On the way to victory in the Europa League, they defeated Betis and Barcelona, so they have good memories of the matches with the Spanish teams.

I have to admit that the game of Wisła Płock really impresses me. They play not only effective, but also nice, offensive football. Rafał Wolski makes a big contribution to the game of his team. He always had talent exceeding the level of Ekstraklasa, but frequent injuries limited his career. However, seeing this footballer in shape is a large pleasure. I wonder how long Wisła Płock will be able to keep this form and whether it will seriously join the fight for the highest places this season.

In the first round of Ligue 1 there were no surprises. The favorites won their matches. PSG, Lille and Olympique Marseille in particular showed a high form from the beginning of the tournament. I hope that this situation will continue for a long time and PSG will not completely dominate the league this time.

Manchester United fans did not have to wait long for the first disappointment of the season. The defeat of the Red Devils at Brighton at their own stadium is, next to Liverpool's draw against Fulham, the biggest surprise of the Premiership's first round. Manchester City has completely dominated the game against West Ham United and Erling Haaland has already confirmed that he will be one of the prime candidates for the top goalscorer crown.

In the VfB Stuttgart - RB Leipzig game, I bet the visitors to win. It is true that the results of VfB Stuttgart in friendly matches may indicate good preparation for the season, but I value the skills of the RB Leipzig team more highly. In today's second match, Strasbourg - Monaco, it's hard for me to name a favorite. Strasbourg was one of the best teams at home last season. However, I do not deny the chances of Monaco, which can be dangerous for any opponent in the French league.

In the Eintracht Frankfurt - Bayern Munich match I expected more emotions. Bayern, however, very quickly dominated the rival and left no illusions about the result. Eintracht players must quickly forget about this match, because in a few days they will face Real Madrid for the European Super Cup. I admit that I am very surprised by the draw in the Fulham - Liverpool game. It seems to me that the players of coach Klopp disregarded their rivals a bit. For sure, the loss of points with such an opponent will hurt a lot.

In fact, I see the visitors' only chance in the fact that Olympique Lyonnais may not be in optimal shape from the very first match. However, I believe that the advantage in football skills and the advantage of home field will help the hosts secure 3 points.

At the moment, the presentation of Robert Lewandowski is taking place in Barcelona, and tonight we will see how Bayern Munich will do without this player. The duel between the German champion and the winner of the Europa League promises to be very interesting.
