I updated to 9.2.1. First time I couldn't sync.
So, I did -reindex -rescan. I typed 'resetcheckpoint' on console window.
Reindexing took about 3 hours. (I slept during that)
Now, I wake up. I found that my wallet sync. Block chain works.
I use Miningpoolhub and I haven't mined for day. However another hard fork (revert) will cause another problem.

i think you should have posted a fixed version right away instead of telling people to use the console shit..
I couldn't sync without console command after FORK as well. New fixed version of wallet should be posted soon.

I thought I would take a moment to give the SolarCoin community a quick update on the phase 1 block reduction that we're scheduling for block 310,000. As of today I am pleased to announce that our team has completed with the reduction changes and are currently in the processes of executing a full simulation based on these protocol changes to insure things run as expected. Currently we're 18 blocks into the simulated reduction and everything is going per plan, after the simulation is completed and the changes are confirmed successful we will send off the new codebase for both Mac/Windows QT wallet builds and have them prepared prior to the 310,000 hardfork to make sure we have enough time for users to update.
Once I have more information and details I will make sure to let the SLR team know however, I thought the community might like a quick note on the progress.
As always, we're glad to help out :-) The Cannacoin Team

And please spare us from your concerned citizen routine. You've been trolling max for months. You're either angry that you're missing out on the long-term potential of max or you're shilling for someone else. Either way, you're trolling.
Luke has more integrity that any crypto developer I've ever met. If you have evidence to the contrary (which I know you don't), then bring it forward.
You are blinded by your faith. Yesterday Lukes launch partner was bragging on twitter at the level he sold his launch day coins. I am not going to cover what an abomination the launch was, and how much wealth was generated for the developers using Max's name. It's all here in this thread for anyone that is interested. Integrity is not a term that can be associated with Luke. Hell, maxcoin would be under .01 USD if Murphy hadn't stepped up with a little innovation. Pump and dump schemes will not save maxcoin. A change of leadership is the only hope. Damn shills.... Why are you interested in so called DEAD COIN? Just wasting your times? Smells fish.

I think the official announcement about hard fork should be issued. We've been waiting since July. Now, It's already September.
We're working on it... This announcement was posted on July 18 if you didn't see it. Official announcement of the fork specifics though would be helpful, but I expect we will see something soon. http://solarcoin.org/increasing-solarcoin-emphasis-for-solar-generators/Yes, it's just a question of figuring out when the new wallets can be ready, and based on that, adding several days of lead time so that people can get updated. The specific block number will be decided on that basis. I'll let the forum know as soon as the dev team knows. As Patrick said, they're working on it. Yes, waiting for the specification of fork. hope to have NEW mac wallet without crash on exit as well. Just had a conversation with Josh of the new dev team. Fork scheduled for block 310,000. Wallets expected to be ready on Sunday for SLR team's review/testing. New Mac wallet should work fine. Hopefully everything ready for public release middle of next week. Several days lead time before the target block is reached, for pools, exchanges, and users to download the new wallets. If anything unexpected happens, I'll of course inform the community. But I think we'll be good to go. Fingers crossed. Thanks for inform.

Is there a working block explorer? We can't come back online until we have validated everything on our side.
thanks richie@bittrex
There is no working block explorer, you should head over to the chat room at maxchat.info, maybe someone there could help. Looks like http://max.cryptoexplore.com/ is working again. Looks like its still stuck... "blocks" : 591740, getblockhash 591740 0000000000021dfafa28b34a4f2034b3a4638daa39a28a7c45811dbbaccf95cc Thats our current block as of 10:14 PDT. We really need a blockexplorer to make sure we are on the right chain etc... we can't come back online without something to verify against thanks, richie@bittrex Try 'enforcecheckpoint false' RPC command on console window. This will help you sync. http://maxcoinnews.net/maxcoin-0-9-2-checkpointing-troubleshooting/

The biggest priority for SolarCoin after we transition to PoS is to put the Generator Pool (reserve of SLR for solar generators) into a smart contracts system, to reduce risk and so that granting can be automated. We're looking into BlackHalo, Ethereum, and Ripple as possibilities to accomplish this. Or possibly we could use our own blockchain and the BlackHalo technology (SolarHalo? as Epiphany mentioned).
For whatever my 2 cents is worth, I am not a big fan of Ethereum. Could just be me, but I do not have a lot of faith in their long-term prospects. BlackHalo gets my vote. Also, I really like the suggested name of SLRCorona for the new contracts system name instead of SLRHalo. It just seems appropriate. SLRCorona would be perfect.

In my case, typing 'enforce checkpoint false' on console works. However, put 'enforcecheckpoint=false' into conf file didn't work.

I hope to get new Mac wallet without crash. go New DeV team.

If there's one thing I can say about Solarcoin. The management is top notch. Nowhere in crypto land is there caliber of management this coin has by it's very inception. I'm not saying these people are legendary warriors from a land light years away, but I am saying there's no way in the world I'd be able to afford 10 seconds on their time normally and here I am investing in their vision.
And boy do they have vision.
++1 Shall I buy more? I already have about 200K SLR. Give me advice.
