341  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: December 20, 2017, 03:27:57 AM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?
No, its gonna be imposible that Bitcoin be the national currency. The allocation of bitcoin is so small and can't be distributed to everyone. Also, not all people have internet connection. The main problem is how will people distribute and acquire bitcoin if it becomes the national currency.
342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can any government ban Bitcoin? on: December 20, 2017, 03:25:49 AM
Bitcoin has been around the borders of financial markets for less than a decade, but is slowly gaining importance as an alternative asset class.
Can the government of any major country step in and do the unlikely?
Right now, they can't stop nor ban bitcoin, its like the internet, they cant stop it. But we never know the future because now, bitcoin is at its peak, so they cant ban now.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum is future? on: December 19, 2017, 12:50:35 PM
Is ethereum going to be next bitcoin?
If we study the gap on the price and demand of bitcoin and ethereum, there are lot of big differences. Bitcoin's demand is really on its peak right now, while ethereum's is just right. The price of Bitcoin is really high compared to ethereum. Ethereum would not compete with Bitcoin, vice versa. They have a lot of differences but the bottom line is Ethereum wont replace Bitcoin nor surpass Bitcoin.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tips on choosing the right ICO on: December 19, 2017, 12:18:02 PM
You can check here ICO rating http://icorating.com
What I am doing in choosing the right ICO are the following:
1. I do my own research about the project especially the people behind the project (developers).
2. I check on the whitepaper, thoroughly read it and do some analysis if it is beneficial or not, has a future or none.
3. I do some background check on the manager of the ICO like the trust rating, which is my basis because there are some managers with high negative trust.
4. Always be wise in joining ICO by asking others also about it.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I've made a huge mistake on: December 19, 2017, 12:09:59 PM
Hello, I've made a mistake such a big mistake by withdrawing my eos tokens from MEW into a eth adress at kraken please tell me that i can get them back. I've already made a support
I hope this one will serve as a lesson. Your tokens can never be recovered because your the one who did the transaction. Always remember that we should be very careful and be responsible in our wallet's transactions. What you can do now is to buy other tokens again or rank up and join in some bounty campaigns to earn tokens. Cheer up!
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost private key. on: December 19, 2017, 12:04:12 PM
Guys what will happen if you accidentally lost the copy of your private key?..it's still possible to transfer your tokens to your other wallet using your wallet address..?? Does anyone know?..thanks in advance
Your private key serves as your password, pin code, and your only sole access to your wallet. If you lost it, then you can never access it. Even if you know your address, you can't use it to access your wallet, only that, you can view your balance. Private key needs to be in your safe place or always have a back up for it. You must always secure your private key.
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Best ALT in 2017? on: December 19, 2017, 11:48:20 AM
I would like to ask you, what is the best ALT Coin in 2017? according to the thought there is, yes definitely a lot of the best coin, but here I ask what is best according to you
Ethereum is the best altcoin for 2017. it's price and value really are remarkably went high! ETH also is the most common altcoin use in every bounty. ETH has a very promising future.

Hi ,i have one question about bounties : For the twitter campaign, do i need to be at least Jr Member to apply ?
Yeah, in some bounty threads, they require you to be atleast Jr. Member, while in most Twitter campaign, it doesn't matter. What matter in that campaign is the number of your followers, your hardwork and your eagerness to join.
350  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to start with Bitcoin? on: December 18, 2017, 12:07:19 AM
Hi,

I am afraid I know relatively little about Bitcoin, but it is something that I would like to know more about.  While I appreciate that I have largely "missed the bus", I feel it is something still worth learning about and possibly investing in for the long term.

Could anyone kindly give me any advice on how to get started with learning about Bitcoin please?

Thank you.
There are a lot of things to study about Bitcoin. But first, you must study on the process of Bitcoin, investing in Bitcoin, and Trading in Bitcoin and Selling altcoins to bitcoin. There are helpful sites in this forum which can help you grow with Bitcoin. But the best teachers in Bitcoin are the people here who are already seasoned in Bitcoin. Just ask.

352  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: December 17, 2017, 01:33:39 AM
I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.
Bitcoin is a digital money, cryptocurrency, a coin and definitely not a gambling. It is a money that people use in online gambling activities. But for me bitcoin is a business. It is investment. Investment with profit and where you give your effort and of course your time so that you will succeed in making money through bitcoin.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018? on: December 17, 2017, 01:28:36 AM
I'm planning to buy some ETH, will it hit $1000 in 2018?

Need your suggestions
I think it will reach 1000$ by 2018. Now's value is 700$. If you plan to buy some now, go for it before it hits the highest peak.

355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: December 16, 2017, 02:42:02 AM
I love the way crypto can connect people from a different culture.
With crypto you don’t need bank account who needs al your private data.
Just make a wallet and you can receive payments from everyone in the world.

But my question is why do you love crypto?
Why are you interested?
I love crypto because It gives me extra income. Also, when i join blog campaign, i am able to hone my writing skills, likewise summarizing and putting my ideas into words. i am also able to use my extra time in crypto.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to participate in ICO's? on: December 16, 2017, 02:17:20 AM
Right now there are many ICOs coming out, is it really safe to participate in any of it and spend that much? In participating ICOs I have high hopes that these coins could be the next Bitcoin or other currencies that are really going up in the market.
If you have the knowledge first through reading and studying the ICO's sites and whitepaper, youll be able to know if that ICO is safe of not. Most ICo are safe to join with. Joining in ICO is also a risk taking job but the profit is really good.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH price going crazy on: December 14, 2017, 11:41:27 AM
Recently ETH got huge price increase. Is there any specific reason for that much of Increase ? Huh
Probably because of the demand for ETH. Bounties commonly use ETH as a payment. Likewise, it is more affordable than Bitcoin's price. I just checked ETH, and its almost 750$! If more and more people would go into cryto workd, ETH will keep on soaring.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much did you earn on bounty campaigns? on: December 14, 2017, 11:36:51 AM
Hallo Crypto fans!

Am looking to see the potential of bounty campaigns over airdrops.

Please give me your stories on how much you earned on bounty campaigns. How does one choose a suitable campaign? How did you make it successful enough to make so much gains?
It depends on the bounty campaign you'll be joining. Some bounties give high gokens, while some arent. If you join a campaign, better read the instructions and rules so that you will be accepted. Also, choose the right ICO meaning, the more participants, the more chances that it is not scam. I also suggest not to join too many signature campaign, i mean just one campaign at a time.
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: December 13, 2017, 09:02:41 PM
October 29, 2017 Bitcoin price ranges from $6,000 - $6,100 and today, bitcoin price is now $7,000. Are you surprise?

I think, if only those people who planning to invest in bitcoin manage to notice this sudden increase. I think there is a high chance that they will start investing.

I am surprised with the sudden increase value and price of Bitcoin.
More people and even companies will start considering to do partnership or investment in Bitcoin.
Likewise, they will be attracted to do online transactions by buying bitcoin and selling bitcoin.
360  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: December 13, 2017, 08:58:20 PM
Poor people and small businesses rely on cash. A contactless system will likely entrench poverty and pave the way for terrifying levels of surveillance

http://www.theguardian.com/money/commentisfree/2016/mar/21/fear-cashless-world-contactless

Discussion
Cashless world will really affect those small businesses because they cant afford to buy those machines for credit cards or debit cards. It will be a great loss to their business because people will prefer the big business who can offer cashless transactions. Also, it would be more prone to hacking and other skimming system if cashless system would be implemented.
