Usually every project treats special way to large investors and they have extra benefits to offer and all this depends on the size of investment. It's all about the opportunity to raise capital from all over the world and scale our business infinetely, it is really impossible in that area without blockchain integration. That's true. Should i pass verification if my investment wasn't that big? (~700$) No, it's not necessary. You need to verify your personality in case your investment is more than 1000 euro. And 2FA? what about it? Same, actually. We don't need it at the ICO stage as you can only buy tokens. |

All unsold tokens will be transferred to the project reserve. The sale of tokens from the reserve to the market will be done ONLY for the purchase of particular real estate. The sale will be launched on GENESIS website at market price on the date of sale.  How can we be sure that you won't distribute or use such tokens? Info on the matter will be written in our smart-contracts and it won't be changed in the future, so it's impossible to break the rules in this case |
