Yeah, I share this statement, because ethereum has performed well and now it is true king of ICOs.
What bothers me is that ICO format is loosing dominance and is close to death.

As far as I know Neo has placed a lot of ICOs on own platform , but I didn't heard anything about Quantum.
All what I know is that Qtum dropped from 100 to 3 $ and probably it is good buying opportunity for this coin.

Why not? try to use this kind of investment. Avoid ICO, because market is not favourable to ICO at the moment, so better buy trusted altcoins and hold them for a long term period.

Мне кажется идеальный вариант монетизации помимо создания ICO - это продажа своих продуктов через телеграм канал, но для этого надо вложиться в создании аудитории
