The coin reached $12 and went down to 2 dollars at february. Some where in the third or 4th week, it went up to $3 and went down to $2. Now, few weeks ago red days came and it went to $1 and people said that it is already green days and it didn't went back to $2 or more.

First of all, I don't think altcoins will exist without bitcoin. But it doesn't mean that if bitcoin crashes, the alts will never get back on track again. All the crash that happens are just temporary and the coins will be back on green days again.
