The Romanian Thread is not an ANN Thread, it is a reference to the "Virtacoin for Romania" website, which contains all the information about virtacoin. The title is: "Explore, do research, learn, ask yourself, compare and get on board!" It is in Altcoins section where also are ANN treads of other Altcoins. I don't think that it is important it is ANN thread or not. Your thread is Romanian Thread. And I think that most important that people can receive information in Romanian.
