Price depends not only on bounty hunters, but on the team decisions too. IF you launch campaign with big budget, without lockups and your trading volume is quite low - hunters will dump the coin for sure, but you can make rules like three phase distribution, allocate small budget for campaign, open more markets, launch staking programs. In that case hunters will not change the price and this will good even for them, they will be able to sell on higher price.

Баунти помогает создавать шумиху вокруг проекта и добавляет узнаваемость, во многом это сугубо репутационная история, но с грамотным подходом можно конвертировать и в реальную пользу. К тому же сама по себе репутация и узнаваемость тоже полезна, хоть ее и нельзя обернуть в конкретные цифры.

Honest bounty hunters deserves payment and it is a manager responsibility to do his best for this, there is no need to blame any side. I expressed my opinion in that thread about escrow and trust. I'm taking pause from bounty management due my own reasons. I don't need extra attention. Thank you.

DeFi is a high risk investment because they offer too too much profit from nothing. Right now it is just a hot topic to earn huge money from silly investors who wants to earn a lot of money without doing anything. In the hope that the new project will grow in the same way as the previous people invest and really raise the price, time goes on and people begin to understand that after the first wave of excitement there is nothing more, they begin to leave the project and reduce the price, as a result, some of the people earn, and all others remain in the lose in the hope of a new growth. And this is only in case if the project doesn't die completely, when it turns out to be a scammed/hacked.

I think this is too much, not all projects without escrow scams. Although it is good for the campaign and the participants, it is not always possible, including for technical reasons, for example, in Cartesi bounty tokens have not even been released at the time of the start of the bounty, but later all received payments. Bounty hunter should do own research and take risks as well as bounty managers. Witch hunt is not good, you should create flags and send negative feedbacks only in case of scam, not just because someone didn't used escrow. It is not so easy to force team to do escrow, many teams don't want to do it, they want to control distribution for hunters on their own.

It is really a hot topic and there are opposite opinions, I just dropped mine.

Never trust a project with an anonymous team, this is not news for a long time, most if not all such projects are 100% scams. Sometimes it happens that the team is not posted to the site, but then it should be in another source, such as LinkedIn or YouTube.

Blockchain is a technology, with its own special features and characteristics. There are a lot of projects that supposedly implement a breakthrough blockchain in which there is really no need except for a reason to raise money. When analyzing any project, you should always ask yourself a question - does this project and this problem need a solution in the form of blockchain technology or will it only get better without a blockchain?
