they are not exposing the team. It's just a marketplace. I would never consider it as good investment opportunity without the fundamental things. It is the most important part. Is the team capable at all to boost this marketplace? How in the world can you aim to be Amazon if no one knows who is behind this? Nonsense. I really like the idea of such marketplace and it will be in demand with the proper team. Also the SEED funding is done on website, never actually seen this before. Seed funding usually done with private investors or firms and never on public, this is RED flag to me. Means no one is interested. I will evaluate it properly if the team will be exposed. Thanks
