343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to get involved into Bitcoin? on: January 10, 2018, 01:43:50 AM
Hey everyone
I was mining just for fun when in 2013/14 mining with a gpu was still viable. Since that day im wondering if it is too late to get involved in bitcoin even though I stopped thinking about it for a few years since I was about 15 years old with different things on my mind. Just recently I began wondering again: Is it too late to get involved in bitcoin? After the price blew up in 2014 I asked me the same thing and thought the hype is over and I am just too late. Even if bitcoin is a bubble and each bitcoin is overvalued who can safely tell when the bubble is going to pop if it ever will? I just think this is an awesome project with an equally awesome community despite the weird things in the altcoin section that tend to become more and more popular due to "weird" people picking up on the bitcoin hype caused by media and the increased internet awareness. Im talking about projects like "bigboobscoin" which is topped by some emojis in the title. Since I came along this project I want to own one of the 21M bitcoins to ever be created. In addition bitcoin has something magical to it which I cant put in words but the fact that satoshi never got identified gives me this feeling of a revolution of currency with the right intension. He never pulled out his round about 1 million btc. Well who knows maybe Satoshi is dead by now and his btc will never be touched. Bitcoin came out of the mind of a genious and is so much more worth than only "going to the moon".

Im just wondering if bitcoin and its community still got the same spirit or have the weird people and rich investors overtaken to ruin this project by treating it like a pump and dump shitcoin without a soul?
I hope my english is good enough to make you understand my thoughts and feelings.

Have a nice day.

Many people around the world are using Bitcoin in their everyday lives in order to make their lives better. They use Bitcoin to pay monthly bills thru online such as water, electricity, insurance or even fund transfer without any hassle and free of charge. May countries already implemented and adapted Bitcoin for then betterment of their society and help them to earn additional income. We can use Bitcouin to trade in crypto currency world wherein we need to buy low and sell high. So very easy to monitor and cash in/out by using our cellphone and net at anytime and any monent. Many people made their lives better because they earned so much in trading. So we better to buy now because the price is still so and then hold until you reached the desired income.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: January 08, 2018, 07:01:21 AM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

Bitcoin is still the best among other coins as this is the mother of all crypto currencies. The volume and price is incomparable to other altcoins. Bitcoin is not only leading in trading but also accepted by many merchants as mode of payment thru online such as electricity, water, telephone, insurance and many more. Bitcoin is very stable as of now and suitable for a long term investment. So we better to invest now and hold.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: January 08, 2018, 04:56:27 AM

I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

There are so many altcoins in different platform, you just need to understand the trend of each altcoin or you better to read news about the potential coins that will rise up soon. As of right now, I invested to Ethereum, though the price is not drastically increasing but it slowly rise up, and that would be ok with me because it shows the stability and not just pump up coins. Hence, we better to buy and hold until we reached the desired income.

347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: January 05, 2018, 05:30:06 AM
The journey of bitcoin from 2009 to 2017 is very interesting. Although the stories of individuals(investors) are very interesting and motivational that how they initiated and what problems they faced at earlier stages.

In 2017 the number of businesses accepting bitcoin continues to increase. Where you see the bitcoin in 2018?

Bitcoin will still rise up this coming 2018 since it is world wide accepted as payment thru online such as electricity, water, telephone, etc. and many people have testified that their lives gets better and easier. Many countries adapted Bitcoin because they can see this as opportunity to improve their lives. As speculated Bitcoin will continue to increase like last 2017.  So we better to invest now and hold until we reached the desired income.

349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I hold my altcoin for years in my wallet? on: January 04, 2018, 10:55:13 AM
•What if I dont have any money ? And I decided to hold my altcoin at my wallet.
•Will the value remain?

For example

I got a Klarity token and I got no gas so I will leave it there for a year or two.

•Any chances of value getting higher? Or it will die to years later?

Yes, you can hold Altcoins for year. As you can notice last December 2017, the Altcoin prices were too low but now they are all rising up and it is really a good indications that Altcoins really gives us so much income. We also need a luck to what coins will probably increase rampantly. For me, you can also consider Bitcoin and hold for a long period of time. Just allot some money to trade in Altcoins and make it grow until you reached the desired income.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What caused all the price drops? on: January 04, 2018, 05:09:57 AM
Almost all the altcoins (and bitcoin too) went down alot yesterday. Does anybody have a clue what caused this major drop?

Last December 2018, all prices either Bitcoin or Altcoins were went down because they need money for the festive month wherein they want to give gifts or buy something so they partially withdrew from trading. Hence, the demands in Bitcoin and Altcoins went down during Holidays but now 2018, the price starts to increase again and back to its normal. So we better to buy now and hold until we reached the desired income.

352  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: January 03, 2018, 01:10:14 PM
Will Bitcoin survive or burst in 2018? What do you think?

Definitely! As speculated from the news, Bitcoin price will rise up again like last 2017. Many people have already knew and invested so much to Bitcoin as they can see it as a good investment wherein they can earn so much income. We do expect that the demands will increase this 2018 as this is world wide known and implemented or adapted to many countries. So, we better to buy and invest now to Bitcoin or Altcoins as this is hassle free and very easy to invest our money.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins in 2018? on: January 02, 2018, 06:51:06 AM
Altcoin on technology is better than BTC. Do not underestimate Altcoin. I also did not think that the BTC would cost more than $ 15,000. And now I'm sure that altcoin is waiting for the future like the BTC  Cool

We can consider Altcoins this 2018 as many were already earned so much because some Altcoins were pump up. Just focus to invest in top altcoins or better to read the news to know what are the potential coins that will spike up. You may consider Bitcoin for investment and hold until you reached the desired income. Putting all eggs in one basket would be very risky. So try both Bitcoin and Altcoins this 2018 and see the price will increase as speculated.

355  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we see Bitcoin fall in 2018? on: January 01, 2018, 03:55:45 AM
Due to Ripples recent INSANE bull run, I have been seeing SO many FUD posts about how "Bitcoin is over" "Bitcoin will fail in 2018" and whatever other titles people can construe and conjure up to make people scared or sell off their position. It has been really irritating me so I decided to make a video about it, let me know your thoughts and happy New Year!

Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0EFSb1ZwKg

Bitcoin will never fall as the mother of all crypto currencies. If Bitcoin will fall, then altcoins will follow as we can analyse the logic behind. Bitcoin is too big to lose so we better to invest now and hold for a long term investment. Bitcoin have so much when it comes volume and the price is still high. It helps so many people who made their lives better so they still keep on investing or hold. 2018 will be the year for Bitcoin and let's just be patient and wait until the price will increase.
356  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: December 31, 2017, 03:49:05 AM
Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?
Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.

The price of Bitcoin now is too high and looks like impossible for the price to go back at it's original price. The demand in Bitcoin is too high as of now. Many people have invested their capital to Bitcoin to earn additional income and wants to make their lives better and easier. Bitcoin is too big to lose to we better to invest now and this is our future digital currency investment.
357  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: December 30, 2017, 03:31:08 PM
Many people are now curious to know what bitcoin is, whereas once bitcoin was just underestimated, now upside down many people stop working instead they prefer to focus on bitcoin

Is this the impact of rising bitcoin prices?

We all know that Bitcoin price is so unpredictable, so many ups and downs during this month of December. However, we still need to believe, as speculated stated from the news, Bitcoin will rise up again by next year. Today, we better to invest additional Bitcoin and hold until the price reached the highest price or even more then that's the time we need to sell if you want to, but for me it is better to hold for a long period of time.
358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP) on: December 30, 2017, 02:11:03 AM
Does anyone have this certification?  I just read about it was thinking of getting it over the holidays.

https://cryptoconsortium.org/certifications/CBP

That would be a great idea to have Bitcoin professionals so that all investors can seek advises and tips on what they are going to do or what potential Altcoins should be invested on or maybe when is the best time to buy or sell. However, before we go to that certifications, it is much better to implement the rules and regulations of Bitcoin by the Government for the protection of investors around the world. That's the first thing that needs for improvement in my opinion.
359  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start with Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 29, 2017, 07:51:12 AM
I want to start  trading , should  i buy Bitcoin or Etheureum first ?

In my opinion, you can try both Bitcoin and Ethereum because they are really performs well this year. You may invest to BTC and hold it for a long-term period and you will see how much you will earn like what happened early this year until now, it's really great increase. Also, you may invest to ETH just for a short-term period, buy low and sell high. Moreoever, putting all eggs in one basket would be very risky so you better to invest in both.
360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading Bitcoin and other alts still profitable? on: December 29, 2017, 05:49:27 AM
I was a trader awhile back, I want to say about a year ago now and wanted to know what the current state of the market is for the traders that are currently trading to this day? I know a lot of the current exchanges that I used for trading, such as Poloniex, are still around but aren't really being used much as before.

I wasn't able to profit much but would like to hear how people are doing these days. Thanks a ton!

Actually, we cannot predict what will happen in the future. The prices might gets higher or lower and that's the normal transactions in Bitcoin. You might get much profit if you just hold you Bitcoin since last year until today. Bitcoin really performs well as you can check the graph. Investing in Bitcoin will give you much income if you hold it for a long period of time. For me, investing in Bitcoin is for long term while Altcoins are only for short term investments. But it's really depends on your risk appetite and goals in trading.
