A very interesting match between Peshawar zalmi and karachi Kings ,Peshawar Zakmi gave a huge target of 200 runs to KK . Tom Kohler-Cadmore scored 92 runs and Babar azam scored 68 runs good innings played by them. Now karachi king is batting they lost 4 wickets in early overs but now imad wasim and shoaib malik build a strong partnership and they are chasing target quickly. Finally Peshawer Zalmi win the match under Baber Azam captaincy and proved that he has ability to lead any team and also shut the mouth of all haters. ~snip~ Yes, I'm as well guilty about that as I can't help myself but to reminisce about how great Brazil was in the past and they are the ones who I frequently see winning and taking home the championship. I guess that also mean that we're quite old already too because somehow that was back in the early 2000s  But let's just be happy for what happened as time goes by because whether we like or not, every sports including football will always evolve in almost every decade. But still, Brazil was also a slight favorite in the recent World Cup, they aren't that much forgotten as they always produced talented players in their nation. Yes, football has changed quite a lot. Specially in the last world cup. Having now 5 substitutes(plus one for head injury) is very different than only 3. And the extra time was just insane. They were adding so much time that it was almost a different type of game altogether. I remember back in the days the extra time was never more than 5 minutes. In this world cup I think one time they played more than 15 minutes extra time... that's insane as that's more than a third of the official time (45 minutes). Also the introduction of VAR some year ago, but now used everywhere. It's a bit too much to stop almost every play. With the passage of time and use of technology things have become more clear and a little bit flexible as each and everything is recorded and counted as in extra time, which is given in every match to cover the wasted time by players . The eight season of PSL is scheduled for 13th February with the match between Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars. The league have grown in a slow and steady way. Compared to the old days, slowly PSL is getting visibility around and people away from Pakistan too begun to watch it. PSL authorities have done good scheduling before the IPL which is good than mixing up between leagues same as that happened recently with BBL, BPL and SA20
At least something positive happening for the Pakistan cricket even things are not solid like we have in other leagues due to security reasons but they are still going to play 8th edition of PSL after few days and few foreign players also will be involving in this which is not bad at all with this all they are currently considered in top five leagues which is also good. If Pakistan is having some better economical and political stability then surely this league can go above up to second spot after IPL because after India, Pakistan is second populated country in cricketing world with 220 Million population, and they have good fan-base in the Middle East and UK which is helpful for having good viewership for this league, yeah hopefully things could be better in the near future. Pakistan has suffered alot economically and politically in last year and have gone through and is going through tough time. R Jadeja (5+2=7 wickets) R Ashwin (3+5=8 wickets) Shami total 3 wickets. What Ashwin and Jadeja, two veteran players, showed in this Test will be history only for Australia. Both of them crushed the Australian batting line.To say that Australia could not stand in front of these two. However, Ashwin and Jadeja made it clear that even though they have become old, their performances have not. What an embarrassing performance by Australia, didn't expect this from a strong team such a one sided match. But all the controversy apart, it is great to see at least one full member nation supporting the associate nations. PCB has always taken a sympathetic view towards the associate members, and they have provided great support for the tier-2 test nations as well (Ireland, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe). Recently the Irish women's team toured Pakistan for a successful bilateral series. The problem is Pakistan cricket board themselves are not doing very well right now. Anything that they are trying to do are not being received well by anyone, nor the ICC. I think we can say that Pakistan is not a very rich board. That's why they are not favorable of the ICC. But I don't think ICC hates Pakistan cricket board or anything like that. I believe that ICC wants Pakistan cricket to improve. Because that is going to mean more interesting matches between India and Pakistan. But the biggest obstacle for Pakistan cricket board is their own political situation. Among all these problems it is hard to notice Pakistan supporting and associating country even though they did. Taking political advantage through sports is an abomination. Sports can assert themselves as strong, but being politically driven is an expression of weakness. In India and Pakistan we see that the diplomatic issue is doing the big thing which was very good even two decades ago. Those who are cricket fans always want good relations between Pakistan and India. When Pakistan and India have any match, the world of cricket shakes. It was an unexpected win for Khulna Tigers. I assumed Fortune Barishal to win this match but Khulna Tigers snatched the win towards the end of the innings. Mahmudul Hasan Joy played brilliantly until the end and scored 66 runs from 43 balls to lead the team to victory but Habibur Rahman did the last job. The strength in his wrists could not be imagined without watching today's match. Scored 30 runs off 9 balls. This young player brought victory to the team with a strike rate of 333. Generally the performance of Bangladeshi players is not seen. After today he will definitely be able to make a place in the mind of the spectators. Tremendous performance by Khulna Tigers and what a game played by Mahmudul Hasan Joy 64(43 balls). Everyone was thinking Barishal will win the game but Tigers surprised everyone with their batting . Pakistan's most popular T20 league Pakistan Super League is going to start this year like every year. Pakistan is going to play the 8th edition after completing 7 editions of this T20 league. Their T20 league is going to start from next 13th and this league will continue till next 19th March. PSL 2023 is going to start with 6 teams as per previous pattern. Where Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars are participating in the first match, the match will be held at Multan Cricket Stadium. This year also they will create a big hype in the cricket world. This tournament will be broadcasted by the reputed broadcasters so the cricketing world will get to watch it from all over the world.
Well.. it will rank among the top-5 franchise T20 leagues currently, despite stiff competition. The last edition witnessed massive upsurge in terms of viewership (PSL 7 or the 2022 edition). It was estimated that 73% of the Pakistanis with a TV set at home watched the PSL last year (144 million people). According to Rameez Raja, for PSL7 the profits were 71% higher compared to the previous edition, and each of the franchises earned around PKR 900 million as average revues. I am not sure about this edition (PSL8), because the Pakistani Rupee has got devalued and the country is going through a financial crisis. The popularity and viewership of psl will be maximum in Pakistan as everyone watches psl and the revenue interns of game and media rights will be good . I was listening to the commentary of DK and he predicted on day one that India would bat big and would bat once. Ravi Shastri supported his prediction It's very much possible as the Indian team has a weird habit of winning matches at home, despite losing a toss. It hardly happens anywhere in the cricketing world. Would be really impressive and satisfactory experience if Indian batters outbat the Aussies but Aussies as a team known for their fightback so no prediction atm. Before the start of this first test match between India and Australia, i had a gut feeling that India will preform better than Australian and the only reason was that the match was being played at Indian soil. The home team always gets the benefit as their management make pitches according to their team so same happened with India. They knew the pitch and the balling attack was good which didn't allow Australia to score any runs . Now tomorrow Australian balling will tell and decide their standing in 1st Test match. |

I really don't think that the ideology behind this topic is right a s beside, there are a whole of persons who will prefer to use their phones rather than using a desktop for some following reasons
1. Compactability: is one is one feature of using a phone over a desktop and you'll understand the ease of caring your phone compared to using a desktop.
2. Availability: this is another reason why phone is more preferable over desktop as one can easily stake a game at anywhere and at anytime.
3. User interface: if you'll agree with me that, the gambling apps are built with more simplicity than the website.
These are some few reasons why I feel the use of phone is at advantage over the use of desktop.
In today's world where everything is so fast and available at one call , everyone prefers phone over desktop as they are handy and easy accessible. What you suggest is ideally the best option available for PCB. Do you think PCB will agree to such settlement? Najam Sethi is still saying the same thing that Ramiz Raja was saying earlier. I do not understand what makes them think they are bigger and better than BCCI? In every juncture they have been humiliated against their argument. A small board like PCB should always comply with a big board like BCCI if they want to generate good revenue from cricket for their country.
It is not like the PCB should dance to the whims and fancies of the BCCI. All I am saying is that rather than taking emotional decisions (which can do more harm to themselves), they should introspect and come up with the best possible solution. There are two things to be done for PCB administrators. First one is the short term solution. They should resolve the impasse surrounding Asia Cup. And the second one is the long term target, which is to dislodge the pig-4 system in cricket, which will prevent such issues from repeating in the future. This topic should be solved by now as this problem is getting bigger and dirty with time , and all people who are blaming Pakistan and PCB for being stubborn and all bad things they are saying about Pakistan they should accept that fact that Pakistan got hosting rights and without any reason BCCI is saying and putting pressure on icc to take hosting rights from Pakistan. This is a difficult thing for any country and now icc should finish this discussion by giving their final verdict and venue name for Asia Cup to close this topic once in for all. |

Lionel Messi is very satisfied with his achievements so far in football, he has won almost all competitions either in the league or in international competition with Argentina. So even if he retires later everyone will always remember the historical moment about him. But the 2022 world cup is the pinnacle of his career and with that I think he is done. Right now we are in 2023 and the 2026 world cup starts in 4 years, which is far away, and Lionel Messi is 35 years old. He indeed got reach many achievements with many teams while playing for Argentina and the clubs he was paying there but playing at age of 39-38 in the world cup is not something many players can reach even the most professional players can't perform like the early years and mostly these players prefer to retire before everyone sees them playing for poor performance level compared to other times and I guess Lionel Messi is one these players. You are absolutely correct, Messi have achieved everything that is achievable in football, and so is Ronaldo as well, I personally can not find any reason why they should still be in the field of play by the age of 39 upwards, it is better to retire so as to give the younger players the breathing space to prove themselves, like I said in my previous comment, they can not play forever, even if they want to, so it is better for them to give themselves rest while the younger seize the opportunity to show what they are capable of. I doubt if Messi and Ronaldo will be able to participate in the next world cup. Even we call see the effect of age in their performance, expecially that of Ronaldo. In the very next four years their performance will be very terrible. They have done enough and achieved enough, the best thing is to retire. These are the common comments that are made after the World Cup 2022 and I know this got a point because at 40 years old, there is indeed a lot of change from the player's body that would highly affect its performance and worse, the play of the whole team as this sport requires a team play and not just by one player who will carry them towards the win. But we shouldn't also forget that these are mere speculations and will remain as speculations as of now because only Messi and CR7 can answer those questions for us if we will see them in the next WC or not. Ronaldo is 37 right now and in 2026 he'll be 40+ so his participation is a question as his performance and fitness will be different than now. They participate or not they have already given too much to football world . The way they played , there achievements they are remarkable and whatever world says they both are the goats of football world. |

If something extraordinary doesn't happen. The match between Zimbabwe and West Indies will be drawn. West Indies played well in the first innings and posted a good total. Zimbabwe played well as well. West Indies declared in 2nd innings by scoring and giving an interesting target. If Zimbabwe wants to win the match, they have to take a risk to score quick runs. If they take risks, West Indies will try to get some wickets and turn it into their game as well. Zimbabwe already lost four wickets and it seems they are not going to try to win the match.
The match ended in a draw, though West Indies were just 4 wickets away from victory. Zimbabwe made 379 runs in first innings while they were 134/6 in there second innings. Gudakesh Motie took 4 wickets and took West Indies very close to victory. There were 4 debutant from Zimbabwe in this test match. Zimbabwe would be happy with this draw. One more test in queue. If the match had not been delayed due to rain, Zimbabwe would have definitely lost this match. Because the two openers of West Indies batted brilliantly in the first innings. The Zimbabwean squad is inexperienced. And so they were far behind the West Indies players both in terms of batting and bowling. However, they are happy that Zimbabwe managed to draw this match. This is a very good result for Zimbabwe. But in the next match I will definitely expect West Indies to win. They are in pretty good form now. West Indies performance was far ahead of Zimbabwe in 1st Test match the rain saved them from losing this match . Otherwise batting wise westindies was very good and so is balling . They had already took 6 wickets in 2nd innings before match was declared a draw. |
