Although the price of Matic is much lower than that of Dot. I noticed today, DOT is $6.682 and MATIC is $0.755. I have never been involved with Dot before but I currently have some Matic. I have seen these coins continue to pump as the price of BTC increases. However, these coins have quite a reputation in the market, I like both coins and don't want to compare them. It's your personal decision to invest in both coins, but I think both Dot and Metic may increase in value around bullrun in the upcoming crypto market.
Dear indeed both will make hype in Bull run season today I swapped some ETH to MATIC, But I have more DOT in comparison with Matic. DOT is good project with many reason if you do search about this project you will see SEC have no negative statement over DOT. i don't know what was the intentions of OP on creation of this thread. I don't like comparing land with bitcoin anyway. Land is a real-life asset that is mandatory for our lives. So we are obligated to own land. But for Bitcoin, a lot of the population still doesn't know about it. In that scenario, it doesn't make sense to compare Bitcoin with land. I know both have an investment opportunity, but land prices always increase and are not volatile. Bitcoin is highly risky and highly volatile. So these assets are separate from each other.
indeed investing in Bitcoin or buying land are two different things and both give us the golden opportunity of earning money. I would like to learn how to cook, I came from place where there are thousands of cuisine but my cooking skill is very limited, and I really regret that. I don't have the time to learn cooking because I need to work and to make money, not that I didn't love my job, I like it too. The only skills that allow me to get money to fulfill my need is my job as graphic designer, it's getting harder nowadays because we have instant design app and AI, but I still manage fortunately.
I think aside of all the technical skills that we can learn in like a course or education, there are also other skills like social skills or soft-skills, that we learn by socializing and learning from experience, either our own experience or other people's experiences. This social skills or soft-skill will help us reach more people and market ourself.
Good effort dear, as more skills you have it will make you more worthy so always keep learning skills and money will chase you. In my case, I have the skills of Dropshipping (selling online products using Amazon, eBay, etc.) and content writing skill, And I am now learning about the crypto space, I had experience developing a website that was built under teamwork and I learned alot from there. If Mr X is worth $2b in his total assets, excluding bitcoin, because he doesn't believe in bitcoin. If Mr Y is worth $1.85b including his bitcoin investment that worth $500m, definitely as long as Mr Y does not sell his bitcoin, in 20yrs time, Mr Y can be 2x worth more than Mr X. This is because his bitcoin investment most have generated a compounding profit, plus the other assets profit. Mr Y total profit will be very big compared to Mr X profit for 20yrs. Any of the top wealthiest people in the world, that has a big worth of bitcoin in his portfolio might end up taking over from the rest and become the number one richest person, as long as bitcoin keeps increasing in value over time.

As far as I know, why people fail in trading which varies on many factors: - Insufficient knowledge
- Over trading behavior
- greed
- they do not have the patience
- impulsive decisions
- they don't Set Clear Objectives

I fondly remember the time when I had a lot of money and I used to spend a lot of money but I didn't have a good platform nor did anyone tell me that there was such a coin. Which later will be very expensive.
If I had known about this thing at that time, I would have saved every single money and bought Bitcoin.
