now, Yes its not ideal to do things this way but hell have you seen the humans beings being created? what youth looks like today? to make a change in this world you going to have to play a dirty game else you are going to be beaten down at every opportunity the opposition gets. Now in terms of the TZM mind set that would mean using greed, currencies etc to our advantage. i dont care if ppl get rich along the way, so be it, what i care about is that the goal is reached and up n till now thats not happening! we have a real chance here guys, but we cant walk around with rose tinted glasses! I dont care how we get there, i just care that we get there. Its not about taking the high road or the low road, its about taking the right road.

Im with Anonymousg64 on this, we need a project! i don't like the idea of charities, because being born and bred from Southern Africa and I know and have seen how corrupt 90% of these charities are! if charity was the answer we wouldnt have anymore issues considering how many there are! comes down to the old saying, give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man how to fish and he eats for a life time! so if you want to support a charity it would have to be one created by the community! or we find a way to start a project that benefits the planet etc. Also we need this coin to go up in value so that people actually take notice, doesn't matter how good your intentions are, if its not sprakly and shinny you wont get the masses interested! so we need to get this coin up in value so that we have some weight and power behind us to get shit done.

Payouts are running again! please implement worker disconnect algorithm to maintain sub 30% network hashrate This too would be really great. Would need to average out the net hashrate over a period of time ofcourse though, net rates fluctuate so much for all the reasons I'm quite sure you know  The bigger problem is that no other pools are even advertising in the thread here! They should be doing more to put themselves in front. It's tough when we not only have to handle the maintenance of our pool, but also add code to make it smaller? As for any risks of a fork, there's an exceedingly low chance of this happening. I think people are scared of what happened with DogeCoin, but that was specifically due to some bugs in the wallet code that made the fork survive. Half the pools/exchanges were on one wallet, and the other half were on another. We'll continue to monitor things, and if we see anything dangerous happening then we'll shut off a couple of our stratum servers temporarily to bounce people to other pools. That's the easiest way, since writing our own worker banning algorithm would take a LOT of work. this guy, i like this guy! need more people like him in this game. |

To hell with 'earning acceptance'. Great idea for us to try funding worthwhile projects. I emailed ZeitCoin about diverting transaction fees to an address to help worthy causes (I think I made the same mistake as you, saying it should go to TZM or something like that) and we could also add to that ourselves. Have monthly/quarterly straw polls on what projects we should donate the funds to as well. If TZM are too stupid to see that Digital currencies are a great step towards bringing down the corrupt finanical system and all it supports, then quite frankly, I don't support THEM. I support us, the folks who are the MOVEMENT. Those who achieve opaque power usually end up divorced from those who supported them, I believe that's happened with TZM. just saw in the news that 16 banks have been accused of libor fraud! just an idea, but what if we found a way to use zeit to fund actually tackling the banks head on or insuring that they are made responsible for their actions or helping those affected etc! something along those lines! actually taking on the whole point of crypto! could even try rope in other communities and put up a united front. |
